Our project consisted of a complete redo of the master bathroom including converting a garden tub and shower into a full walk-in shower with accessibility features, new vanity and mirror (both involving electrical wiring), and a new bidet toilet (also involving wiring). We also upgraded the vanity, mirror, and light in the guest bath as well as upgrading some lighting throughout the house including adding pendants over the peninsula and converting track lights to can lights in the kitchen. We absolutely love our new bathroom! It gives me a calm feeling every time I walk into the room. A little oasis in our "beach" house in the middle of the desert. While having your routine disrupted by construction is never fun, JMG made the process as seamless as possible. Everyone that worked on our project was courteous, friendly and professional, and worked to make sure we were happy with the results. The team was careful to protect our floors by taping down a path of brown paper to the construction zone. They also created a zippered "door" with heavy plastic to keep the mess and dust as contained as possible and even swept at the end of the day. I specifically want to mention Josh, Frank and Gorge. We feel they went above and beyond in making our vision come to life. I had some pretty specific images in my head and they were listened patiently and did their best to make it happen or explained why it wasn't possible. Ryan is a great communicator via phone, text and email! While he did offer a quick repair, he also offered a "do it the right way" repair which would extend the life of my existing roof. I chose the "right way" and was super happy I did. His workers were very courteous, worked quickly, and left the site clean when they finished. The work was absolutely top notch! They paid attention to every detail, even making sure the unseen parts of the roof were properly sealed, painted, secured, etc. No corners were cut on the work, and it comes with the best warranty in the Phoenix area! Ryan is incredibly concerned about quality and used the best products on the market. He lived with his quote and there were no "surprise" costs that seems do endemic to the industry. Our roof has a 30 year materials warranty and a 25 year warranty for labor. Pretty sure I will be going out feet first before that time is up. I wanted something that would last and was willing to pay for the best. I could have probably gotten it done somewhat cheaper, but then you have to worry about what corners are being cut. I'm a contractor and usually handle anything to do with my house myself. I tried getting my…read moreinsurance to pay for my roof but kept lowballing the roof damage and I couldn't get them to approve a full replacement. I got stuck. Knocking at my door came Quinton from Hailco. After some warming up, I allowed him to step in and take over the claim. Within a couple of months they got the insurance company to pay for the entire roof. Once it was approved, the crew did a great job -- clean, professional, and finished on time. Quinton made the insurance battle easy, and the install was solid. Highly recommend Hailco Roofing, especially if you're dealing with a difficult claim.

TL;DR? I paid Hailco 100% of the money to do 100% of the roof repair, and DO IT CORRECTLY, and…read moremonths later I am STILL fixing their work, because the owner, Tanner refuses to fix their screw ups, of which there are many, as he'd rather bs me. I may get into that later in this review. The first red flag was when Jay, the salesman from Hailco, walked up my driveway trying to sell me something. My spider sense was tingling, but I went along, not knowing how hard I would be screwed, later. I feel that they target seniors and veterans, btw. Another giveaway was when Jay said, "Let us do what we do." and used the word "FREE"; "Free shingle upgrade," "Free roof inspection." I had no idea that what they do is scam seniors and chase storms. FFS, It's in their name! I was also promised by Jay that I could have GAF shingles, my preference, but once they had ALLLL of my money I had to use their product. That's another thing. Hailco DEMANDED ALL OF THE MONEY, upfront, including the deductible, and wouldn't even put materials on site until they had ALLLLL of the money. Talk about bad faith. I was lied to about that, too. "As soon as we have your deductible, we will be starting the job." Hailco had ALL of my money, including my deductible, and it was another MONTH before they dropped off material. On to the screw ups. 1. The roof top air conditioner, which was previously bolted to the roof trusses, was left loose, and the roof "technician" lied to me and told me that "It's heavy, it's not going anywhere." Seriously? Then why is it required by code to be bolted down in the first place? 2. The ENTIRE REAR ROOF IS DONE WRONG. The entire roof over the screened patio is wrong. It is a 0.8 in 12 pitch, and IKO, the roof tile manufacturer, will NOT warrant the roofing at all. I know. Its on their website. I have talked to them directly. Anything less than four in twelve has limited warranty, and less than two in twelve has none. 3. The brand new vents that I installed prior to Hailco's work were powder coated brown from the factory, but for some reason, the installers decided to paint them with some tan flat paint, that is already failing. 4. They didn't install a roof ridge vent over the garage, as required by code. 5. The did NOT tape the existing vents for the dryer and range hood. 6. They left literal pounds of nails all over the property, including the driveway and carport. This job was finished months ago and I am STILL picking up nails. 7. They did not install the Solar tube skylight correctly. They really screwed that up. It's really a simple thing, yet Tanner went on like installing one is like performing brain surgery. There are like six bits, and the instructions are written for a homeowner. How do you mess that up?! After thirty odd years dealing with contractors, this is absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had, bar none. Painters, carpenters, electricians, roofers, concrete guys, et. al.

Upon having our master shower remediated for mold through our home insurance policy, we were on the hunt for a company that could reconstruct the shower. I submitted a request through Yelp, and Global Prevention Services responded and got me scheduled for a consultation immediately. Shortly after this consultation, the Global Prevention Services Project Coordinator, Kimberly, put together several service estimates for me, as we weren't yet sure the direction we wanted to go with the shower tile. Kimberly was patient with us as we picked out materials and went back and forth on what we wanted to do! Due to our mold experience, we ultimately decided we wanted to limit the amount of grout in the shower, in hopes of minimizing the chances of it failing. With that, we started the reconstruction! Throughout the whole process, Kimberly and Rudy, the project manager, were incredibly thorough, communicative, and overall, just really helpful. We could not be more grateful for the time and effort both Kimberly and Rudy spent trying to make our shower dreams come true. I would also love to give a shout out to all of the guys who helped load and unload HUGE porcelain slabs -- that is no easy feat! I think it is also important to thank both the CEO, Michael and the President, Jeanette for checking in throughout the project to ensure our satisfaction. I have never been treated with so much care as a customer. The whole team deserves recognition for the role they played in getting this job to the finish line.
