Bean and cheese nachos. So delicious. The salad on top was so fresh.

The food is so delicious. Their fresh salsa is the best I've had in a very long time. The service was the best hands down, and Claudia is amazing. The ambience is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend Los Paisanos!

Great place to switch up the typical breakfast in Williamsburg! We all really enjoyed and were pleased with the service.

Great food, no complaints from my picky crowd. Service was excellent and fast and they are making improvements to the dining room today.

We decided to give this place a try - we enjoyed ourselves. However, the food was average. We ordered Agua y Tierra and Choripollo. There wasn't much chorizo with the chicken and the beans & rice flavor wasn't too great. The environment was still under construction - they have a bar that had a drill sitting out like it was still being built. Positives about this place - no wait, staff was very friendly, it's kid friendly (they have high chairs and had Finding Nemo on TV), and the food came out fast.

So, let's find out how the visit went. There weren't a lot of people inside and there was only one waitress attending to tables. They have a bar area, tables and booths. We decided to eat near the entrance to their supermarket. It took a while for us to roam through the menu, but decided on what we wanted a few minutes after getting seates. I chose a 1/2 chicken with two sides (fried yucca and french fries). The Peruvian chicken was pretty good and flavorful. Both the fried yucca and fries could've been seasoned more, but were plentiful. I actually saved half of my meal for takeout and tasted well for dinner. Unfortunately, the bad part of our visit was the decor. The restaurant is located in a strip mall which has seen better days. Seats at the booth are torn up.....literally. The tables are outdated. The floor is in pretty bad shape, especially near the bar area. And in the bathroom, the paper towel dispenser was not connected to the wall and instead, laying on the floor. It's not comfortable washing your hands and then turning it sideways where you can get paper. I really don't mean to sound mean,, but the decor alone would turn folks away. It needs a big renovation all around. Hopefully, down the road, they can upgrade or they may become a thing of the past :(

The young lady who assisted me was extremely rude and unhelpful. First of all, she was scratching her hair and playing her hair when I walked up near the food and proceeded to use her personal cell phone while I was attempting to order. There seemed to be a language barrier, which I completely understand, but instead of trying to assist or clarify, she was dismissive when I tried to explain what I wanted by pointing to the menu. When I asked about a combo, she abruptly told me "that's not a combo" without offering any help or explanation. Good customer service goes a long way, especially when there may be communication challenges. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel unwelcome, and because of that, I won't be returning to this location. I'll be finding another Latin restaurant to support.

Loved the fresh homemade tortillas, the carnitas, rice, chicken, black beans pico, ribs, grilled onions and jalapeño. The sauces that come with the food are flavorful and have good flavor! The value for the food and portion size was great. We had 6 meals out of the food we ordered. The gentleman behind the counter helping me pick out what I wanted was kind and patient and answered my questions. There is a small dining area with a bar. I saw one gentleman eating who had seemed to go through the line so not sure about ordering food and a waitress. Food is good and fresh! Highly recommend.

We started off with the Pastel wrapped in banana leaves, Alcapurrias and relleno de papas. I give the pastel a 4.5 out of five. The relleno de papas a 4 out of five and the Alcapurrias a 3 out of 5. Keep in mind I am comparing this to my mother's home cooking. The pastel was almost perfect. The meat as seasoned very well but not as tender as what my mother used to make. The masa was perfect! The relleno de papas was seasoned very differently than what I am accustomed to but still very yummy. The Alcapurrias were lacking in flavor. My son ordered the Bistec Encebollado with Rice and beans and he was so happy that this dish was very close to our family recipe. My daughter in law ordered the Pernil sandwich which she absolutely loved. My son tasted it and said it was the best he'd ever eaten! My husband ordered the Cuban sandwich which he said had a Puerto Rican flair to it. Puerto Rican Pernil is much different than Cuban Roast Pork which is what he is used to as we live in Miami, FL I only had the appetizers as I was not too hungry to begin with but I was able to taste everything and this restaurant is being added to my favorites list! I will be coming here every time I visit my family. The service was quick and very friendly!

My husband, best friend, and I went during happy hour, and I was impressed by how many items were on the menu. We started with the chips and guac (even my guac-hating husband liked it!) and the wings with the server's recommendation of blueberry BBQ sauce. It sounds unusual, but it was SO good. They only have chipotle blue cheese for dipping, and as someone who isn't a big blue cheese fan, I was surprised by how much I liked it. All three of us ordered the smashburger and fries from the happy hour menu for $12. This was a true smashburger with thin patties with crispy edges, not the thicker burgers a lot of places try to pass off as one. I've been thinking about it ever since. I'll definitely be back, especially since happy hour is extended until 7 p.m. on Thursdays. Next time, I want more wings and to try the tacos. Great atmosphere for a date night or girls' night out!
