This is a great longhorn location! We both got Lemon Garlic Chicken which was delicious but slightly too rich of a marinade. The free bread that came was huge and warm and oh so delicious! Our white peach and berry sangrias were also huge and worth the price for their robust flavor. The baked potato and salad were also delicious. Next time, I plan to get the steak... The service was great and it was an awesome ambiance for our 4-year anniversary.

I came here on a Saturday night and got the tbone($31) steak with corn (+$2) and a Caesar salad. All the food came out quite slowly and the staff took a bit to come check in on our table for our initial order. When the food did come out it was actually pretty good. Steak was seasoned very generously and cooked to medium as ordered. For a chain steakhouse it was good, only complaint was the slow service. My friend and I ate dinner here and thought it was really good. She got the shrimp and salmon dish with brussels sprouts and broccoli. I opted for the surf and turf and got the filet mignon with lobster tail and a side of mashed potatoes with gravy and a Caesar salad without croutons. Everything was really delicious! We had a great time and our service was really great! We will definitely return!

Flo's Filet with Steakhouse Mac & Cheese

We came here for a weekday dinner. Service was okay; we had a large party which can be difficult to manage, so I won't fault them for that, but we could have been checked on more often and more thoroughly. We started the meal with complimentary bread service. The bread was soft and still warm from the oven, and it came with a nice whipped butter. We started with appetizers - white cheddar stuffed mushrooms and the Parmesan-crusted spinach dip (comes with flatbread chips - these were a little thick and chewy, not very crispy). The mushrooms were certainly cheesy, but sparse on the crusty top. It was served in a long tray with approximately six pieces - it's great for sharing. My main issue at Longhorn Steakhouse was the cookery (or lack thereof) of the steak. I ordered Flo's Filet (6 oz.) which comes with a salad and another side (you can also swap out the salad for an additional side). Signature sides are available for an upcharge. While the filet mignon was beautifully tender, the requested temperature was medium rare; it came out rare. It was still edible, but definitely not medium rare. Another person at our table ordered the same - medium rare filet mignon - but it was blue rare - we had to send it back to throw back on the grill. After the requested refire, it came back to the appropriate temp. I suppose it's better to undercook than overcook (it's a more cost effective fix), but I would hope for more mastery in cooking steak at a titular steakhouse. I also found most of the dishes to be a tad salty, especially the steak, but the sides were tasty. We also had a mix-up with the salads. While salads were brought out quickly, the salads got shuffled around at the table when they were delivered by the waitstaff. When one of the salads seemed to be missing, the waitress acknowledged the mix-up but a replacement salad was never brought out. We later remedied this by requesting a replacement side, but making a new salad should've been a quick fix. We were celebrating a birthday and the waitress kindly brought out a sundae with a birthday candle. It's always nice when the restaurant acknowledges one's special day. At the end of the day, it's a Longhorn. It's a steakhouse, it's a chain, it has the kitschy decor, and the main reason you come here is for steak. When coming here for a steak dinner, it was adequate.

Always wanted to try Longhorn Steakhouse and decided to drop by after an event at the Dulles Expo Center. For a Friday dinner, the place was busy and recommend to make a reservation. We ordered the Longhorn and it was flavorful and seasoned just right. Beyond the steaks, the sides were delicious and the fresh bread was a great addition. The service was prompt and friendly. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual night out or a special occasion. Parking was readily available as it is a private lot. Enjoy!

I have a food allergy, and whenever I order, I always let the cashier know. At most locations, the staff will notify the kitchen, and they take extra care to ensure items containing my allergen do not touch my plate, including changing their gloves when preparing my order. While I know there is always a small risk of cross-contamination anywhere, the BBQ is so good that I willingly take precautions and come prepared just in case. Unfortunately, the staff at this location seemed not to care at all. As I waited for my order, I watched them touch the food of multiple different orders using the exact same pair of gloved hands (e.g., they did not use utensils). Even if I didn't have an allergy, I found it to be gross. When I suspected they were about to prepare my food, I politely asked them to change their gloves. I received an audible huff and an eye roll in response. When I asked a question about how they seasoned their fries, they acted as though I was a massive inconvenience even though I was literally the only customer in line at that moment. Finally, when the employee went to open my food containers to verify the order, I had to stop them and say I could do it myself, as I no longer trusted that that staff member's un-changed gloves wouldn't contaminate my food boxes. I left feeling so frustrated. Management should retrain this location's staff on basic food safety and customer service, particularly of those with allergies.

