I have a theory that not all wing stop locations are created equal and this location bolsters that theory. This location isn't bad but its def not on par with my fave location in south Austin. The wings here weren't as crispy and a bit drier (not dry just not as juicy). I got garlic parm, korean bbq and reg hot. The garlic parm flavor was ok...a bit light on flavor but again, not bad. The reg hot was the best flavor as it balanced the spice and butter perfectly for a wing. The korean bbq was a total let down. I noticed it wasn't sticky like I'm accustomed to. It was also VERY brown, like bbq sauce. Then i bit it and...bbq sauce. I could tell it was meant to be spicy bbq but the bbq flavor just dominated...i dunno whats up with that sauce but i wasn't wing stop korean bbq like i know it to be. Even though my overall experience with the product from this location is lack luster the look of the location was nice. I liked the big electronic board you see when you first walk in where you track your order's progress. Also, the girl working the counter was friendly. She greeted everyone as they came in and provided prompt service. Efficiency is the name of the game here. If they can get the quality of the product correct this world be a top tier location. read more

The wings we just ordered and delivered was disappointing to say the least ....Chicken so old I couldn't even chew! Disgusting you passed these old wings to takeout orders! Never again ........ shame on you! read more

I received around midnight today from an employee at your Kyle location. During the call, I was informed that my number would no longer be accepted for placing orders due to an alleged prank call supposedly coming from my number. I want to clarify that I did not make any such call, and I have a screenshot of my call log to confirm this. It's concerning to be accused of something without any clear proof, especially when your team is not 100% certain of the caller's identity. I respectfully ask that this matter be looked into and that my number not be unfairly blocked from placing legitimate orders in the future. read more

Wingstop in Kyle is situated in a very easy to access strip mall by Target in a safe section of town. I will state now all the employees are really good people and pretty quick to make the orders. That said, if you order via the website for some reason, it won't let the customer pay for the order. I'm not sure if it was a "today hiccup" or what but it's an issue. However I quickly paid when I showed up to get my wings. I've been several times and my orders are always hot and tasty. That said I will advise that if you have a family and plan on eating in or just having a kid accompany you, please note the music selection is extremely adult oriented. I went in recently and I'm not sure if it was Jay Z (A rapper for those who don't know) or someone else but the lyrics would make your momma slap you for listening. I used to work at a certain sub restaurant when I was younger and there's no way the owners would have allowed for such music to be played. Wingstop you guys might want to consider what the customers hear as this isn't the club at 1am. Next I happen to notice in the picture I've attached, potatoes all over the floor in the back. This would get a ding from the health inspector and if it were protein might warrant a very harsh penalty. I highly advise keeping the floors of the premise free of food material that most certainly will be utilized. Overall, Wingstop is Wingstop but these two little items I pointed out should be fixed as it can affect repeat customers and I can't see myself ordering fries again from here as it's burned into my mind. Otherwise the wings are fast, the staff are pleasant, the drink station has a good little variety and clean. read more

Whole lot of talking and goofing off. I get people can chill while working, but I waited for my food for 20 minutes when there's like 12 people working at 9:53pm. read more

To Whom It May Concern, I'm an UberEats driver, and while I understand I'm not dining in, I'm still here on behalf of a paying customer who expects quality and timely service. Today, I came to pick up an order that included wings, a Sprite, and a sweet tea. The wings were ready after a short wait -- no problem. But I ended up standing there nearly 20 minutes waiting for sweet tea to be brewed and sweetened. Meanwhile, the customer's food sat in the bag getting cold. To make matters worse, the ice machine was empty -- thankfully, one attentive employee quickly stepped in to refill it when I asked. But with at least eight staff members present at 5 PM on a Saturday, it was surprising how disorganized things felt. One employee was kind enough to check in with me. Another was on her phone behind the counter. When I asked the person brewing the tea if it was ready, she said yes -- but she still needed to add sugar. I asked how long that would take, and she said she had to clean a flavored tea container first. That's not a priority move when an order is sitting and a customer is waiting. This may seem minor, but it reflects a bigger issue. Delivery drivers aren't just messengers -- we're the final step in your customer's experience. When delays like this happen, we take the hit. I had to message the customer to explain they were waiting on tea -- not me. I love this restaurant. I love the wings. But if we're all in the business of customer service, that should include drivers too. We deserve the same urgency and respect because your customers are our customers too. Thank you. read more

Went in around 11 and experienced terrible service and the night time crew are insanely slow, won't be coming back at all and will not recommend this location to others read more

