Water or tea was offered upon arrival and there wasn't a heavy nail polish odor permeating the space. She and the owner Kay (who is so nice) helped me choose a color combo to match my inspiration pics I brought in. This is my first time going to a Hispanic nail salon, always been to Asian ones. The customer service was great and the woman who did my nails and toes I believe her name was Tanya, was amazing. What I loved is that she took her time and I felt relaxed. Not rushed like other nail salons, just trying to get you in and out. I absolutely loved my nails and toes. She filed, polished and squared them off perfectly. It was $75 for the basic manicure and pedicure. No bells and whistles just gel polish. I think that's on the pricey side considering the area and that they don't even use the cheese grayer apparatus for dead skin on the feet. Just a pumice stone which I use weekly myself. I tipped 20% because I was happy with my results. I only gave 3 stars because within a week nail polish was chipped on my hand. Within in 2 weeks so many nails were chipped. I think it has to do with the cheap polish. They do have OPI which I noticed after I was done. I would've chose that brand had I saw it. Also the bottom of My feet wasn't as smooth as it is when I do my own foot care. Their bathroom was out of order and the sink didn't have hot water to wash hands. But the pedicure water was warm.
