I would have left a review sooner, but they did not have a yelp page when they first opened. I've eaten at Arby's since childhood and never had a single problem but because of this location I haven't been to an Arby's in months. The first time I visited this location, on their opening weekend, I drove through and got home to realize that they got my order wrong and had sold me a raw cookie. Literally raw. I like my cookies undercooked, but the middle of this one was actual greasy dough. I didn't eat the cookie, obviously, but was mad I'd paid for it and kept the receipt for a while and contacted corporate, but nothing came of it. A month or two later in May I figured they'd have enough time to sort out the issues of training new employees and I went back with a friend who offered to buy me a beef n cheddar (my regular order). I figured they couldn't mess it up because I'd had maybe a hundred beef and cheddars in my life and never had a bad one. Wrong lol I got THE WORST food poisoning of my ENTIRE life. Within hours of eating Arby's (and nothing else yet that day) I got so weak and unable to move that I thought I was going to die. I spent the whole day in the emergency room. There seems to be an issue almost every time I visit this location. My student org tried to do a fundraiser with them a couple years ago but we had to postpone because they had a pipe burst. Several months ago, I ordered Favor and when my driver got there, he texted me saying they were closed (during open hours). Not too long ago, I was in the drive-thru around 7pm and they needed to cut off the line and close for some reason. Today, I ordered a pick-up order through DoorDash and when I got there, they said they couldn't give me my food because they were out of roast beef and their fryer wasn't working (they didn't cancel my order, either; I had to contact DoorDash support). Those are just a few examples; something's always either broken, out of stock, or they're closed. I love Arby's, I'm one of the few people keeping this franchise alive. But this location just isn't it. read more

As a Disabled person (a Veteran), I found myself standing in line for 5 minutes before calling it a fail and leavi ng. No one came out to take orders, just really poor service, most likely the last time I stop in for any food items. read more

I had waited in line to drive-though for 20 minutes before I was able to place my order a couple of days ago. There was only one car ahead of me. I ordered a chicken sandwich, cheese fries and a coke. It was horrible. The food was cold and tasted as if it had been sitting there for ages. For $14 it was a waste. Drove up and parked to get out cause sign says dining room opened...... get to door dining room closed, short staff. Cool I understand... sit in drive through for 20 min 1 car in front of us orders in the first 10 minutes, we pull up, nothing! After about 10 min of waiting we back up and pull forward to maybe ding the bell again? Arby's won't allow you to pick up an order inside. So why use the app or grub hub? You still need to wait in the drive thru line! That is not good business! Go somewhere else where you can walk in and pick up your order! Seriously agitated by that! read more

The Arby's classic beef and cheddar is gods gift to this earth. You put a little Arby's sauce on it and you got one hell of a meal. Curly fries were excellent as well. I was amazed by the technology they have in there soft drink dispenser. 100/10 will definitely be returning soon read more

Stopped by here on my way back up to Waco and their hours of operation are incorrect. I sat at the drive though which appeared to be open but no one bothered to answer. I had to pull up to the window, call and honk just to be told they open at 1030 not even 10 like the hours on Yelp! Even though their window and website say 9am... What a wasted stop... I drove to Kyle afterwards and they had normal hours of operation as posted! 9am! read more
