This Dominos always makes the best food. Come here about once a week and always ready on time.

The app ordering is simple and easy, but the quantity of food in the pasta dish is ridiculous. This is second time we have received a pasta dish with little to no food inside. You can literally count the pasta individually and see the bottom of the dish. The first time I filed a claim on the app, a manager by the name of Mariana called a couple of days later and stated she would comp the next pasta dish on a voicemail. Tried calling back later that week and was not able to get in touch with her, the staff had no clue about any order issues. So that dish has never been comp'd to this day. Please do better Domino's, at least at this location. Not even a full serving on dish separate dishes. read more

We have ordered 7 or 8 pizzas delivered for this location. Today, we placed our order through the app and about 10 minutes later they called to say they no longer deliver to our location????? So we went to pick it up as they said they redrew their delivery limits?? Anyway, if we have to pick up we will probably go elsewhere. Disappointed but nothing we can do. I always use the $6.99 online coupon and order two or more items. The pizza is consistently great. I did not expect to have to wait for nearly an hour for my order. Typically as soon as I order, I'm hopping in my vehicle and heading out to the store. The dominos tracker wasn't working properly this evening, creating massive pile ups of cars and people waiting in the parking lot. I went into the store two separate times, and both times the employees said I had to wait another 15 minutes. So I'm not sure what's going on. The first time the employee told me there was 20 orders ahead of me. Seems they have enough employees working, just backed up in the kitchen. So I deducted two stars for lack of service and corrupted dominos app. I would've went elsewhere had I known I was gonna wait in my car for so long. I'd give a at least half a star for the employees positive attitudes. read more

This is the third time I've had to call and complain. I cook three to four meals a week and need a break and continue to go back any buying food from here that is not what I expect. I will have to put my pizza back in the oven unexpectedly for this undercooked dough. I will not be ordering from this location anymore for the fact my order is always wrong or under cooked. Highly upset about the same thing happening over again. Then a white male walks in and she rushes to help him, take his name and get him his pizza so he could leave promptly! I ask the girl now cashing me out "what was that?" She smiles and goes, ohh I'm sorry, I ask "why was she willing to help him but refused to help me leaving me standing there for 10,15 mins ?!?!!!" If it was about my paying I could do it on my app! So I was watching something I DVR'd a few nights before on TV and I saw a Domino's commercial for $6.99 two topping large pizzas, which would have been a simply great deal. I went online to order and they came out mediums in that deal online so I called the local Dominos. Once I got by two layers of automated (I asked for a representative but got a second AI which didn't thrill me) I talked to a live person and she said that deal was expired. That's on me. Apparently I need to watch live tv and not DVR'd so that the commercials are fresh. Anyway she said we do have a single topping pizza large for $7.99 so we went ahead and ordered a large pepperoni and a large ham, both of which we asked for extra sauce since she said they don't charge for extra sauce. It came up to $21. I said "How do two $7.99 pizzas come to $21 and change?" "It should be around $17 - eight and eight is still 16 plus tax. So she says, oh they're charging you for the extra sauce. Since my son and I believe pizza is only good with a lot of pizza sauce we decided to get two cheese pizzas with extra, extra sauce. I even told the woman sauce is all we care about. As much sauce as you can put on it will be good. So.....and this is precisely why we stopped going to Domino's about two years ago. My son gets the pizzas and we start driving. We have a tradition of bringing a paper plate each so that we can get a super fresh slice. He opens the first box and says ah.....where's the extra sauce? He takes a bite and says "there's no sauce on this." I said extra sauce or sauce? He says "It's basically cheese bread. THIS IS WHY WE NO LONGER GO TO DOMINO'S. Every time. If I say as much sauce as you can give me and we basically get cheese bread (no sauce) someone should either be fired or go to a class on SAUCE: What is it and why is it important on a pizza. I had never been compelled to write a review for Domino's....until now. We ordered pizza yesterday (football Sunday), taking advantage of their 5.99 menu. We got 2 medium, 2-topping pizzas and one of their brownie desserts. Both pizzas were on the hand tossed crust. One was sausage and onion, the other salami and green olives. Both were quite tasty and had plenty of sauce. I would have liked more olives on the one, next time I will request extra. The brownie was yummy!! Much better than it has been in the past. The best part, aside from the price, was that we were enjoying our pizza within about a half hour of ordering it! Did I mention it was a football Sunday?? I was truly amazed. Food is pretty good 4star worthy for your run of the mill pizza place. The delivery part is down right sad with times on average around an hour for middle of the week during the day. That's just piss poor customer service and the management should be getting their butts in cars if they are that short on drivers. Time to stand up and take initiative and deliver. Looks like I'll be ordering from FOXES pizza from now on because they know how to get things in a timely matter. I am not sure which person made our order a couple of days ago, but they don't need to be making pizzas or cheesy breadsticks...maybe a dish washer would be better suited job for this person. We ordered and paid for extra cheese, but we had lots of places in the center where the crust bubbled up and it's dry as a bone. Not only was there not extra cheese, there was barely any cheese at all. We also ordered stuffed cheesy breadsticks and each end had no cheese at all. The second to ends on each end only had cheese about 1/4 inch down. We are very disappointed and will not be ordering from this location for a very long time, if ever. I also want to mention I was behind an SUV at the 3 way stop, and the delivery driver had no blinker on indicating he wished to turn. The person in front proceeded to go, when the delivery driver shot out into the intersection, flipped his blinker on, then off, laid on his horn and shot the bird at the driver. If you don't indicate your intention, it's assumed you're going straight. He was in the wrong, and proceeded to further behave in a disrespectful manner, all the while showing how bad of a driver he is, as well as being a terrible person. This was Monday evening. He just better be thankful it wasn't me he behaved that way towards, because he'd be pulling that finger out of his rump. They've never messed up an order but every time we get pizzas they are cut funny. One side of the pizza will have huge slices, then the other is super tiny with a teeny tiny "piece" in the center because they never cut it right. One of the times my pizza wasn't cut at all. Overall, it was not the worst experience but the delivery took quite a while. But the thing that REALLY pissed me off was that ichose the contact less delivery option and in the "delivery instructions" box put to leave the order on the chair on the patio and "DO NOT KNOCK ON DOOR OR RING DOORBELL". I only write 5-star reviews for places that are absolutely can't miss... I really did not expect Domino's Pizza to be one of those places. I ordered online and was happy with the cheap prices. I'm normally a Papa John's guy, but my last order with them made me sick with each of the three times it took me to eat the entire order. The best aspect of ordering online is that they tell you exactly what is happening with your order as soon as it happens. My Chicken Habanero Sandwich was WAY more sweet than it was spicy, which is not what I wanted due to the "habanero" label. However, Domino's pizza has more than stepped up what it used to be. Both pizzas I ordered were delivered very hot (with a very friendly delivery lady (Connie)) and they are delicious. There is something about their crust that is amazing. Very flavorful. And the 16-piece Parmesan Bread Bites are worth the $2.99, although it would be even better if it was served with some sort of sauce. All in all, I really don't have anything to complain about. They even catered my wife's cousin's birthday party without any problem about six months ago. I wouldn't give just any fast-food pizza place five stars, but this Domino's location deserves it! read more

