Imperial Stout "Barnabas' Favorite", served on a nitro draft.

Lovely little in a quieter part of town. Good beer brewed with love, and a friendly bar staff to boot. Good Pizza nearby at Walters, and can order in from other locations. Great neighborhood watering hole!

Beautiful day for a sip of seltz at Zymos.

We are so happy that this new spot has opened up in our community! The craft beers are terrific, they have the BEST - yes, I said it, BEST alcoholic seltzers out there. No weird after tastes, just delicious and refreshing - especially in this recent heat wave (the Strawberry Lemonade is my fav). They also have an option or two with no gluten (or it says gluten removed - something like that - don't want to misrepresent so just ask), for folks who need to take that into consideration. I have gone here a handful of times and am excited to have a local spot like this! The atmosphere is open, clean and fun. There are games to play, and events throughout the week from Game Nights, Trivia and even karaoke. There are plenty of big tables, long bars and two outdoor seating areas - well behaved dogs welcome in the outdoor sections. While there is no food on site you are welcome to bring in food with you - and as other reviews have mentioned Walters 303 Pizzeria is just a few doors down. The service is great, I am always greeted with a smile, and until recently it has been the owners running things, but this past week we were greeted with some new faces behind the bar - which was great to see! Hopefully a sign that things are going well and they are able to hire some staff. A win for the local community on all fronts. Looking forward to many more visits! Thanks Zymos.

Started with the Lemon Berry Sour: clean, crisp, and not too tart; then moved to a flight. Standouts were the Hard Ginger Beer and the Deluge (barrel-aged sour). For food, there's a burger spot called The C built right inside the brewery. They serve up classic, flavorful smash cheeseburgers with crispy fries or onion rings; perfect beer food. Chill atmosphere, friendly staff, and a great beer lineup. I'll be back for sure.

I tried one of their drinks and it was solid, but I'm a sucker for ginger beer so I went with their guest tap for the night. Their bartenders are super nice, you can tell they're good people even from small interactions. Love also that they have signage for how to ask for help in unsafe situations. I didn't try the food, but my coworkers said the burgers were actually really good, and they weren't even in the mood for burgers originally! When back in Denver, would definitely come back to this very local, friendly, queer-friendly, community vibes brewery! Also great music choices :) I forgot all about The Shins...

There is a small parking lot with street parking available. The beertender was welcoming and gave us background on several brews as well as answering all our questions. I am a dark beer girl, so of course I ordered The Jacob, a 6.5% roasty stout. Tasty. The others in our group tried the Spruce Tip Lime Tea Cream Ale. I had a sip, not my thing, but they enjoyed it. The Chili Gose, tasted that as well, nice with the hint of salt you expect in a gose. Another had The Lisa Jamba, a 5% radler IPA. Refreshing for summer. Overall a good visit.

After taking our old husky for a nice easy walk at nearby Ketring Lake this past Sunday, we decided to hunt this place down and give 'em a try. I popped my head in and asked if the dog was welcome on the patio, and the beertender said she was welcome inside, so we sat at an inside table as it was brisk out. My wife ordered the Oud Bruin (Belgian style brown ale) and I got a hazy double IPA. The taste of the Oud Bruin I had impressed me a lot - very similar to the ones I had in Belgium decades ago. My IPA was good but a bit understated - could use a bit more hop-forwardness. My wife ordered the Double Golden Ale for her second beer. I had a taste of that as well, and it was quite good, but if it's meant to be a knock off of the famous Duvel from Belgium the recipe needs a bit of tweaking. This is a pretty small place - seats maybe twenty people inside, and another 25 or so outside on the great looking patio, I'm guessing. There was a couple with two young kids when we first arrived, and another couple entered just as we were leaving, so we were the only customers for most of our visit. The very pleasant beertender chatted cordially with us. We'll head back here next time we're in the area. I'd love to see this place do well and continue to add something different to downtown Littleton.

Came out from Philadelphia and visited with my parents…read more I forgot my ID and the waiter carded me and would not serve me without it. I am 34 years old with a 6 inch beard. The waiter did not card my parents (ageism) The waiter did not card other patrons that appeared to be maybe 40 years old. I understand by law the brewery should card every patron so I cannot be too upset I was not served. But it was annoying that the waiter did not ask other people for ID but demanded it from me. My biggest complaint is that on a Thursday and noon the location was out of 4-5 beers (all of the brews my Dad and I wanted to try. I understand I could not try draft on premises but even if I brought my ID they did not have anything I wanted to try) They only had the super mainstream beers available that I can get from my local grocery store. They were also out of all crowler cans....so we could not even take out one of those in any brew. (I have visited maybe 50 breweries and literally none of them have ever been "out of cans" before.) The beer to go offered again was only the mainstream beers you could get anywhere. When we asked why they were out of so many beers they said they had a busy weekend..... again I have been to many breweries and guarantee I have been to busier breweries and they never ran out of so much beer. Again we went on a Thursday, so the 'busy weekend' excuse is fairly ridiculous since they had 3-4 days to restock after said 'busy weekend' It would be one thing if this location only served beer but they also brew, produce, can and offer tours of the brewery at this location. I cannot imagine such poor business practices that a location like this would run out of half the beers they offer during the weekend and not bother to replenish or restock any of them before Thursday (4 days later) The Mac and cheese I ordered was p good.. The location was nice and clean with a cool cabin environment. The waiter was nice enough but also fairly slow with service. It took maybe 25 minutes to learn they were out of all the beers we were interested in. We would ask for one, he would waddle over to the bar, eventually come back and say they are out of that one. We would ask for another. Repeat 4-5 times. The waiter did not specify when we sat down that they were out of any beers and did not say them all at once. The waiter also did not provide us with the daily specials. But we could hear this being present the 3 parties who came in after us with those specials. On the way out I asked the guy at the front store why they were out of so many beers and crowlers. He just stared blankly past me like he smoked 5 joints before work and never provided me an answer. Overall the visit was very disappointing. I can easily get over the fact I couldn't drink because my mistake leaving my ID at home, but the fact they were out of 5 beers, the waiter's lack of initiative to inform us of what was unavailable, repeated trips to the bar without saying what was out, waiter's lack of initiative to inform us of the specials, age discrimination by not carding all patrons (which is illegal) and being out of crowler cans made the trip not worth my time and extremely disappointing. I will not be returning. My parents who for the last 3-5 years have had a yearly club gathering at the location with 30-50 patrons will not be returning. The visit made me disappointed.
