I've been here for a dip manicure many times. They always do a really nice job and my nails typically last for about 2.5 - 3 weeks before they start chipping at all, which is great. I think their dip manicure is actually really affordable compared to other places in the city. I've been to many of the nail techs and I've always had a really good experience. There is no one I wouldn't recommend. I can confirm that Harry and Tammy have stood out to me in the past years I have come here. I got the dip manicure and a super pamper pedicure with Hoang--he was amazing! Super nice and patient, and he took his time on the dip manicure. The space is super clean and looks brand new. For my super pamper pedicure, I chose the lavender scent. It comes with the scrub, the mask, the hot towels, the massage with extra time. The chairs are brand new, and they use wraps on the foot bath so that they maintain the sterile environment. Lots of color choices for both gel and dipping, and there are enough seats to keep some spacing distance (if you feel you need it). You can pay by cash, card, or Venmo. You can also directly tip your technician via Venmo, which I thought was a nice touch. Anytime I'm in town, I'll come back here. read more

I got dip power with tips and I really love how the nails look in general. But for someone that has been getting her nails done for years, it's kind of disappointing to see how chunky it looks when it grew out (the 3rd pic represents it, but i cut it off a little because some of my nails already came off. But the nails in general lasted close to 3 weeks before some of them started to come off, so I'm gonna give them an applause for that. The only major issue was the fact that I felt like my nail tech was rushing to finish my nails because other nail techs were already done with their clients. So i felt like mine could have came out better, but she was in a rush to finish it so it wasn't as nice as they should have been. You can see that my top coat smeared but she didn't bother to fix it :( It's not like i went right before they close, i made an appointment for 5pm but the actual nail tech didn't come to do my nails until about 5:30pm, and they close at 6pm so yeah, I had to wait a while. Decided to check out a new nail spot while I was catching up with one of my best girlfriends and this place was right in the middle for us! We made a reservation for 5:30 PM and they were ready for us right when we walked in. I learned they've only been open for four months! We were a bit confused on how to find it because you had to walk inside the building and downstairs to see the entrance. Some sort of sign on the window of the exterior building would have helped with that! We were welcomed kindly and guided to check in upon arrival and choose our colors. I got a dip manicure and was very impressed with the size of their selection. Other nails places I've gotten dip nails at only have a handful of colors but this place had a full wall! They had a bunch of nude colored selections which I was happy about. I had a male nail technician and he was detailed, gentle, and shaped my nails in the perfect soft-edge square shape. The entire salon was very clean! I love how open-concept it was and how they had the fans built into the tables. It gave the salon a very sleek look. I also was digging the large screen that they projected music videos on including the lyrics. They had a nice variety of songs and it wasn't overwhelming where we could still have a full conversation. Best part? You get 20% if you check in with Yelp! Have been here twice. Fantastic sservice both times!!! The second happened to be Dec 24 Xmas eve. I called last minute and they got me in jusT before close. I had a gift card here so I thought I would try it out! First of all, let me tell you that you need to go DOWNSTAIRS to the nail salon. They are not attached to the hair salon and I guarantee everyone goes there first and I am sure the hair salon is sick of people asking. The space is very clean and bright with nice music playing. I got a no chip manicure ($25). The colors to choose from is a little chaotic: they have a "catalog" if colors on fake nails in one plastic bin. Myself and someone else had to share the bin. I can't imagine what it must be like if it's busy and you have 4 people sharing the nail bin. The service itself was very fast; which can be a blessing a curse. While I got a manicure during my lunch break, I can tell it was rushed. Uneven filing, gap between nail bed and color is a little too large (for my taste). The WORST part was the hot towel at the very end. I don't know what happened to the towel but it smelt like pure ass. I didn't realize it until it was already rubbed up and down my arms; I had to wash my arms when I got back to the office, it was that bad. A little difficult to