Booked appointment through their website. They were on time and took me right away. Very clean and instruments are disinfected/sanitized. Got a no-chip mani by Julie. She did an amazing job - was meticulous and kind. This includes hand/fingers massage with lotion and a hot towel. I highly recommend this place. I'm definitely going to become a regular. read more

My first visit to this nail spa, I booked online for the opening time slot, arrived a few minutes before, and was provided services right away. No chip pedi by Lily was wonderful. Gel mani by Julie was impeccable! She was very thorough, my nails have never been so even. The atmosphere was nice - clean establishment, upbeat music, beautiful wall details, and stunning chandeliers! read more

Came in on a very busy afternoon (walk in); everyone else coming in had an appointment so I was worried there would be a long wait. They got me right in, told them I had limited time and for a no chip mani and a pedi I was done in just over an hour. I know some people prefer the long relaxing experience, but I was trying desperately to get this done before an afternoon meeting so I greatly appreciated the efficiency. They have dip, DND, Essi, OPI and probably some other brand I don't know. Legit every color/brand you can imagine. TV on, technicians don't force conversation. I would recommend to anyone in the area. Especially because as you go a little farther into the city the prices go up, this was the same I pay in the suburbs. If I'm ever in a nail emergency again while downtown, I'll go out of my way to come here. read more

Orleans Nails spa is such a great spot!! Their deluxe pedicure is a game-changer! Served on a plaster of orange slices, hot wax burning and 3 different scrubs but the addition of paraffin takes it to another level, leaving your feet feeling like a million bucks. The staff is not only skilled but also super friendly, making the entire experience a delight. Hygiene is a top priority at Orleans Nails, so you can relax and enjoy the pampering without a worry. The variety of nail colors and designs is impressive, and the quality of their products is top-notch. After the deluxe pedicure, you'll be walking on air, feeling fabulous and refreshed. The service here was phenomenal!! Me and my friend got 2 gel manicures and they did an amazing job. One was brown with chrome, and one was a multi design look. I really appreciated how meticulous they were -- I was honestly shocked how well they did the cuticles and gel application. The price was great as well, and I will totally be back soon. Would recommend this place to honestly anyone. If you're looking for a reasonably priced place + helpful staff + great nails... run, don't walk....go to Orleans Nails and Spa! read more

If I could give them negative stars I would, I was a loyal customer for over 3 years(always tipped good btw) but I will never step foot in this salon ever again. I had gotten a no chip pedicure and dip the day before my vacation and the no chip nail polish came right off that same night after getting my toes done. My dip cracked a day and a half after getting them done as well. Since I was out of state at that point I reached out to the salon about it, I just wanted to get my nails fixed so I could enjoy my trip. The rep I spoke with went from "I will refund you if you send me pictures" to "I will pay for you to get them fix" to "I will give you $10 credit on your next visit" to not replying back at all. This honestly ruined the beginning of my trip, this place lacks in good customer service and professionalism. NAILàCARTE in the west loop took really good care of me, and gave me a discount when I came back from my trip and finally fixed my nails after explaining my situation/ bad experience at Orleans nails and spa to them. I will not be going back to Orleans nails and spa anymore, I wouldn't be spending my time or money here if I were you. read more

I am in love and I am here to stay! This is it - not going anywhere else. This place is now officially my new favorite nail salon. I am heading out of town in a few days and was looking for a last minute nail appointment and luckily, Orleans Nails and Spa had an opening. I'd recommend you make an appointment online because they were literally PACKED on a random freezing cold Tuesday night; I can't imagine how the weekends look like. I originally went in for an Orleans Pedicure and acrylic nails. This was the first time I'd be getting "fake" nails - normally I don't have trouble growing my own, but the holidays are a tad stressful. The nail tech recommended I get "dip manicure with extensions" as it is much safer for the nail. The extension is only glued on top of the nail for the length, and everything else is applied to your natural nails. Best decision I made! They have a HUGE variety of colors and they were able to match the original color I picked in dip. The nail tech did an AMAZING job! I showed him one picture and he MADE SURE I got exactly what I wanted. No really, he asked over 50 times if I was okay with it and was happy to fix even the slightest issue. You sir, have gained my full respect and business. The salon is exceptionally clean, well decorated and just the perfect nail salon, by all means. ~ Till next time! read more

They took me in at the end of the night. My appointment ran well past their closing time but the employee doing my nails didn't rush to get them done but instead took her time to make sure I had exactly what I asked for. My nails are still look great and it's been almost a month! I've never had that great of quality at a salon before. Highly recommend! read more

I've been getting my dip manicures done by Lily for the last several months and she always does an amazing job. I find some salons apply too many layers of dip and it looks thick, but I always leave happy with how my nails look (and often get compliments when I'm out). And their pedicure chairs are cozy to take calls from while I'm working and multitasking :) Always a great experience! read more

Very expensive nail salon! Their services are pricey. The salon was crowded and we waited quite a while even though we scheduled appointments two days in advance. One of us eventually got started with a nail tech while the other one of us was put at a pedi station soaking for more than 1/2 hour. Due to this, we finished around different times even though we scheduled at the same time - very inconvenient. It also took 2.5 hours for both of us to get a mani pedi - a very long time! Overall this place had nice nail techs but the service level was disappointing. read more

