I got confirmation 15 mins after say they got my order and I be delivered at 7:45pm. The door dash guys was waited there for 2 hours for my order! They kept telling him it be 15 minutes and 15 minutes later still nothing!!!! i went down to just cancelled my order and get my refund! It was poor customer service and communication between the workers! There a lot people standing there when I went complaining about them receiving half an Order or there refund as well. I'm sorry!! Wing stop needs better management and organization!! This place was a disaster and unbelievable rude!!! I will no longer be giving them my business!!! They suck!!! read more

Wingstop - Korean BBQ, CAJUN - Chicken Wings Near Me - Kyle, Texas

WingStop in Kyle is absolute crap. Just received an Uber Eats delivery and the food was cold, items were missing and the food was packed in an unsanitary manner. I don't know how someone could screw up wings, tenders and some fries but they did. Maybe that's what they're good at, screwing things up. Never ordering from there ever again. read more

THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS. EVERY-TIME I COME HERE THEY ARE BACKED UPES! No matter if I order only or in the building. It's nasty with food all over the place and the staff is young and play to much. There is no respect for time and the customer service sucks. I order online over an hour ago and still had to wait another 25-30 mins. Management needs to get control of the staff and make sure they are working efficiently. read more

shitty ass place fire everyone my order shouldn't be taking 2 jours with 20 people inside waiting for food this place is shit and needs to get closed by the time the wings are ready my dash order of pizza will get ruined read more

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** This was the worst Wingstop I have ever been to. I love Wingstop, but this one didn't even taste remotely good wouldn't even feed this to my dog. Wings were over cooked dry and bland. The sauce was like water and it absorbed into the breading on the wings. Fries were burnt crispy and stale. Disgusting excuse for a Wingstop. Just find another wing joint... read more

Great wings and fries. I really appreciate their customer service and Ariana who was a BIG help. They have plenty of places to sit and TVs to watch the games on. I will definitely be back again soon. read more

Listen I am not one to complain but, We ordered a sandwich and fries. Not one but BOTH of our fries were SO soggy, burned, and obviously no taste. They tasted so gross. The chicken sandwich was not thoroughly cooked as well, so we had to stop eating our food. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Kyle, Texas

The food was real trash bro the wings were so dry that when I bid on they broke apart the veggie sticks were all black inside I didn't like it at all as a waste of money I will never go again on the Night Shift so don't waste your money on the night shift at Wingstop and Kyle go to a different one or ask him to make a fresh batch of whatever you order read more

missing 2 ranch and 1 fries and my order was 20 late waiting for the food. I was unsatisfied with this .

This isn't the wingstop to go to employees play around more than pay attention to customers and managers try to be more a friend than a manager you can hear the way the mangers talk to the workers like they are stupid so now I understand why they seem to have a high turnover! read more

The employees just sit on their phones and talk while people have been waiting for food for 30+ minutes. Orders placed after mine were expedited. Charged us for large cups despite not having them. Said that they didn't have time to make more sweet tea. Will never be back. Fuck this place. read more

Waited 30-45 minutes for our order only to get dry cold fries & wings. This is ridiculous. Do not recommend this location Manager said she messaged me but have gotten zero messages read more

TL:DR They don't know how to say Dennis at the pickup counter but their wings are as good as a prime Wingstop franchise spot should be and ordering is a breeze online or on the go with the Wingstop App. I've got time to read: I have been driving past this place ever since I saw the familiar green logo on vinyl window decals go up, just waiting for the opening day. There isn't a conveniently located Wingstop for miles, so pretty much they've been non-existent in my takeout options for far too long; years if we're being honest. Needless to say, I was thrilled to be able to grab those familiar Wingstop fries and some of the newer wing sauces. The service: Denise vs Dennis; my lifelong battle against take out counters and baristas, to name a couple...I just roll with the punches. Well, no change for me here, LOL but more importantly, the wings are just as good as always. I've given them the routine, multiple-try trio of visits since they opened up shop. The wings are classic Wingstop in shape and taste and there is still the staple flavors - Atomic, Lemon Pepper, Hawaiian etc. They've even added boneless options since my last visit. The french fries, with their sprinkle of sugar still are as mouthwatering as ever. The iOS app is pretty easy to naivgate, which makes ordering simple. Picking out a la carte items or going for the combos and add-ons are all easy to locate. You're not officially a suburb until you have at least one Wingstop. Say goodbye to the old town of Kyle, we're just getting started. read more