At that time, only parking was at Emerick Elementary School, but there's also closer parking at the community center lot. I actually opted to park in a residential neighborhood, as the street was closer to the event. Well, good thing is dogs are allowed. And I remember it was a "rain or shine" event, which was good, seeing as how it certainly was drizzling at the time -- and likely had rained well before then. A lot of food trucks at the event, in the Fireman's Field area. I beheld a Fords Fish Shack truck, one for a pizza I'd never heard of, and some kind of southern or soul food. No idea of anything, and kinda glad I saw the food truck for the "What the Heck BBQ" at last. This was my first time ordering something here, so at the food truck I just asked for popular choices, and went to knock 'em both out. Brisket and Pulled Pork topped the list, so I got a 2-meats plate with them both, and with flavored Mac and Cheese and Texas Baked BBQ Beans on the side. Packed three small cups of BBQ sauce, one regular and the others of the spicy variant. Ate out at one of the lone picnic tables near the entrance to the park. It was a nice afternoon and the rain had stopped. The brisket was good and so was the pulled pork. I liked the sides more than the main dish, for some reason. Mac and cheese was heavenly but prob had a lot of calories packed in. BBQ beans were spot on, and complimented the meat with their own BBQ sauces. All in all, a close home run and well done for what was essentially a to-go order -- yeah, planning was not outstanding. All in all, great food truck selling barbecue meat and foods. The inside of the restaurant is nicer than expected, with a cavernous and industrial feel. Our waitress was the only one working the whole restaurant. She nonetheless provided prompt and efficient service, including meat cooking, during our meal. We opted for AYCE option for $38. We sampled the spicy pork belly, spicy and regular pork bulgogi, and the thinly sliced pork belly. All the pork cuts had a tender texture and we found the marinades savory and not too sweet, in comparison to other restaurants. The sole beef option I tried was the top blade steak. While tender, the meat was watery and subsequently lacked flavor. We found the banchan and side dishes here weak. Most of the banchan had too much sugar for our palette. Banchan were limited to basic selections such as kimchi, potato salad, and picked radish; some higher end choices such as fish cake would have been welcome. The corn cheese, while gooey, lacked seasoning. The fried rice cakes had a pleasantly crisp and bouncy texture when served fresh, though gummed up after a couple of minutes. The steamed eggs actually had great flavor, but are cooked on the grill such that the bottoms burn. Overall, this felt like a relatively standard KBBQ experience for the area. While the pork options tasted of a decent quality, the remainder of the meal fell a bit flat. While not bad by any means, we experienced no compelling reason to return to the Qui over either a new restaurant or repeat visit to a standby.

The salad was pretty refreshing, and I enjoyed the potato salad and broccoli. The service was alright. We cooked our own meat, and our server only came to check on us occasionally. Between the three of us, we shared six different meats (and they actually give you so much per order) along with a few sides that were also unlimited. The thin-sliced brisket was actually pretty fatty, so we are unsure what the fatty brisket plate would have been like. The top blade steak was also quite good with the side of salt and sesame oil, but I recommend keeping a good watch on it to not over-grill it. The thin-sliced pork belly was fatty and juicy. Next, we tried the beef bulgogi, orange beef bulgogi, and cumin pork belly. Marinated meats aren't usually my favorites, but my friends really enjoyed the orange beef bulgogi. The combination was unique and surprisingly, it worked well. The cumin pork belly was interesting and flavorful, and I would recommend ordering one to try. As for the sides, I thought the steamed egg had a weird texture. It was definitely not freshly made. The corn cheese was fine and same with the fried rice cakes. My friends enjoyed the beef radish soup, but I found it a bit too bland. Overall, not my favorite AYCE KBBQ in the area, but it was worth going to once.
