Very good beer, servers were attentive, and plenty of room so it never felt to crowded. The Double IPA and Irish Red are the 2 beers that are a must try, and the taster sizes were much larger than the usual 4 oz pours on would expect. Great beer! Despite only having popcorn for food, there is always a food truck out front, or they encourage you to bring your own. I'm a big fan of that. Weird to say, but it is also pretty kid friendly. They have a bunch of board games and our 4 kids ages 5-8 stayed perfectly entertained while we drank the delicious and STRONG beer. I'm not even a beer-drinker and I love this place. hidden in a strip-mall, you'd never expect a place like this to pop-up in Lone Tree. Amazing beer (did I mention I'm not a beer drinker), great patio, friendly servers who have been there forever. Food trucks outside most afternoons (check their FB page to see who). This review comes at a price as its my neighborhood place and I want it to succeed so I hope the owners and mangers take note and make a few changes. So I read each review to date and while I agree with many of them I think much of the focus is in the wrong direction. I'm pleased to see the company start a new project to expand into the next strip-mall section but given this will be even more work they should plan on some staff training. First let me say the beers are decent...and priced correctly, the regulars on the menu are good and offer some surprisingly good taste notes. I have to say I like the beer. I do not however like the ambiance, the concrete floors combined with the cold furnishings make for a cold uninviting warehouse like environment. So okay, granted maybe that is the look and feel they trying to achieve, I get that. However if they took some time to dust the place, keep the matted dog hair off the welcome mats and wipe the bar-top once in a while it could be even better. Now for the staff...no chomping gum behind the bar, blowing noses and zipping by out held credit cards. So you are sitting sans a beer glass in front of you, with a credit card or a 50 on the bar...what do they imagine you are trying to do? in any case a little bit of people skills will go a long way towards customer satisfaction. This brewery is so much fun! It's very unassuming from the outside, but don't let that deter you. There's a massive bar, and plenty of seating both inside and outside. My husband and I tried 5 or 6 of the beers and they were all awesome. They also have some awesome games to play while you hang out! read more

we came across this place to complete the bock-8 brewery tour and quite frankly I won't go back. there was a strange and nauseating odor when we first walked in that just lingered throughout our whole stay. after about 10 minutes of sitting at a table the waitress finally came over (mind you there were only 6 other patrons in the whole place) she asked us what we wanted. she was fixing the tap we wanted (which could have been what took her so long to come over to us but that's fine). we got our three beers and asked for a cup of water for our fourth guest, who then received their luke warm water in a red solo cup... the beer was mediocre at best (in all of our opinions) and the smell and over all ambience was not very becoming. read more

I'll just add that there were 8 beers on tap at Lone Tree when my husband and I stopped in yesterday, and we tried a sampler of each. Delish! I really liked the Pale and the Black IPA. (The Double IPA wasn't hoppy enough for my taste.) My husband usually prefers dark beers and he really liked the Stout. We had a fantastic experience at Lone Tree. It's very close to Park Meadows Mall so I bribed hubby with a new brewery in return for a few minutes in Macy's. (Ok - I actually preferred the brewery too.) Anyhow, both the owner/manager and an assistant spent a lot of time chatting with us, talking about the business and the beers. The folks here are super friendly and know how to make you feel right at home. The tasting room has fantastic ambience. It's spacious, clean, has sleek tables and chairs, and has a high industrial-style ceiling. The manager mentioned that a local company recently hosted a business brainstormining/beer tasting meeting in one of the corners of the tasting room. I can totally see this happening. (And yeah - I wish I worked for that company!!) As FYI- ordering food for delivery can take 30-40 minutes, so if you are stopping in for lunch or happy hour, bring something or plan ahead. This is an A-plus addition to Lone Tree and the Denver beer scene. We will surely be back again and again. read more

Very average beer nothing to make ya want to come back. When most of the brews on the Menu are less then 6% AV it tells a beer snaub like me a lot. People who say this beer is very good or awesome hasn't had great beer. Go to Avery in Boulder or Great Divide in Downtown Denver and you will find world-class beer. read more

I stopped in once with my husband to fill up a growler. The external ambiance isn't anything great (it's located in a strip mall), but I was happy with the inside. One thing that stood out is that this is one of the most family friendly tap rooms I've ever been to! They have an assortment of board games for patrons to use and they also have a root beer on tap! Cool! I saw one family hanging out playing a board game and liked it! I plan to go back and enjoy a beer, and would probably be a regular if it were closer to home! read more

One of the best south Denver breweries. They have some good staple beers for several common styles. What is better is that they have a seasonal beer, usually every few weeks that is often great. They had a Motueka single hopped (pale ale I believe) that was excellent a couple months back and their annual Biere de Marriage (like a de garde) that is very nice. Keep up these one off beers ands I'll keep coming back! read more

Peach pale ale is a real winner here. Combine that with ever changing selection and rotating food trucks makes this a fantastic stop.

