Had a darn good steak here recently, even as a to-go order. The rolls are also delicious--fresh and buttery. The baked potatoes are just okay; they are never baked long enough and the toppings for the loaded baked potato are skimpy. But the size and quality of the steaks definitely make up for it.

The ambiance was laid back We got greeted and seated right away. The waitress wasn't the greatest. It took awhile for to get refills. She didn't check on us like others that she had to attend to. At one point she took our condiments that she placed on the table earlier and gave it to the table infront of us. Food was ok. I wouldn't drive from San antontion again to buda just for logans again. Just kinda sad disappointment.

Well Happy New Year Logan's.... 1st time ordering from you via Uber Eats... I was looking forward to my 2 salads & 1/2 dozen rolls for me & my husband. While the salads were delicious, we only received TWO rolls & why on earth were we charged an additional $3.65 for packaging?????? Absolutely ridiculous... well as it appears your reviews speak for themselves. Have a good day

Let me start by saying a waiter can sometimes make or break your restaurant experience and Kelvin definitely made it with his top tier customer service! He was attentive and quick to note when bread was needed or even a refill. His enthusiasm was amazing and he definitely makes you feel valued! The food came out amazing the potato skins where hot and cheesy and my steak bites where cooked to perfection! This locations definitely made me re-love Logan's I just miss the peanuts all on the ground.

We came here for dinner last night and enjoyed it. We arrived around dinner time and were seated immediately without a reservation, which was nice. The food was solid. Five stars for the shrimp salmon entree, which was delicious! The steaks were solid as well. And the spinach artichoke dip was a nice appetizer. Prices were reasonable too. And our waitress Jennifer did a good job as well. Well done Logan's roadhouse! We will be back.

Gray NY Strip

Got seated and served quickly. Ordered a smaller strip, medium rare. I got a gray steak that was medium leaning toward medium well. Nobody checked on me so I decided to go ahead and eat. The steak was barely acceptable but then again this chain uses such thin cuts, there's no chew or anything or anyway. My next interaction was with the server who was trying to clock out. I will say that the host refilled my tea for which I was grateful.

Destiny needs a new job, A hostess she is not.... My prime rib sat under the salamander heat lamps 4 too long.. It was tender and flavorful....

Steak tasted like it was cooked over gas, I'm not big on chains and this place reminded of why.

Taste on Main was best rated and the menu sounded intriguing. We arrived 45 minutes early, and the Maître D' graciously found us a table even though we expressed our willingness to wait. Our server knew the menu well, and the food flowed with perfect timing. The ambiance of a remodelled historic building with modern functionality was both relaxing and refreshing. We were especially pleased with our four telephone calls before hand to the manager about seating if it rained, reservations, and parking. Emily answered each call and was so helpful, and it is a nice touch that the manager interacts directly with the patrons. Each food item was excellent: 1) Mixed Greens Salad (mixed greens, seasonal fruit, candied pecans, manchego cheese, crispy shallots, red wine vinaigrette); 2) Cioppino (clams, mussels, shrimp, fish, calamari, arrabiata-fish brodo, foccacia); 3) 5 oz MTX Petite Filet; 4) Dulce De Leche Crème Brûlée (caramelized dulce de leche base topped with a crackly, burnt sugar shell)

And I paid $250 FOR THE WORST MEAL I HAVE EVER HAD! Place was cool. People were nice. But very unorganized. All the food was . Bland. Undercooked. Disappointing. Drinks were so bad. Old fashioned was the worst I have ever had. the worst. Wine was no better than 2 buck chuck. Basically tasted like old fermented juice. Let's go item by item shall we. Calamari - so bland and chewy. Supporting sauces were underwhelming. Tuna tartare - bitter. Sour. Flavorless. The buttered bread that came with it was the best part and didn't even go well. Try a cracker. Cesar salad - why in the hell would you put salt and vinegar potato chips in this. SERIOUSLY. Red snapper - chewy and over cooked. Steak filet - soooooooo bland. Brussels sprouts - oddly ok. Just a little undercooked. Potato's - the most UNDERCOOKED thing I have ever seen. It was like a blind grandma who smoked all her life tried to peel and cook potatoes while tossing cheese on it. No joke we could not get out of there quick enough. Literally pulled through a drive through right after and spent 15$ on tacos and had a much better meal. DO BETTER.

The menu has changed, the portions are noticeably smaller, and the prices have gone way up. I don't mind paying for good food, but I do expect the food and experience to justify the price. This is starting to feel like the prices of the downtown tourist spots, as if they think we're in Fredericksburg. Most of the people who live here are hardworking, middle-class families. We don't mind spending money, but we shouldn't have to pay premium prices for smaller portions simply because a restaurant has a Main Street view. Sadly, this used to be a favorite of ours. It isn't anymore, and we won't be returning. Start looking at why places are closing down, because you're NOT getting community support! I wonder why? I would like to say that the service has always been good it's just the prices and how they charge for everything separately now.. nope!

