There's was one attendee in the truck, working hard to make things happen. They didn't earn any stars for ambiance or location. But you know what, the burrito I had there was very good. Every ingredient was excellent, from the asada to the rice, beans and other fillings. The burrito was grilled nicely, and the hot sauce they gave me was more of a chili oil but it was absolutely amazing. It may not look like much but they sure seem to know that they're doing. It came with corn, potatoes, and mild cajun seasoning in a lot of butter (they had 3 or so other seasoning options such as spicy). When I opened the styrofoam container I could immediately smell that strong distinct seafood boil/bay seasoning--a good thing. The shrimp were medium. Didn't count them, but at least 8. The chunks of sausage were large, fatty. Lots of butter and seasoning to go with the boiled potatoes. The food truck plaza has covered dining (picnic benches), clean concrete floors, and a nice, clean outdoor restroom with hands-free sink (soap, hands-free dryer). So it really has a restaurant feel. We've been a few times and most of our fellow diners preferred Spanish to English and spoke it with a Mexican dialect. Between that, the music they play, the decor and the food, it can definitely make you think you're south of the border. After staring at their large menu, we enjoyed the pozole. It has huge hunks of meat, plenty of hominy, and checked all our boxes. We also enjoyed the quesabirria tacos and some street tacos. They offer tasty micheladas to wash it all down, (or just beer, if you prefer) along with some traditional Mexican desserts. The lady we ordered from was really nice and was very accommodating. We'll return to try more of their many selections, which include lots of street vendor-style snacks and treats.