find the salon but having read prior reviews I knew it was downstairs. Would definitely recommend updating signage once you walk in the doors! Space is large, open and clean. I was meeting a friend and aside from the 2 of us there was only one other customer. A couple came in during our services but overall a pretty quiet spot. I got a gel mani and thought the nail tech did a good job shaping my nails, cleaning up my cuticles and painting. I will say there was no massage given which is honestly the best part and the hot towel was HOT AF. You've been warned. Use the 20% check in grand opening deal on yelp for a great discount. This salon should be avoided. I have been here multiple times and last time they used regular polish when I asked for and paid for gel. I gave them another chance and yet again, the artist used regular polish and not the gel. I told her I wanted gel polish not regular and she told me I was wrong (I wasn't). As the manicure continued, I noticed multiple of my fingers were bleeding from their cuticles. I pointed out this to the artist (not sure how she didn't notice) and she said "ok" and didn't nothing. The cuticles became painful and bled further but she ignored the problem, which is not only rude but also unsanitary. At the end of painting my nails (again, with the incorrect polish type I was being charged for), she simply put some alcohol on one of the bleeding fingers and said I owed $40. Paid via Venmo, since this place demands Venmo only payment which is illegal as a business, and left. Will not return, thanks for wasting an hour of my life and $40! read more

Since moving to the neighborhood, I'm still looking for a new nail place. Saw this on yelp and decided to give it a try. The salon itself is like its name, loft feeling, very clean. They have loads of colors to choose from. They use sterile supplies which is a must. I went in during their opening special. I did a no chip manicure and pedicure and my bill including tip was 75$. First of all, this place is beautiful. I love the decor - everything is so bright and clean. I got a powder no-chip from Helen and a pedicure today and had a great experience. My nails look amazing and the shape and color are exactly what I wanted. What is super awesome is that some of the nail technicians take tips via Venmo, so for a person like me who never has cash it is super convenient. The place can be a little difficult to find due to nearby road construction, but there is a neon sign that you should look out for at street level and you go down one flight of stairs to get to the nail salon. I have become addicted to the super pamper pedicure--they elevate a simple pedicure into a spa-like aromatherapy experience. Not only that, but the polish is always long lasting and expertly applied. I recently had my first French manicure (for my wedding), and they did an amazing job. They also do a good eyebrow wax. Service was great, but in the burbs for what I paid, I also get scrubs, a leg massage and a french pedicure vs solid polish. It has always been clean and I have had a good experience with everyone that I have seen. I get in and out in about 30 minutes for a no chip manicure, which works great for my busy schedule. I got just plastic tips on glue for 80 dollars!! They call it X-gel as I remember! I expected full set gel nails for that money. But no! So underneath the tips they put some glue, maybe even gel based, buy it's not that you can call gel or acrylic set at all! on top of the tips they put nothing, just polish! Of course it's a gap between the nail and a tips close to cuticle, because it's no material on top to make smooth transition. When I washed my hair day after, the hair got in these spaces between tips and nails, few nails fell of. The thing didn't last even a week!!!! 3 nails fell off I had to put it back on superglue!! ( looked exactly like they did it, so I could basically put the cheapest 5 dollar tips on superglue myself, would be same result!) then I lost 2 anyways. Worst nails I ever got In my life! The stuff was rude. First - they told me to come like 30-40 mins later, then my appointment was scheduled, no one apologised. Second- the people who did my mani and pedi were unfriendly, no smiles, nothing. Talking in Chinese or Vietnamese non stop to each other, not answering my questions. Had an idea that it's not that they don't speak English, they pretended they don't understand! Tried to convince me to do the most expensive thing instead of acrylic set I wanted. Then they were doing mani/pedi 4 hands, keep talking to each other non stop in their language and ignoring me, and I still was trying to understand like what is their x-gel set, if I'd get an answer I'd say no to it. But was too late. The only good thing - pedicure was ok :-)) never ever will go there again! Terrible. read more
