This is a major security risk, and instead of fixing the issue, they became aggressive when I addressed it. To make matters worse, when I called them to discuss the problem, the technician started cussing and yelling at me, which I have recorded. This company's poor workmanship and unprofessional behavior put businesses at risk. Unfortunately, their negligence contributed to my dispensary being vulnerable to a break-in.