It's so nice to see more breweries poppin up closer to home! We came to LTB on a Saturday afternoon and were able to find plenty of seating, even though there was lots of people there. Pints are a great price ($4), and the beers we tried were really tasty (Irish red and blonde). The crowd isn't necessarily young (lots of families and older groups), but we had a great time nonetheless! read more

Really impressed with these guys. The stouts were awesome and I liked the ambiance. The location isn't the best as it doesn't look like a brewery belongs here, but I bet they get that a lot. Super neat brewery. Love the selection of custom craft brews and the social atmosphere. It gets VERY loud in here so don't come here if you're worried about having a quiet night. Also, be sure to eat something before! I had a beer here, I forgot what it was, but it was so strong I felt like I had 2-3 drinks! It was DELICIOUS. Staff was quick for how busy it was and its nice that they had popcorn. There was also live music where they had a guy playing guitar and singing and he was incredibly talented. I enjoyed my visit and I'll certainly come back after work since my office is close by. read more

Lone Tree Brewing is OK, but other than their Belgian Blonde (which was good but not great), I really didn't care for their beers. They seem to have quite a devoted following, but I'm not really sure why given how many other breweries there are in the metro area with better beer. It's not a bad place, but there's nothing about it that makes it stand out from the crowd. read more

I would really give this place a 3.5. They have some new staff that are not as great as the old staff. Friendly but not as knowledgeable. The beer is hit or miss. These guys make some of the best and worst beers in colorado. The IPA is killer. Not a big fan of the irish red. As time goes by, I think they will become better at being more consistent with what they brew. There is major potential here for them to be a top brewer in Colorado. read more

Not bad beer or environment but you gotta admit, Colorado has a lot of breweries which makes it difficult for one to really stand out. The environment is like most breweries in the greater metro area not bad but not doing anything different either. The same can be said about their beers. I tried both of their available IPAs, one with peach?, neither were bad but neither were spectacular. Being new to the state I was anxious to try lot of new places and Lone tree brewing has quickly become a favorite for my boyfriend and I. They have a great selection the peach pale ale is my favorite but they are constantly adding new seasonal brews! The bad first: 1. The tasters are too big. I want too taste them all, not fill up. I also don't want to have to share my tasters with my companions. 2. $5 pint is too much when I pay less than $5 at a bar for any other local micro brew. 3. Growler prices are also too high $10-17. Remember this is the tap room = no middle man. 4. Hefeweizen was terrible. One of the worst I have ever had. 5. Chocolate Cherry Stout is awful, thankfully it is a seasonal. 6. The Pale Ale is over-hopped making it hard to distinguish between the IPA. The good: 1. The blonde is good. 2. The IPA is good 3. The stout is good. 4. The Alt Bier is great, but it is also a seasonal. This should be a permanent line-up. It is similar to Man Beer at Bull and Bush. 5. The Mountain Mamma Helle is excellent as well. This beer tastes similar to Victoria Bitter (Australia), which I am not sure if it is even sold in the US. read more

Some of the best craft beer you will taste plus is a great atmosphere. Bartenders are friendly, remember you, and know a ton about beer. This is based on one visit. I thought the beers were solid and well-rounded. The IPA is 80 IBU, but it has a balanced feel. the seasonal chili beer is how I like that style: bold chili flavor. It's a welcoming tap room, though it's located in an industrial complex. LTB is a solid brewery. read more

Lone Tree Brewing has a kind of funny location, tucked into a mixed-use strip mall in the center of "suburgatory" - but they sure do make some solid brews! Their various takes on IPAs are always delicious and satisfying, and I've had some great belgian-style beers here as well (such as the belgian white IPA). I recently enjoyed both their Oktoberfest and Mexican Lager very much, the latter being unique for a microbrewery. If you're near DTC and craving a good beer and a chill crowd, Lone Tree Brewing will make you feel right at home. read more