One of them seated us right away. The restaurant has a roadhouse atmosphere with a variety of seating such as tables, booths, and a bar. After being seated we were greeted by a friendly waiter that did a great job taking care of us the entire time. He took our drink order and then allowed us time to look at the menu. My son ordered a Tropical Breeze mocktail drink. He enjoyed it. I tried it and it was a little too sweet for me. When our waiter returned to take our order he brought us some bread and took our order. The bread was really good. It was soft and hot to the point that the butter would melt on it. For our starter we ordered the cactus blossom to share. It was okay. It was a little greasy but it's a fried onion. The onion strings inside of the fried batter were a decent size and when you add the dipping sauce it was an okay starter. For my meal I ordered the steak kabob. I subbed the rice for a loaded baked potato as one side and a house salad with honey mustard dressing as my other side. The salad was okay as it had fresh ingredients and the dressing added flavor. The baked potato was good. I ordered it withsour cream, bacon, and cheese. The bacon was a good size, the cheese was plentiful, and the sour cream added a little extra flavor. When mixed it made a good side. The steak kabob was really good. The grilled vegetables and the steak were delicious. Overall Texas Roadhouse was a good place to enjoy a dinner celebration. I had about a 10 min wait, and I was dreading the service due to the sheer volume patrons. Well, I get seated and it just takes off from there. Their service is phenomenal. I didn't wait for drinks, I didn't wait to be asked for my order (a few times), and I didn't wait to close out. They're on top of it, and it's exactly the kind of service that is lacking almost everywhere. The food. The portions are big, and the prices are low. Their steaks were surprisingly good, their ribs were falling off the bone, and their sides were meh... not the best, but that's not a problem. For me, one meal, is two meals. They are portioned well above the price point. Overall I was pleasantly surprised. Good service goes a long way, and this place shines in that department. You get what you pay for, and that's also something that's rare. Especially in this economy. Yes... the roles and butter were top notch

Many yelpers really like coming here but the common complaints are the fact that the steaks are too salty and service issues. There's about 20 business owner responses but nothing in the last four years and the very first person who reviewed this place 14 years ago actually put this place in perspective. I was surprised how few photos there were, so I'll add my 10. I came here with a group of 20 people for lunch and they put several tables together for us because they do not have a private dining room. I recommend sitting in one of their many booths as their chairs were not very comfortable. We started with the brisket queso and chips, which weregood, but you get no salsa and just a very small helping of pico. When you order your main course, you're only entitled to one free side as opposed to two sides that you would get at the Road House. With that said, the salads were fresh and they kept the hot bread coming. My steak came out well seasoned, not salty and the steamed asparagus was perfectly al dente. My bone in ribeye was equal to anything Road House could make and for this price you're not gonna get prime. Everyone else's entrées met their expectations and drinks were always full. Almost all of us were too full for any dessert. Service was absolutely on point and it's definitely a steak joint I'd come back to. Plenty of parking also.

The Diablo Chicken Pasta was nice and saucy, but like the catfish beignets, was a bit bland so I needed some salt to up the flavors. The shrimp ceviche was very refreshing, delicious, and a solid appetizer that was packed with flavor. The Chicken Waffles was good as well. OK: catfish beignets-the batter was well seasoned and crunchy, but it seemed like the actual fish needed seasoning as it was pretty bland. Grilled chicken sandwich was pretty bland too: the chicken was slightly dry and aside from the avocado, onion and tomato, there was not much flavor. The salad dressing was so thick and good. The baked potato was lacking on the loadedness. Usually the toppings are loaded on there and they mix well into the potato. But this one was dry and now that I think of it, might have not had butter on it. I ended up pouring some of the melted butter than way with the grilled shrimp onto the potato to make it less dry. The skin of the potato was salted really really well. I usually eat the entire baked potato but could not think time. Overall a good but not great visit due to the potato. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived, seated quickly, and our server was friendly. I started with one of their weekday margarita specials (10 ounces for $5), which was delicious. As always, the rolls were great, and my salad was exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, the entrées were where the experience fell apart. I ordered a half slab of ribs with a loaded baked potato. The baked potato was very good, but the ribs were so dry that the bark was inedible. Once I pulled that away, the meat underneath tasted fine, but there wasn't much of it. My daughter ordered the pulled pork, and it looked unappetizing from the moment it arrived. After a couple of bites, she couldn't eat any more because it was so tough. My niece's chicken mushroom sandwich was also dry and lacked flavor, and my son--who normally loves hamburgers--didn't even finish a third of his burger. The only thing that made the experience more disappointing was that no one really asked how the meals were. Our server stopped by for quick check-ins with a thumbs-up before moving on, so there never seemed to be an opportunity to mention the food. He appeared to be busy with other tables, but when most of the entrées on a table go largely uneaten, it's hard not to hope someone will stop long enough to ask if everything is okay. We saw the manager when we first arrived, but not again during our meal. I've had many good experiences at Texas Roadhouse, which is why this visit stood out. I know every restaurant can have an off day, but it was disappointing to see so many entrées leave the kitchen looking and tasting the way they did.
