Spoke with Raul and told him about my problem and he asked that I send photos of my pool and the address which I did. He said he would be in my area a few days later and he would call me that morning and come by. Not only did I not receive a call, I never received a call back after leaving several messages or did I ever get a reply back to my text messages. I get this is a busy time but the fact you can't call and cancel or even to return a call is completely unprofessional and ridiculous. So thanks for making me wait around and not giving me any chance to call someone else . If you call him be sure to have a backup just in case

The entire experience was a mess. They left all the huge pool boxes and pallets behind, saying "we don't touch those." This is not what you expect when spending thousands on a pool. I advise others to find their own installer and not rely on whoever Great Escape connects them with.
