Came in on a very busy afternoon (walk in); everyone else coming in had an appointment so I was worried there would be a long wait. They got me right in, told them I had limited time and for a no chip mani and a pedi I was done in just over an hour. I know some people prefer the long relaxing experience, but I was trying desperately to get this done before an afternoon meeting so I greatly appreciated the efficiency. They have dip, DND, Essi, OPI and probably some other brand I don't know. Legit every color/brand you can imagine. TV on, technicians don't force conversation. I would recommend to anyone in the area. Especially because as you go a little farther into the city the prices go up, this was the same I pay in the suburbs. If I could give them negative stars I would, I was a loyal customer for over 3 years(always tipped good btw) but I will never step foot in this salon ever again. I had gotten a no chip pedicure and dip the day before my vacation and the no chip nail polish came right off that same night after getting my toes done. My dip cracked a day and a half after getting them done as well. Since I was out of state at that point I reached out to the salon about it, I just wanted to get my nails fixed so I could enjoy my trip. The rep I spoke with went from "I will refund you if you send me pictures" to "I will pay for you to get them fix" to "I will give you $10 credit on your next visit" to not replying back at all. This honestly ruined the beginning of my trip, this place lacks in good customer service and professionalism. NAILàCARTE in the west loop took really good care of me, and gave me a discount when I came back from my trip and finally fixed my nails after explaining my situation/ bad experience at Orleans nails and spa to them. I am in love and I am here to stay! This is it - not going anywhere else. This place is now officially my new favorite nail salon. I am heading out of town in a few days and was looking for a last minute nail appointment and luckily, Orleans Nails and Spa had an opening. I'd recommend you make an appointment online because they were literally PACKED on a random freezing cold Tuesday night; I can't imagine how the weekends look like. I originally went in for an Orleans Pedicure and acrylic nails. This was the first time I'd be getting "fake" nails - normally I don't have trouble growing my own, but the holidays are a tad stressful. The nail tech recommended I get "dip manicure with extensions" as it is much safer for the nail. The extension is only glued on top of the nail for the length, and everything else is applied to your natural nails. Best decision I made! They have a HUGE variety of colors and they were able to match the original color I picked in dip. The nail tech did an AMAZING job! I showed him one picture and he MADE SURE I got exactly what I wanted. No really, he asked over 50 times if I was okay with it and was happy to fix even the slightest issue. You sir, have gained my full respect and business. The salon is exceptionally clean, well decorated and just the perfect nail salon, by all means. ~ Till next time! read more

Very expensive nail salon! Their services are pricey. The salon was crowded and we waited quite a while even though we scheduled appointments two days in advance. One of us eventually got started with a nail tech while the other one of us was put at a pedi station soaking for more than 1/2 hour. Due to this, we finished around different times even though we scheduled at the same time - very inconvenient. It also took 2.5 hours for both of us to get a mani pedi - a very long time! Amazing service! I called and got in within 20 minutes. My technician was so meticulous and spent so much time on my nails. In the end, she even helped me pull down my pants and put on my shoes. And my polish stayed on for at least the double the time compared to any other salon. Only complaint - she cut my nails down WAY too short. I did tell her that I wanted it cut, but she took it WAY down. But otherwise, recommend 100%. read more

I started going religiously a little over a year ago and no matter where I live/move to in Chicago- this will ALWAYS be my nail salon. THE DIP NAILS ARE THE BEST IN THE CITY.. I find myself having to come back every 3-4 weeks because of grow out but never because they broke due to poor application. They do a really great job making sure the dip isn't too thick//looks like a bad acrylic. I have also been very satisfied with their no chip/gel manicure, but dip is just my favorite. Their pedicures are also so great. They have a lovely deluxe one that is perfect after a long vacation where you're on your feet a ton or for a little pamper session. The staff is friendly and amazing at what they do. I have genuinely had a mani or pedi by every single staff member there, and never left dissatisfied. I have had a difficult time finding a nail salon in Chicago, close to my home in River North, that is able to provide high-quality service on manicures, especially for acrylic nails. I believe after more than two years of searching, I believe I have found my home for my nails. Holly did a wonderful job on my nails. She was attentive, professional, and quick. She is a real perfectionist and she pays attention to every little detail...she wouldn't let a nail be finished until it was perfectly finished and shaped. I just moved to the area and tried two other salons which were disappointing - both way overpriced and the quality of the manicures and pedicures fell way short of what I received here. I'm a big fan of deluxe pedicures when done right, and Anna (I think that was her name!) was absolutely fabulous. Her exfoliation and massage skills are on POINT. Giving this 2 stars because nails will look good when you first get them done. The issue is that this place will make you wait 30+ minutes when you have an appointment and dip nails don't last more than 2 weeks without cracking. I just went in to see if they could fix my cracked dip before my nail breaks and they said they're booked for the day and to make an appointment for tomorrow. It is just for one nail that they messed up and that didn't last more than a week and a half. Cute little nail salon! I started coming to this nail salon a few months ago and I love it! Everything is very clean and I love how quiet and relaxing it is. Of course, people chitchat but the noise level is pretty low. The nail technicians are very nice and take their time on your nails. Pricing is good too! The basic pedi with no-chip mani is only $67! They were super busy so weren't able to take me til 7:30 anyways, but they took their TIME with me when they started. I didn't leave til close to 9pm but they didn't rush during my manicure or pedicure at all. I felt super valued as a customer, they worked with such precision and care, and I got to watch the entire salon close down as well their turndown process was so smooth and it was super fulfilling as a customer to see how much care they put into cleaning and taking care of the space.
