The bisque was tasty but it seems the recipe was different than I had had it a few years ago. Seems it was less tomato based than before but no complaints. When we go the entree it was good but you could tell with the ribs that sitting under the heat lamp while we ate the bisque had dried out the ribs just a bit. However, they were good and the sides were great. I'm really liked the spicy roasted Brussels Sprouts and the mash potatoes were very good as well. Shrimp Macaroni and cheese was lacking the creamy goodness of Mac and Cheese while the Shrimp were cooked with Cajun spice. This dish was no different than the rest.
