We were greeted and seated quickly. Service wasVERY SLOW. Inexperienced waiter brought bread and drinks. Had to ask for tableware. Dishwasher broken so we got plastic! Then our waiter washed silverware and brought it to us with cloth napkin. Salads good sized. Bread was ok. After 45 min got steaks. Filet was pretty good. Loaded baked potato was large. Coating with salt was Not a good idea. Very loud music. Not returning. Not my kind of place read more

I prefer this location over the Madison one. The staff is always nice and the food comes out warm every time. We started with the crispy chicken taquitos, which were a great appetizer. Nice environment overall. read more

Horrible service. More than half the restaurant empty, and still told us a wait time of 5 to 10 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked if they could seat us now or we are leaving. The lady said okay by!!! So we left. read more

Gave us our cups in plastic while everyone else got glass cups, didn't bring us any silverware even when the food got here, stacked the plates for them to take, never came, didn't clean any of the tables around us, and no one ever came over more than twice. read more

The food was amazing! My food looked great and tastes delicious! My steak was delicious! The spinach dip was amazing!

This is my second time coming here and honestly because of my experience the first time is why we are back a week later. I treated my mother for lunch last Saturday while watching the college games. We sat in the bar area and Robinn was our bartender as well as our server. She was doing everything and serving everyone. She had great customer service and was so friendly. Very knowledgeable of the menu and even made some good suggestions on the lunch menu. I love the atmosphere in the bar area. If you just wanna catch a quick meal and drink and watch the games I would recommend. First visit I had the cheeseburger lunch meal with loaded baked potato. I thought about that potato all week which is why me and mom's are back today. Another Saturday in Long Horn eating good and watch college football. They have good drink specials as well. All in all I would highly recommend this Long Horn and customer service from Robinn was 10/10. Highly recommend. She made our experience here very very good. read more

We have been in ridgeland for a week due to the storm. And wanted longhorn, but had to do curbside pickup order due to having our dogs. We have never had an issue dining in, food is always great. However, curbside pickup was horrible. 1. Basically tipped 5 dollars to myself, because no one brought our food out. So, I had to go in and wait in line. And my food had been sitting on the counter behind the bar. 2. The shrimp was cold 3. The steak was cooked well done I ordered medium 4. The wings were not cooked all the way through 5. Ordered a loaded baked potato. Got a plain one and by the grace of GOD I asked for butter before we left. 6. The Mac and cheese was tasteless. The only thing that was good was the salad. A waste of 74.00 dollars. Never again. Sad. I spent and wasted my money . read more

Absolutely awful customer service. My friends and I were told there would be about a 50-minute wait, which we were completely fine with. We arrived around 9 and were number 3 on a waiting list. After waiting nearly an hour, we went back inside to check and found out we had been sitting there for nothing and were ultimately denied service. What's most frustrating is that when we checked back in, we were suddenly told there were still 4 tables ahead of us--despite being number 3 when we arrived. I work in customer service myself, so I understand delays happen, but leaving guests waiting that long with no update and no effort to communicate on what was going on is unacceptable. A quick check-in from staff would have made all the difference. Instead they wasted our time and made no effort to apologize. read more

Father's Day. We get there before 5pm because we know it will be a wait. 45 minutes into an hour wait we ask where we are on the list and they say another 45-1hr...the kitchen's not keeping up. Kids can't wait 2 hrs. read more

Longhorn is one of our favorite chain restaurants. We're traveling and visited this one in Flowood, MS (facing Lakeland Dr.) There was a short wait with online updates for our turn. Our server was excellent, she had really good info and sales ability. I regret not having her name. We were with a local friend who'd not been there. He had the Parmesan chicken which is reportedly a favorite. We went for ribs since 2 previous visits at other Longhorns in other states were out of ribs last 2 visits. They had ribs, we know they cook them for hours and these were good as usual. They were not the best we have ever had at other spots, but were plentiful for take out, salads exceptional, potatoes were good. read more

Four of us went for mother in laws birthday dinner. Our silverware was crusted with food (all four sets) on THREE changes. Gross and unsanitary. The health department needs to check this place before somebody dies. I will never return read more

Thank You, Longhorn Steakhouse -- Store #5419 | 6/20/2025 Management: Patricia Cousins, Tracie Coleman Reference: Abby Haskins - So Kind, Sweet, Friendly and NIce!!! Last Friday, after a doctor's appointment, I decided to use my final gift card from Christmas 2024. With four broken ribs and six spinal fusions, getting out is a real challenge, but I'm glad I made the effort. I wanted to treat my kind driver who has been helping me these past two months. I chose a seat at the end to stay out of the way and keep a low profile, as I need to prop my right knee up due to the pain--something I find a bit embarrassing. Despite being in the middle of a shift change, Abby came over, introduced herself, and made sure I was comfortable. She made eye contact, reassured me she'd take care of me, and asked if she could get me anything right away. It had been months since my last visit. I usually stop in for a quick lunch, and Gus R. always delivers excellent, efficient service--even remembering my name despite 6-8 week gaps between visits, often for takeout. Thanks to the outstanding service from Abby H., Shakerra B., and Rakiya S., my weekend was made even better. I enjoyed delicious leftovers from my bang-bang shrimp appetizer and my bacon cheeseburger, cooked perfectly to medium. The bottom line: the team reflects the strength of their management. Longhorn has clearly mastered great service. There's nothing like being greeted with a smile, having staff introduce themselves, and making the visit personal by remembering your name. Best of all, everyone--from bus staff to bartenders--focuses on the customer rather than complaining about their work. Because of their exceptional hospitality, Longhorn is now my go-to spot for "No-Cook Fridays." Thank you, Scott Thompson read more

0/10, restaurant is never clean, always a sloppy mess, the food is good but way overpriced for what you get, the service is hit or miss.

