I asked her what her specialty was and she proudly said she could do everything! Well, not that day, and not on my head. She was a very nice lady, but she just isn't what I would call a Stylist. More like the neighborhood, old school beautician that use to give me my shirley temple curls for picture day.

Borderline a scam. To start, I got a call 25 minutes out…read morefrom my appointment that they were running 30 minutes behind. Got a pedicure and was told partway through that to scrub my calluses (part of a typical pedicure, no?) would be an additional $18. Got a Japanese gel manicure and requested a very, very simple design--you could hardly call it a design, just two colors basically. Not only did it not look at all like what I wanted, but it cost an additional $25. I expected an additional charge but not THAT for what I asked for/was given. Finally, and most disappointingly, I started noticing small cracks after about a week, and after less than two weeks, a large piece cracked off. I specifically got this type of manicure to last for a two week trip, as they're meant to last weeks and weeks. I wish them well but will NOT be returning.

They found a customer for as long as I'm able to come here…read more Jennie and Jason serviced me and they are amazing, attentive, and meticulous! This spa is spacious, more than enough pedicure and hand service stations, it was amazing to walk into. As soon as I walked in Jennie greeted me and showed me to the pedicure chair. The massage chair actually works which was much needed. I got the Lavender Spa Pedicure and acrylic/gel custom design. In the pedicure, it included a 5 minute leg/foot massage (thank you Jennie for being patient, I am ticklish AF). For my acrylic set, I showed Jason the picture I wanted and what I wanted, I GOT! I see other negative reviews and not sure where those were coming from but my experience was great and I will come back religiously. I hope my review helps others try despite the negative reviews!

I've only gotten regular manicures here so I can't comment on their other services. Judging from…read morethe hit or miss quality of their regular manicures, I'm hesitant to try anything costlier. Sometimes it's fine. Sometimes the tech will either drill all your cuticles away or neglect to properly file your nails. I will gently request what I want, but I don't want to nag, nor should I because regular manicures consist of the same basic steps. I never know what I'm going to get bc I don't book with a specific nail tech. And their hand towels smell like damp dog. I wash my hands twice afterwards and the stench still lingers. But since they are one of the very few salons in the area that don't charge obscene prices, I'll probably go back for basic services. And they seem to have their devotees so perhaps sticking with a tech you like is the way to go.