I am so mad right now! I called over 10 minutes before I started my lunch and the lady said my food would be ready within 20-30 minutes so I called before I went to lunch to make sure I got food in time so I could eat. I called them at 5:50 clocked out at 6:00 and did not get my food until 6:54 I literally spent my whole lunch standing in the lobby. They were nice but they need to update their wait times so people can have a better idea of when to expect their food. Also asked for my dry rub wing to be somewhat wet they said not a probably they were completely dry. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Attention to detail is not their strong suit. Order the family wings with double fries, received everything over cooked. And I did not even receive my vegetables. Come on.... read more

My wife and brother both got food poisoning here ... from boneless wings, which are typically a lot more "safe" than bone-in. Fries were floppy and not nearly crisp enough. When we picked up our food, which was on time hence the two stars, the employee named Sam practically harassed us to give the place a review ... so here it is, Sam. read more

Poorly managed... Employees are doing more messing around than working. It looks like the manager or assistant manager takes part in the foolishness too lol. Our country is in trouble. Too many employees are like this today. There is little respect or honor. I know these kids don't know any better. They're parents are to blame read more

Had issues with delivery. They forgot the fries with our family pack, it was on our order/receipt. They asked us to literally pay for more fries over the phone if we wanted to receive them... really? Never heard of that. Food is good but service several times is slow and spotty. read more

I'm so sad :( I don't typically like wings, but I always make an exception for Wingstop. This time had to be my least favorite. The fries they gave me were so crunchy and overcooked it was as if they gave me the leftover fries that had been put in the greaser over and over again on accident. Maybe next time will be better, but I'm not sure if there will be a next time :// read more

Ordered online... 30 minute wait.. no problem.. arrive after 30 minutes... crowd gathered outside.. only allowing 2 .. yes 2 people at a time in. Told it would be another 20 minutes.. wait outside in the heat.. 30 minutes later received my order.. that's a wait of over an hour. No apology. Down the street I can walk in...DINE in.. with great service. Sorry Wingstop. There are too many other places that are safely operating AND taking care of their customers. I'm done. read more

Some people need to realize they are constantly busy with not just personal orders but also a TON of doordash/grubhub orders, etc. so its better to order online so you dont get put on hold for a while, also expect long wait times. Anyway they have never gotten my order wrong and i have been many many times since I work near by. There always seems to be asshole customers there rushing them even when the whole lobby is full like hello do you not see they're busy? They need to make it to where you can add a tip while ordering online, for now i give them a cash tip. read more

I walked in at 11:28 p.m. after I got off work. I was told that they were not accepting any more orders. I asked if they closed at midnight? She said they do but they had other things to do. I was not only disappointed but Wingstop is just about the only place open late in Kyle. I love Wingstop and so do my nieces, nephews, sisters, and some of my in-laws. I work at a hotel so all my out of town guests ask me where is a good place to eat. Needless to say I will be informing everyone that I have contact with to not go Wingstop anymore. read more

Took 45 mins to get 5 wings. Terrible service and very slow. Kitchen staff was more concerned with laughing and joking rather than cooking wings for the full lobby of waiting guests read more

Ordered medium bone in wings, half mango habanero, and half cajun with side of fries. Was the only customer there which should have told me something, but I wanted wings. Ordered a beer and sat down. About 10 minutes later a couple comes in and orders. 15 min later, meaning 25 min. since I ordered, yes I kept looking at my watch. Finally my food comes out. Cool. Pick up a mango habanero wing and it's literally cold to the touch.. wth?? Guy dropped off my food, then went back to the kitchen and came right back out with the couples food. He literally let my food just sit there getting cold while he got their food ready. Also, the menu says that wings come with celery and carrots, apparently not if you order fries because mine didn't. As far as flavor goes it was meh, I mean they dont make anything in store it's all bottled and shipped to them. But picking up a cold wing is just plain wrong. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hated. read more

The wings are so good probably the best wings. And they gave me free wings for waiting.

