I love and know 2 things really well food wise, breakfast tacos and pizza. I have been seeing Crust signs in the ground near my kid's school for a while and decided to give them a shot. I had tried all the pizza spots in the area except for Crust and Pizza Leon(they are next). First off walking in I set my expectations lower seeing they used a roller oven instead of a stone based high heat oven. That meant a Pam like spray would most likely be used on a metal pan and the dough stretched on that. I was correct, the bottom crust of the pizza had track marks and was oily from the spray. For some that is find and/or great but I prefer a crispier bottom crust with a bit of chew at the crust edges. If that is what you are looking for in your pizza, Crust might not be for you. They oddly cut my personal pizza in squares instead of wedge slices. So the middle was just super super soggy. Wedges next time please, the crust is not crisp enough for the squares. The toppings were fine and the staff very helpful. We also got a Greek salad that came with way too many sun-dried tomatoes. So many that I picked out a pile of them and still had them in every bite. Great dressing though. They have some decent daily specials and cheap beer. The dining room is nice as well. I might go back and try a sandwich next time or a lunch special but skip the pizza. read more

Love their pizza got the Margaritta, Wyatt and Carl's King with thin crust absolutely delicious. My grandson loved their Garlic Knotts and garlic cheese bread. Very clean and comfortable seats took a bit to get our pizzas so service was slow but everyone was all smiles. read more

Went to see what Crust was all about. Saw people leaving and a small group eating in a corner booth.the place is nice but there was nobody to acknowledge us, no visible menu (table, wall, or website) so we sat. Nobody ever came so we left, maybe like the two people walking out when we arrived, empty handed. read more

What a bummer. We stopped in to finally try this new spot. The ambiance looked great, a decent crowd inside but nowhere near full. A few people were waiting up front for their take-out orders, no big deal. We went up to the counter, mentioned it was our first time, and were immediately told there would be a 30-45 minute wait for food because of a surge in online/to-go orders. Unfortunately, it really felt like take-out customers were being prioritized over the people dining in. Not the best first impression. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. read more

We stopped by not realizing it had just opened the day before. We had a delightful lunch with a really good cheese, pizza and some sodas. The pasta was good but watery and lacking meat. But the cheese bread was delicious. We'll definitely be back. We had great service and chatted with the owner. Overall, it was a great experience. read more

Ordered delivery and only got half our order. The other half of our delivery was someone else's order. On top of that, the wings were cold. When I called in, the lady who answered said there was nothing that could be done. She didn't even ask for our name or what was missing from our order. I let her know that someone else will likely be calling in as well with an incorrect order. You'd think considering we had missing items from our order and cold food that they'd give some type of remediation but nope just a "oh sorry yea nothing we can do" repeatedly. I visited this location Tuesday evening around 7 pm during what was clearly a busy rush. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We received the two kids' meals, but our two sandwiches didn't come out until about 30 minutes later. We asked for them to go at this point. By the time we got home, the sandwiches were basically inedible. The quality just wasn't there. To their credit, the manager/cook gave me a card for $30 off a future visit. However, this is the second time we've had a bad order followed by a "we'll make it right next time" situation. At some point, "next time" isn't a solution -- especially when you've already paid for food that wasn't usable. I've written to the store twice requesting a refund and haven't received any response. I really want to support this place, but consistent quality and communication matter. Right now, both are lacking. read more

We went for lunch and this is going to be one of our regular pizza stops in the area. The garlic knots were unique and delicious, the wings were priced amazing for the quantity you got, and the pizza was SPOT ON! Not to mention the customer service. I asked for triangle shapes and they gave me a square piece. pizza was very greasy and very nauseous.

We visited this place on a Friday night and the service was not great. We waited 45 minutes to get one of the pizzas we ordered and when we got it, it was cold. We also ordered drinks and we had a second pizza (which we did not receive yet) and did not get them till we asked them for it multiple times. The ambiance could have been better. I have always loved Crust and was excited to see that Kyle finally got one. And I was disappointed during my visit. If I could give .5 stars I would. read more

Made error in order on line delivery by selecting boneless wings instead of bone in. Called store and manager said they would make change but still received boneless wings I confirmed I made the mistake but order wasn't changed but was told that is what I ordered. I mainly wanted try the pizza and it was average. I tried to have an open mind about the wings but tasted like wings from the grocery store. The pizza is mediocre at best. The wings were soggy and could be cooked a bit longer. Also tried the meatballs and they were ok, but they're just frozen meatballs warmed up. I wouldn't recommend this place. Service was good though. read more
