I came to them 2 weeks ago for lash extensions and I admit they did come out nice but during the process of getting them done no instructions were given (such as keep your eyes open & try not to blink) & afterwards no aftercare instructions were given. The women was not friendly at all but had the audacity to ask for a tip. Fast forward to today, my lashes mostly came off on my right eye and I looked crazy so I came back for them to remove it. The lady told me have a seat, poured a liquid on my eyelid , gave no instructions and walked away. I'm sitting there with my eyes closed for 10 mins while the workers chit chat on their phones. My eye then starts to burn so I start cussing and freaking out and what do the workers do? Nothing but laugh. I asked for a napkin , the lady gave me one. My eyes were still burning for another 5 minutes then the lady came back , tugged off the lashes and told me "$3". I will never return here even if my life depended on it.

After 5 additional minutes passes I asked does Safie know I'm here? She asked another lady who works there and she said oh she has someone else in the room. The receptionist asked oh two people came in at the same time. I was just a bit taken back because the communication for a client was non existent - no greeting, no explanation of check in just no acknowledgment. When Safie did come out she said you can go to the room in the back and get undressed again no greeting. The room was on the smaller side and I didn't see any place to hang my clothing. I waited for an additional 5 minutes for Safie to come to the room. When she came the she asked if I was getting a Brazilian which I responded yes, and she said I gave you time to undress and I indicated I couldn't locate a place to hang my clothing. She closed the door and showed me the hook on the back door. I would have never thought to look there as the door was open when I came to the room. Someone should have given me instructions want me to the wrong as it was my first time in that location. Safie, services were good but a bit rough and I've been sugaring for 10 years. I visited this business in its old location and had a better experience before they moved here.

Due to covid I haven't seen her in months but I recently got back to her with booking me an appointment ( appointments and mask are needed for any service) Deep has done a Tremendous job following the department of health covid19 sanitary of the salon and making sure those Expectation are very well maintained. Checking each customer Temperature and making sure everyone follow the rules (6ft apart) and regulations. I love that about her and the way she treats and respect her customers not only me but everyone else.
