Came here with my dad during lunch hours and ordered the Diablo Burger (Essentially a Jalapeño Cheeseburger) and Capitol Classic (Cheeseburger)- both with extra patties. We also ordered a tray of French fries to share. The burgers and quantity of the French fries were very generous. Definitely bang for your buck! The food itself was average. I was really hoping to be "wowed" and sucked into the savory of the food, but that "punch" never quite hit. They seem to be a genuine food truck and has a variety of things to order from. I'd like to try their tacos someday and see if I would have a different impression. Parking is a bit unorthodox (I parked on the side of the road) but there are plenty of tables to sit at with overheard cover from the awning. Give them a try!

It's the kind of place I know I will frequent from now on for a neighborhood burger. The space is covered with plenty of tables. Run, don't walk here. The patties are big. For a lil girl like me, I could have gotten away with a single patty and it would still be considered a double anywhere else. I respect this place. Thanks for a fantastic experience. Of course, in true good boyfriend fashion, he had to bring some home for me. He ordered the Blue Magic, half wet and half dry. The description says, "Frank Lucas would be proud of the perfect hot wing," not entirely sure who this Frank Lucas is, but my boyfriend agrees: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Unfortunately, by the time they made it home after a late night, the flavor was still there, but the wings had gone cold and lost that crunch. If you're looking for the usual buffalo, lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, etc., you're not going to find it here. And if you're PC, you'll be turned off immediately by the names--Hot Girl, Trump, Crack, W.A.P., and Asian Chick named Sue Wang.

The fat from the fall-off-the bone ribs and slight caramelization of the meat gave everything just the right consistency and taste. The rice was better than most places (soft but not mushy). The beans and tortillas rounded it all out. Normally I don't fill up on all the tortillas but I used all of it to clean the plate.
