Lovely market in Toronto, kind of upscale market with lots of to go cooked meals. This is a good place to pick up a meal if you are on business travel and you are very close by. I have never seen so many to go cooked items. The bakery looked really good. I purchased some broccoli cheese soup and it was good. I'd go back and try the salad bar, it looked fabulous.

This Longo's has been around as long as I remember. Carries all the basic items, nothing too fancy. They do have make to order pizza and a hot table if you want to pick up something for a quick bite. oh of course a Starbucks on site too!!

Trying meatless burgers. These aren't bad!

It amazes me that I frequent a number of stores in Markham and have never left a review. This Longo's is the closest one to me. I have been here often. I can't believe that I have never done a review... until now! For a while, this store had chicken and beef empanadas. I love empanadas so much. They could be my collective boyfriend if I could marry them in holy matrimony. Sadly, this store no longer offers them. I am hoping that it will reconsider. I come here for food that you typically don't find at a regular grocery store. All Longo's stores have hot foods. You can buy everything from pasta to veal sandwiches, and sit down in the food area to devour them. I was thrilled to see Schneiders meatless meatballs make a return in the frozen section. Recently, I talked about this item with my vegan friend, who made the recommendation years ago. I am not vegan, but they are yummy. I got sushi rolls, and a couple of different individual salads. For the latter, you can get two for $6. If you are too pooped to pack a lunch, these are great. The desserts section is amazing. I always salivate gawking at the tiramisu. The cashier staff are always nice and friendly. My visit last week continued to prove this fact. I like it here. There is plenty of parking in the lot. The store also has a Starbucks. (228)

I really like longos. I love how neat and tidy the store is, how fresh the produce is, how clean the floors are. I also like that there are a lot of adults working there. Older adults who have worked there for years . to me this means they pay a fair wage because those guys would probably move on if they didn't. I love how you can wander the produce aisle and ask anyone that works there how to tell if something is fresh, or when it came in, or tips and tricks for cooking and they can answer you. Even the teenagers. I've tried so many new things because of that. Parking here can be a real stress ball depending on where you choose to park. If you park by the door good luck trying to back out if its shopping rush hour time. They have a fairly big lot so you can find stress free parking, you just have to do some cardio to get it. :) Che,knout is great, it can be busy but usually there is someone there directing the. Chaos and you can get out pretty darned quick. Only downside- holy cow it can be pricy. Bit that being said, when things are on sale, its a great price and it make up for the $$$. Also they have a rewards programming. Its free to sign up!!

Just bought this and when I came home, found it that it was already opened :(

This is the 2nd time I bought something from here that it was already opened. Really need to be careful when shopping at Longo's. Very disappointing and both time and money wasted.

Delicious sagwiches!

I have been a faithful customer of Longo's since the 80's. I used to come here when there was a poultry farm next door and there were chickens walking around in the parking lot. A lot has changed in Markham since then but thank goodness Longo's has remained right where it always was. Not only that, but the very thing that kept me going back all those years ago is still the same. The staff at Longo's is the best! They are friendly, efficient and very hard working. You can see they take pride in what they are doing. That means a lot to me. Longo's produce is very fresh. They have a pretty good selection of organic produce. Their deli has great Italian cold cuts and cheeses. I have bought birthday cakes from their bakery and was very happy with the quality. The artisan breads are also delicious. My favourite is the olive walnut loaf. Longo's has unique products to try. I recently picked up some miniature sweet peppers from the deli section. They not only added colour to salads and appetizers but they tasted great. I've never seen these tear drop shaped peppers any where else. I've tried Longo's brand of fig, apple and walnut spread. It's great on crackers with cheese. They also do a spicy pineapple jelly and a cranberry port jelly that are great. Their sandwich counter and stone oven baked pizzas are very popular with the local lunch crowd. You can pick up a party tray for your next event. Their focaccia sandwiches are amazing. Being a huge fan of Starbucks, having a counter right by the entrance is a big plus for me. Overall, I love this location for its unique products, consistent quality and excellent service. I hope they will be here for many more years to come.