I want to start with the good things, the staff member that served me was great. Friendly and talkative. The place was clean, not very busy for a Monday lunchtime and the wings were 60 cents. Although, there was no sign... I had to ask about the 60 cents wings. The boneless had a fair bit of chicken on them. The ugly, I got two different flavored wings, the Mango Habanero and the lemon pepper. Neither flavor was good. the lemon pepper tasted of butter and oil. The Mango habanero wasn't spicy or fruity. (I don't normally eat spicy foods, so these should have had me sweating). They were also cooked for too long, making the outside of the wing hard. I wanted to like you, I used to go to the location in south austin all the time, but with about 100 other fast food choices in Kyle including a wing place across the street... you guys are playing a risky game. read more

Not only did you miss a whole order when I called the store back he said "I can get a refund or pick it up tomorrow" I took the refund and he said okay okay hold on and hung up! I was leaving work and I called Wingstop to place a order. Employee answered me and said I'm going to put you in hold. Asked how long was the wait they said about 30 min smh waste of time read more

I have never felt so disrespected by a staff member from Wingstop. Curtis Taylor who claims to be the general manager was the one dealing with my issue. Now it may not seem like a big deal, I ordered 15 classic cajun wings and received only 10. I was hoping to go back the next day and pick up the rest of my order after school, but Curtis was really rude telling me that I needed to go back at that exact moment and return what I had, whether it was eaten or not and he would replace my order. I wasn't willing to do that only because of personal circumstances that I am in. He then went on to tell me that he didn't believe me because he had managers working in the back. When he finally agreed to replace my five wings, he told me he was giving two weeks to go by and pick up the wings and he wasn't going to have my replacement order sitting around for months, which is what I initially wanted, to pick them up the following day. For being a general manager(that's what I was told by him) he was very disrespectful and I will never go back to Wingstop again. read more

Online order# 75481083 June 25, 2017 @ 8:34 pm I have been here several times. Never have had a bad experience till today. I always order online so that I can simply walk in and out. Till today, there is never a line, thus picking up my order has never been an issue. Today, there was a line. No worry though, there is a whole other register area with a sign above and another sign in front of the register indicating "pickup online orders here." Due to the long line, I walked up and stood in front of the "pickup online orders here" register. Then along comes the employee that has gauze wrapped around his left forearm. Would give a name for him, but no name tag on his shirt. The guy asks me and another female who was there first. The other girl was there first so I said that she was there before me, but that I was there to pick up an online order. The dude then tells me that his register is over where he's at and not where I'm at. I then mention the signage to him, but he proceeds to ignore me and starts to help the girl. I then move over to where the girl is so that I can rip him a new one, but he then walks away to do something else. A girl then comes and ends up helping me. Before leaving, I make sure to tell the guy why I was standing where I was at. The guy, again says that his register is over where he was at. I then mention the signage again and tell him that it is very misleading. He then asks me, "what does the sign say?" I then tell him to look at the sign for himself. He does so, and then shrugs me off by saying "sorry" and then walks away again. I sincerely hope that some type of management reads this so that they can realize the type of help that they are hiring. read more

We order tonight and they said it would be a little under an hour, we arrive to pick up and it was not ready. Had to wait additional 25 minutes. This happens every time, we will never recommend this restaurant to anyone or give them our business again!! read more

I'm very disappointed with my experience here. We were so excited to see that Kyle finally had a decent wing restaurant. We ordered online and arrived to pick up our order. They handed my husband our bag and we came home to enjoy the wings. Upon arriving home we noticed that half of our order was missing. We were missing 10 hot wings, 2 orders of large fries, all of our ranch dressing and veggie sticks. My husband drove back to pick up the missing items. After waiting for over 10 minutes he finally spoke to the "manager" who informed him that there was little she could do to correct the mishap. She refunded him for the missing items. We returned home to "enjoy" our cold half order of wings. I guess we'll continue driving to San Marcos for decent wings. read more
