I got just plastic tips on glue for 80 dollars!! They call it X-gel as I remember! I expected full set gel nails for that money. But no! So underneath the tips they put some glue, maybe even gel based, buy it's not that you can call gel or acrylic set at all! on top of the tips they put nothing, just polish! Of course it's a gap between the nail and a tips close to cuticle, because it's no material on top to make smooth transition. When I washed my hair day after, the hair got in these spaces between tips and nails, few nails fell of. The thing didn't last even a week!!!! 3 nails fell off I had to put it back on superglue!! ( looked exactly like they did it, so I could basically put the cheapest 5 dollar tips on superglue myself, would be same result!) then I lost 2 anyways. Worst nails I ever got In my life! The stuff was rude. First - they told me to come like 30-40 mins later, then my appointment was scheduled, no one apologised. Second- the people who did my mani and pedi were unfriendly, no smiles, nothing. Talking in Chinese or Vietnamese non stop to each other, not answering my questions. Had an idea that it's not that they don't speak English, they pretended they don't understand! Tried to convince me to do the most expensive thing instead of acrylic set I wanted. Then they were doing mani/pedi 4 hands, keep talking to each other non stop in their language and ignoring me, and I still was trying to understand like what is their x-gel set, if I'd get an answer I'd say no to it. But was too late. The only good thing - pedicure was ok :-)) never ever will go there again! Terrible. read more

Loft Nail Spa is right next to my apartment so decided to check it out. Went around 5:30 after work (without an appointment) and got right in. The salon is clean, bright and spacious. They did a really nice job shaping my nails too. I love when techs ask for shape preference, file a nail and confirm you like it before shaping every nail. Nothing fancy, but definitely a step above a bare-bones manicure. My dip manicure has been on for 3 weeks and still looks great. read more

Love this place - they really take their time and their work is beautiful! Been here multiple times for mani and pedis and they have lasted for multiple weeks. Two stars taken away for my past experience. Went for a pedi and it was relatively slow. Had a worker at the salon sitting next to me watching (blasting) a TV show on his iPhone and his shoes/socks off just chilling. Made an appointment via phone on Sunday afternoon for a gel fill and pedicure at 5:30 on Weds and arrived at 5:15. Have been coming here for 2 years as I've lived nearby. I was welcomed at arrival and told to sit down until a chair was ready. Nothing was started until 6:15 and pedicure was done at 6:30. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to start my nails, I decided to leave after spending just under 2 hours in the salon for 15 minutes of service. No apology for the terrible experience. The owner tried to tell me that my appointment was booked incorrectly after confirming my appointment upon arrival. They were clearly over booked and didn't want to tell me that there wasn't time... instead wasted 2 hours of my evening. I observed that they were rushing through everyone's nails/pedicures to keep up with their appointments that they did not have capacity for. Yikes. Place will be under soon if they keep that up. Such a clean salon and very friendly staff. All of the stations are spaced out to maintain social distancing and they do their best to space you out even further than the required 6 feet. Second time at this establishment. I find it very ironic that the first time I went they asked where I previously got my nails done because they claimed they were "crooked." Which out of 10 years of getting acrylics done I have never complained, till now. Kevin did my nail fill the first time and did a good job. So my second time returning I got a full set put on. It wasn't upon leaving that I actually looked at my nails more closely. They are legit beyond crooked my pinky nail is basically sideways. I showed the length I wanted which the tech originally cut, then proceeded to keep fileing down. They look nothing like how I keep my nails. Honestly I have never in my life been more dissatisfied with my nails. I am by no means picky. But I can't even stand to look at my hands right now because I'm so upset. I just wanted a regular mani pedi. I asked the price upon arriving since there is no service menu. Great, got the price and ready to relax for my mani pedi. Into my pedi the technician asks if I want scrub on my legs- I say sure. At the end of my service she now tells me I owe $10 more than the quoted price. I say I thought it was $**, she says no since you got scrub on your legs. What?!?! Beware- they are all over with pricing here asking each other what services costs, and it's $10 more apparently for scrub on your legs even though they don't tell you .. and not the nice long massage scrub from upscale spas. PASS. It's a shame as it's a beautiful clean location and close to my house. read more

Tried this place out because it just opened next to my office, and was in and out in less than an hour. Went in for a dip manicure and was very impressed! Many times with dip they do not clean up my cuticles, but they paid great attention to detail and even did a top coat with gel! Definitely going back. read more