I really wanted to give 3.5 stars but, couldn't feel good about leaving just 3 so, i opted for 4! Visiting a friend in Kyle and his idea of dining was either Applebees or Domino's Pizza! I opted for Domino's! We ordered carryout and when we got there had to wait another 10 minutes before it was ready. We decided on the buffalo chicken pizza and requested some ranch and blue cheese to dip in since their crust is usually dry. I have to say I was surprised at how tasty the overall flavor of the pizza was. There wasn't too much hot sauce and just enough toppings. The thin crust wasn't overdone and burnt like it normally is from other locations. Domino's is a good option in a pinch but, to me there is just so many other good pizza places! My orders are always very specific... no cheese different toppings on different sides. Maggie has continued to baffle me with her excellence. Every SINGLE order I have placed through Domino's that has ended in Maggie's hand to create has come out completely correct. I have placed other orders to this specific location in the past where she has not been the one to make it and they have come out with errors. I have tried this Dominos twice. Got lured in by the artisan pizza ad. I do not like their on-line order format. YOU MIGHT AS WELL STATE... WE DO NOT WANT TO ANSWER THE PHONE. (Seems to be a common thing with pizza places now days.) Ordering on-line maybe convenient but only for some... most it will take much longer as you learn to navigate the site. (It is Not intuitive... build by programmers and not a good designer.) Artisan pizza... Ok, in taste but smaller than a large. (not a great pizza either.) i've ordered from this domino's many times, however the last few times i've tried, its been infuriating. the app almost never works correctly, constantly giving error codes or crashing in the middle of your order, making you start all over again. This app has also been the reason my credit card information has been stolen... twice!! Today i went to redeem a free pizza from their piece of the pie rewards. Once again, the app crashed twice while using it. I finally checked out & paid for my food (with a free customized two-topping pizza in the cart). when i checked the tracker for the order, the receipt price was almost double what it should have been. I called the store, letting them know of the problem and the woman on the phone told me that she could either refund my order, which would take a few days, or she would give me back my free pizza coupon. I asked for the refund and she told me that in order to do that, she would need to charge my card again for the order, meaning that i pay twice for a pizza that i wasn't supposed to pay for in the first place. Now, i'm a broke college student who doesn't have the funds to spend $45 on one meal so I can't do that option. the other option is that she gives me a 'credit for a free pizza'. This means that they give me the same exact coupon that i tried to use today. the same coupon that didn't work and should still be in my account, but isn't. this doesn't solve the problem either, just puts me back to the exact same place i started. I am still so mad that i couldn't even enjoy my dinner! I hadn't ordered from Dominoes pizza in a while decided to and was surprised that everything was perfect. Right down to the parmesan cheese and pepper flakes.
