    After working with this company I can 100% say DO NOT work with them or call them for automotive…read morelock needs. After having one of my two key fobs stolen, we were quoted an price for service or reprograming the fob. When the initial locksmith could not complete the work, were were re-scheduled through another technician in Denver. This person brought his girlfriend with him to the job, did not complete the re-keying the car, turned on the check engine light somehow and also told me he drained the battery enough that I would need to recharge it. When I asked when he would complete the work, he simply said I should be happy as he did me a favor that "nobody else would do", that it worked good enough and then demanded money. I asked to speak to his supervisor where he gave me the office number and then drove off with my physical keys and left the back of the car opened up with the battery exposed. We have now been stuck in a loophole of either a call center or speaking with the technician who keeps asking why we needed to mention his girlfriend who was sick and needed to come along and why we want to resolve the situation with somebody in the company other than him. I'm uncertain how this will resolve, but I imagine I will have to go to either the dealer or another company and end up paying way more than if I had just done so in the first place. When we started we had a functioning key fob with 2 physical keys. Now we have zero keys and a car with a check engine light and a dead battery. I will update this when resolved.

    Unprofessionalism from dispatch and their servicemen. Multiple times giving me false arrival times…read more My car was not at my house I had to meet them, and they wasted half of my day. When I asked the service worker why he couldn't have given me a realistic time earlier in the day I just got excuses and anger then got hung up on. The dispatch worker who was receiving calls around 3:45 pm on Sunday was rude and not listening to the problem. Was not owning up to the issue and not putting me through to a manager or supervisor. Kept trying to get me to work with another service man that I would probably have to wait another hour or 2 of fake times again.