I'm normally not one for writing reviews, but this nail salon is truly the best that there is. I started going religiously a little over a year ago and no matter where I live/move to in Chicago- this will ALWAYS be my nail salon. THE DIP NAILS ARE THE BEST IN THE CITY.. I find myself having to come back every 3-4 weeks because of grow out but never because they broke due to poor application. They do a really great job making sure the dip isn't too thick//looks like a bad acrylic. I have also been very satisfied with their no chip/gel manicure, but dip is just my favorite. Their pedicures are also so great. They have a lovely deluxe one that is perfect after a long vacation where you're on your feet a ton or for a little pamper session. The staff is friendly and amazing at what they do. I have genuinely had a mani or pedi by every single staff member there, and never left dissatisfied. Here are just a FEW of my favorite nail designs they have done for me this past year. If you are new to the area or looking for a nail salon-- this is it! read more

I have had a difficult time finding a nail salon in Chicago, close to my home in River North, that is able to provide high-quality service on manicures, especially for acrylic nails. I believe after more than two years of searching, I believe I have found my home for my nails. Holly did a wonderful job on my nails. She was attentive, professional, and quick. She is a real perfectionist and she pays attention to every little detail...she wouldn't let a nail be finished until it was perfectly finished and shaped. Holly made me feel at home at the nail salon. Lee, the owner, is very accommodating. She spent time talking to me during my visit and really extended warm hospitality to me during my visit. Thank you again, Holly and Lee! I am looking forward to my next trip to your salon. read more

Great place for nails! I made an appointment with a friend to get our nails done, but it doesn't seem like it was required because they still made us wait in line. The nail technician was super efficient and the whole manicure took about 30-40 minutes. Our nails turned out really nice and the hot towel service they do at the end was so nice and enjoyable. read more

I am usually a huge fan of Orleans! On my last visit, my pedicure was great! However, I specifically requested acrylics when I booked online. I was very dissatisfied, as I waited ~30 minutes between my pedicure and manicure, just to not receive what I had booked in any way, shape, or form. I left with overlay that left my fingers covered in acrylic and without a true manicure on my cuticles (which again, is what I had booked online). However, they did comp 50% off of my fingernails. read more

Finally found my neighborhood spot! The quality of service was amazing and so far above the nearby competition. I just moved to the area and tried two other salons which were disappointing - both way overpriced and the quality of the manicures and pedicures fell way short of what I received here. I'm a big fan of deluxe pedicures when done right, and Anna (I think that was her name!) was absolutely fabulous. Her exfoliation and massage skills are on POINT. I just paid way more for a deluxe pedi at a competitor and was appalled by the (lack of) massage and exfoliation, so I'm so grateful to have found this place. The no chip mani is perfect and the appointment was a breeze to make. Thank you Anna and team! See you soon :) read more

Amazing service! I called and got in within 20 minutes. My technician was so meticulous and spent so much time on my nails. In the end, she even helped me pull down my pants and put on my shoes. And my polish stayed on for at least the double the time compared to any other salon. Only complaint - she cut my nails down WAY too short. I did tell her that I wanted it cut, but she took it WAY down. But otherwise, recommend 100%. read more

Cute little nail salon! I started coming to this nail salon a few months ago and I love it! Everything is very clean and I love how quiet and relaxing it is. Of course, people chitchat but the noise level is pretty low. The nail technicians are very nice and take their time on your nails. Pricing is good too! The basic pedi with no-chip mani is only $67! You can also schedule your appointment online, which is great. They also accept tip via Venmo. I'll definitely be coming back to this nail salon! read more

Great and affordable. Definitely need to call ahead and make an appointment but their powder dip color selection is the best in Chicago.

I've been going to Orleans for over a year now and every manicure I've had has been amazing! I started out getting no chip, then transitioned to dip when my nails became longer. I think I've had just about every nail tech do my manicure and they're all very good! There's usually a 15-20 min wait even if you have an appointment, but other than that I have no complaints. The pricing is fair too for being downtown. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! read more

Came for the first time on Saturday. I had a 12:30 appointment for a removal then acrylic full set. They didn't finish my removal until 1:20 due to being with other clients. Giving this 2 stars because nails will look good when you first get them done. The issue is that this place will make you wait 30+ minutes when you have an appointment and dip nails don't last more than 2 weeks without cracking. I just went in to see if they could fix my cracked dip before my nail breaks and they said they're booked for the day and to make an appointment for tomorrow. It is just for one nail that they messed up and that didn't last more than a week and a half. I would recommend going somewhere else where the manicurists are more experienced and won't waste your time. read more

Absolutely amazing staff and facilities. I made a last minute appointment at 7pm and they were set to close at 8. There was a ton of traffic and I didn't get there til 7:20. They were super busy so weren't able to take me til 7:30 anyways, but they took their TIME with me when they started. I didn't leave til close to 9pm but they didn't rush during my manicure or pedicure at all. I felt super valued as a customer, they worked with such precision and care, and I got to watch the entire salon close down as well their turndown process was so smooth and it was super fulfilling as a customer to see how much care they put into cleaning and taking care of the space.