They recently renovated and made the place a lot smaller and more upscale. They used to be more affordable but now it's a bit overpriced!

Pricey? Yes. Worth it? Yes!…read more I don't shop here often but when I do, their products are top notch - fresh and worth every penny! It's definitely expensive shopping here but you really do get what you pay for. I come here mainly for their bakery items like their famous jelly roll cake - a must get for the holidays! Their cookies here are baked in house and delicious as well. I often come here during the holidays for herbs as well, since herbs seem to sell out quickly at larger grocery stores. They really have everything that you need here. Butcher section also has great quality meat. As for their ice cream pints at the back of the store - you MUST get some! They are so delicious with unique flavours, some even with an Asian twist. Overall, a great grocery store to shop from if you have the means for it ;) OR stop in here once in a while to check out their specialty items like the jelly roll!

I stopped by to pick up one of their infamous jelly rolls. Never had one but heard that it's amazing. The standard one is the mixed berry however they had a lemon & blueberry one so I opted to go with that since hubby loves that flavor combination. We took it to a friend's house that night and it was exquisite! My friends who said that they normally don't like cake now have a new addiction. The cake had the perfect texture to it to hold up all that amazing fresh cream, lemon curd and blueberries and it was also a perfect balance of sweetness. I've been there on multiple occasions while living in Markham usually interacting with the staff in bakery and the cashiers and everyone I have encountered has been lovely. The parking lot isn't massive but it is enough to host all of their shoppers as I've never had an issue with finding parking there.

This place is huge, and sells all kinds of things. Parking is a bit hectic, even at 1:45 on a Thursday afternoon. The parking spots right in front of the Food Mart are very small, and scary for a big SUV like mine. But there is very frequent turnover, and if you just drive around the lot for 30 seconds, someone will be pulling out. The parking spaces in front of the stores facing the Food Mart are larger and a bit easier to navigate. This mall is great fun to go to. They have all manner of foods (fresh noodles! Great fruits! Asian stuffed toys and cosmetics! Fresh meat and seafood! The list goes on and on ...) and an excellent prepared food counter, and a Chatime outlet. We bought some mochi, some enormous strawberries, and a variety of dim sums from the food counter. Our selections included fried dough sticks (they actually reheat well in the air-fryer), fried squid, scallion pancakes, seafood and pork dumplings, some delicious pork and shrimp mini-pancakes. The squid was the way my daughter likes it (chewy), and I enjoyed some as well. Everything else was great, although the dumplings were a bit past their peak, and should have been switched out for new ones. We also enjoyed some delicious bubble tea from Chatime, which always has new, seasonal selections to tempt you. Basically, a trip to the Asia Food Mart is really fun, as they have such a diversity of products. Next time, I'm coming here to shop "for real" (meaning actual groceries, as opposed to lunch or snacks). The butchery and fish counters serve really fresh food at a good price, and there are some great deals on produce. You can't get around the fact that this is a snack haven. You should check it out now!!! It's open 24/7.

Love that they have a variety of produce, fresh and frozen items. They also have a beauty section that you must pay for beauty products prior to checking out your groceries. They also have a large Japanese section with lots of imported goodies that you can find in Japan. Overall, a great supermarket with lots of Asian products that you can find here.

I noticed that this T&T Supermarket is definitely on the smaller side compared to their other locations, especially the one at Warden & Steeles that is much bigger. Selection here is also less since their space is smaller. I came and got lucky with finding their viral $12 fried whole chicken and knew I had to get myself one. Took it home to have for dinner and it was delicious and definitely a bang for buck type of item. You can find prepared foods here like sushi, breads, dim sum, chinese dinner dishes and more. I like their loaves of bread here as there is a huge selection of this ranging from sweet to savoury. They have a fresh meat counter and seafood counter as well so your items can be as fresh as possible. They have self check out areas too if you're looking to check out without speaking to anyone.