The last two times, I've placed a mobile order before leaving HEB across the street. Both times the food was ready by the time I got across the road which, for me, answers the age old question: which came first, the chicken or the egg? Every time I eat here, I love it more. Medium and lemon pepper are my go to sauces. These are the best fast food wings in town. And make sure to get the veggies as your side. You won't be disappointed and they are much better than the fries! read more

I came back to see if the food and service improved. It definitely turned around 180 to a full 5 stars. We ordered the 30 wing classic pack with a large order of fries and side of carrots and celery. The lemon pepper and garlic chicken went quick with my family. Everything was hot and fresh, and the fries are a very unique recipe. The restaurant had a very large crowd right afterwards and didn't seem to skip a beat. A top pick in Kyle. read more

Called to place an order and was put on hold. Arrived to the restaurant after being on hold for almost 7 minutes, and saw all the workers hanging out and talking in the back. They had the chance to take my order on the phone since no one was at the front counter when I arrived. They completely forgot about picking the phone back up. Food was mid. Do not go to this Wingstop. Food was overcooked and wings were hard as rocks! Food is too expensive for the childish employees to be playing with people's money. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

Terrible experience here. Got boneless wings which were all from the bottom of the bag of frozen chicken. You could tell by the fact that it was practically inedible. The breading to actual meat ratio is ridiculously off, and not in a good way. Fries come soaked in oil. Honestly was left disgusted and threw away the majority of my food. I will never go to another wingstop again. read more

10/10 the cook and the manager were great cooks make the winds and voodu fries the best I've had and the customer services was great too

Of course the food is good, but this store is so dirty. There's no where to put trash when you're done eating. Today there was no ice, so the fountain drinks were warm. Last thing is that is that the workers don't seem to really care, lacking a little professionalism. read more

Service was very slow and catered to only online orders. Tables were very dirty, ranch splattered on tables and floor. Took 45 minutes for tables to be cleaned and the ranch was still on the floor. Our food took an hour, when I went up to the front to ask how my food was doing for the second time they handed me a bag which had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes or so it looked like. Food was cold and fries and some wings were hard and crunchy. read more

Excellent service! Would've given five stars, but the fries were a little cold. The chicken, of course was excellent. Excellent!

These are "lemon pepper" wings & as you can see. . they tasted about as flavorless as they looked. You're honestly better off just going to HEB getting a pack of chicken & frying your own wings. Lol read more

I would not ever recommend eating here. The wings that you pay for are not how you expect and especially the customer service my husband went in to get an order that was checked by the district manager my husband got an attitude from the worker Vanessa " she has glasses" and even on the call to order the food I asked them not to burn the fries. I won't be giving them another chance even if someone else bought it and offered me something. Props to the the district manager Luis for trying to make things right but I feel they are out of luck. I hope who ever eats and orders from here is happier with the cooks and the person who gives them the order. No one should ever have to throw/slide a food order to someone and have an attitude and roll their eyes and raise their voice because they don't know what is going on with past orders. Thank you Luis for giving us a second try but we will no longer be going back to not this store but any other. read more

A friend and I each ordered wings (separate orders but placed at the same time) and carpooled to pick it up. Friend's food was ready as soon as we got there. The first employee I spoke with told me my order would be ready in 10 min. 10 min go by and I speak to a different employee who says they are still working on it. Okay cool. Meanwhile order after order is coming out. I wait another 10 min and go back and speak to a different employee who says she's working on it and it's "just her tonight." Not sure how it's just her when I see at least 5 other people. After waiting a total of 30 min I ask about my food again only to find out that it had been sitting with the other to go orders the entire time. WTF. When friend and I complained about the AWFUL service no one cared. All the food had to go in the air fryer which completely defeats the purpose of ordering food in the first place. Most of these employees looked like high school kids and the two adults there didn't seem to care about their job. Can we please get some responsible adults back in wing stop?! read more

Lonnie review went there today got the 20 piece boneless meal. They did not give me my fries. I paid for extra ranch. They didn't give me that either so when I called up there, they said it did not come with fries, but if you look at the picture it shows it clearly I have ordered this before and always had fries so pay attention just saying. Ok now. It's been two days since my review you would think that Wingstop would say come in for 20 piece wing. We will give you your fries. We will give you your celery and we will give you your ranch. Just saying. read more

I actually don't leave reviews but i got so upset seeing that the older woman who manages the Wingstop in Kyle is incredibly rude not just to customers, but to her own employees. I witnessed her talking down to staff in front of everyone, creating a toxic and uncomfortable environment It's clear she doesn't know how to treat people with basic respect. When I asked a simple question about my order, she acted annoyed and dismissive, like I was wasting her time No one deserves to be treated like that especially the workers trying to do their job It's unprofessional and unacceptable. I won't be coming back to this location as long as she's running the place. read more