We had a very frustrating experience here. We were told we could be seated and were placed on the waitlist, where we waited about 45 minutes. During that time, we even checked back in and were reassured that we would be seated soon. However, when we went inside, we were suddenly told they wouldn't be able to seat us anymore, even though we were first on the waitlist. What made it more upsetting was seeing other groups being seated ahead of us. The lack of communication and inconsistency was extremely disappointing. We felt disrespected and will not be returning. The staff was very inconsiderate... read more

I had a horrible experience at the Flowood Ms. location back in March 2026 so I decided to try the longhorn in Olive Branch Ms. just to see if it was lack training or the service was bad. Food was ok! I just don't get why I have to keep all the plates on my table . Waitress never came to check if we needed anything else .

By far the worst Longhorns in the world. Waited 40 minutes and the waitress informs me they were out of the food I had ordered. The waitress never asked if I needed a refill. If there was a negative number of stars this place would get negative ten ! read more

They never let us eat here! Received a gift card for Christmas, so we had to cash it in today! There was a wait time of 20 minutes for the lunch crowd. It took a little longer to be seated. Waiter was friendly and eager to wait on us. The bread had been cooked for a while and was hard as a rock! My steak was cooked to my liking, but my husbands was over cooked(he had ordered rare). The restaurant was still decorated for the holidays, which was nice. Menu prices wasn't too expensive for service we received. read more

I order carry out today from Longh Steakhouse in Gliwood, MS. I ordered the NY Strip(Medium), Loaded Baked Potato, & Salad. My husband had the Ribeye(Medium Rare), Loaded Baked Potato, & Asparagus. Both steaks were well done, the potatoes were burnt, & hard as they were extremely overcooked. The only thing good on my plate was the salad. It's sad that people pay their hard earned money for a decent meal only to receive something that was barely edible. This is what my steak and potato looked like from Longhorn Steakhouse in Flowood, MS on January 14,2025 at 4:45 PM. read more

If I could leave a negative 10 I would. The carpet in the dining room is nasty and was smelly. In addition it didn't look like it was cleaned up in between customers. The food was good but the service was very slow. We had to wait over 30 minutes to be seated and the restaurant was only half seated. The waitress was nice enough but very inadequate. I was concerned that if the dining room looked that bad what the kitchen actually looked like and how clean they are. read more

Went for Saturday night supper. Many tables dirty, the menus were stuck together from food on them, the place had a bad smell to it.

Waited an hour to be seated. Took another 45 minutes to get food. Steaks were dry and small for 12oz. Baked potatoes were dry and seemed to be sitting in warmer or something. Worst longhorn I have ever eaten at. read more

The members of this eatablishment are unwilling to work with larger parties. If you are going to be part of a group of more than 6, I'd highly suggest going somewhere else. They have 3 large areas for seating more than 6 but when asked to sit there rather than being forced into 2 different areas they say that the area is "closed" because they don't have a server for the area. Keep in mind these larger tables right next to tables that are already being used from where we are sitting and we are using 1 server for our 2 tables of 9 people total. You can probably see how this logically doesn't make sense and they could have easily adapted to this situation. Instead we basically couldn't talk to the other table without yelling across the area, so this birthday was pretty bad. All in all, the server is pretty great and food is half way decent if the Outback Steakhouse down the street is too packed. read more

Longhorn in Floowood is just not what it used to be. My service was excellent however the food was underwhelming. I'm a Longhorn fan so I was disappointed when my caesar salad was overdressed and the lobster tail was just ok. Also, they need to change the mop head or bucket or something because it smells like old mop water as soon as you walk in. I hate this for them because I really am a fan. read more

The food was ok...... The service was pretty good even though my bartender Frederick was overwhelmed with work. Honestly, this guy deserves a raise from him taking orders, grabbing tables, making drinks , serving drinks , & running food orders. The guy was all over the place. It's unfortunate if everyone did their part, he wouldn't have to work with his head, cut off like that. Honestly, this place does not deserve this guy. It's hard nowadays to find good workers like this. Nevertheless, I have to be completely honest about the ambiance it seemed like a family oriented place more than a steakhouse in my honest opinion the men's bathroom there was completely disgusting no paper napkins. The soap dispenser was completely falling off the wall & and there were no napkins in there. My overall experience I would have to say 5 out of 10. Only because the service Frederick gave me was outstanding otherwise honestly, I would've walked out. read more

I've gone to a lot of longhorn steakhouses because I really enjoy not just the steak, but there's shrimp and asparagus. Their spinach. Their salads are divine. Services is immaculate. They've got great cocktails and friendly service and the food comes out pretty fast. You'll enjoy this spot. read more

Outlaw ribeye is great - large enough to share. We will be returning often. Curbside pickup is our go to.

The service was extremely slow. It took about 15 minutes to get our drinks. The salads were a while coming. The first steak order came at least 5 minutes before anyone else's order arrived. The steaks were very overcooked and the roasted corn was so cold I decided to bring it home to cook tomorrow. It would have taken too long to return it (that's why the steaks were not returned). Very, very disappointed, especially for the price we paid. read more

This review is simply service oriented. I've tried to eat at this location twice now staying in the hotel next-door. Both times I sat at the bar and had a very extended wait time. The bartender seemed overwhelmed today. I went there and after 25 minutes of sitting at the bar, waiting to get my area cleaned and then to order, I decided to go elsewhere. I ate at the Mexican restaurant close by and a local resident there said he avoids the Longhorn here like the plague. He said the service is horrible there and he no longer even attempts to eat there. read more