This two-star rating is generous since our meal gave both myself and my sister-in-law food poisoning. My case was a more mild stomach ache that persisted for 8 hours, hers was full-on "double barrel" if you are familiar with the term. Still hungry for wings after reading that? I applaud you. At any rate, we placed our order online to be ready for pick-up. Used the sixty-cent wing deal, which definitely made it more affordable. We drove down to Kyle from Buda and it was there waiting for us within the specified 15 minute timeframe. So kudos there. Sam, an employee there, seemed a little too focused on repeatedly mentioning the link at the bottom of the receipt to review their service. I appreciate that he cared rather than being one of those apathetic, miserable-looking employees (you know the ones), but he didn't seem to grasp the hint that we were hungry AF and just wanted to grab it quick and go. The flavor of my Louisiana Rub was really good (it's the hottest flavor of theirs I can handle, as long as I have ranch with it-- yup, I'm a lightweight in that category), but the Hawaiian just wasn't hitting like it should. The fries were pretty limp and soggy, and while we both ordered large fries, there was a very disproportionate amount comparing our servings. Otherwise though our order was correct and accounted for. Used to love WingStop back in Cali, but it might be time to let go of nostalgia and find a new wing joint. read more

Went in to order just some voodoo fries, was met with a warning of a 45 minute wait time, but just for fries, it'd only be a 5 minute wait. During my 15 minute wait all I saw in the back were all these kids laughing and playing on their phones. The floor was dirty with wings and fries. At one point at least 5 of the kids went to the walk in laughing and came out laughing and blowing smoke. After I left I was waiting for my wife to get pizza from the little Caesars next door, took my son for a stroll and when we walked down the road behind the stores I saw another 3 employees smoking their weed pens and playing on phones like there wasn't a rush going on inside. Save your money and avoid this spot like the plague. read more

Don't order on Super Bowl. Their expected time is not accurate. Two hour expectancy, thirty mInute wait. I will say that their staff is some of the most positive people I have seen in the industry and that is why they're getting a 4 out of 5. With the adversity they were faced with tonight they were super polite, helpful and strived to make every order right and honest. Concerned they're going to have lots of no show orders tonight.. Respectfully this location needs to hire new people, all the young kids here literally gossiping over the counter with their friends, laughing, walking out into their friends cars mid shift not doing their job like bro there is no reason 5+ people had to leave bc these kids were taking 50+ mins "bagging" the orders. they're helping and serving their friends that just walked in over people waiting there, like yall need to get it together pookie read more

DO. NOT. ORDER. IF. YOU. WANT. WHAT. YOU. PAID. FOR! This place is by far the worst wingstop I have been to in recent years. They can't get orders right. The customer service is lacking. The employees competency/training is lacking. Here's why I came to this conclusion. My wife and I place a family pack order for 50 wings. 40 mild flavor, 10 spicy Korean BQQ flavor. It was an online order so the order should've been clear as day you'd think. Well when I got the wings and come home, we find that we have 30 lemon pepper wings, and 9 Korean BQQ wings. We were shorted 11 wings, and a completely different flavor we ordered. We call the store to see what can happen and they only offer 10 wings at mild flavor. Horrible customer service as that's not what we paid for. I understand mistakes happen, but the unwillingness to make it correct is what does it for me. read more

Stopped in for lunch. Ordered the 10 piece, half Hawaiian, half hickory smoked. Comes with fries and a drink. Like that the lemons and lime are cut and look really fresh and stored on ice at the drink counter. Iced tea tasted fresh as well. Your wings are not cooked until you order so plan on a 15 minute wait. They do bring the food to you. Service is good. Music playing inside is not to my taste as a little too loud but I am an older dude so maybe it's just me. Lol I would also recommend they add napkins at each table. Sauce covered wings are messy and there is a single spool of those brown paper towels where you get you drinks. Fries were real potatoes fried! Very good My Hawaiian wings were very good as were the bar b q flavor, tangy and flavorful. Not sure why there are low star reviews??? I would give them 5 stars if the fix the music and the napkin issue. I would return and recommend them. read more

Completely got my order wrong the first time after an extra 25 minute wait past the original 30 minute wait. After calling and informing them that they gave me the wrong order( the expo examines every order to ensure its correct before it leaves) they said they would have my correct order waiting for me. I was already passed mad so my wife goes to get the "correct" order after seeing the fries were not included she had them include the fries I previously paid for. The MANAGER then tells my wife we should have just ate the 1st incorrect order. Hold on little man.... Once we get home and open the box THEY ARE ALL BINE IN WHEN WE ORDERED BONELESS!!!
