Same day service. Garage door works great! (I was told by 2 other companies that it would take a week to get parts!

I used this company (JC) in the past (2019) and was satisfied so I called him when I needed a new door installed. JC sent his "technician" out to do an install. Said he would have the work completed in a couple of hours. Then left without saying anything. I have reason to believe that the "technician" was a subcontractor, not JC's employee. Contacted JC and was met with hostility and defensiveness. Too many competitors for JC to provide such terrible service. read more

I contacted Front Range Garage door company recently as my garage door was opening slowly and seemed like it was about to break - they came back quickly for a service & I had Ryan come and perform a service. He did a service and was up front with the work that needed to be done and didn't drive me to work that wasn't needed - so thankful for the honest feedback and only doing the work required. read more

We had a bit of an issue when my wife tried to fuse the top of the car to the bottom of the garage door. This took the garage door completely off the hinges on one side and bent the door itself. I called Front Range and they said they some time just about an hour later, to which i happily accepted. They arrived as scheduled and finished the work in no more than 20 minutes. The tech offered to order a replacement part, but also said it was optional and just for looks. I appreciated his honesty. Totally worth the value, very reasonable, prompt and attentive. I'll certainly use them again if the need arises. read more

They did a great job. There was a little glitch in one of the doors they installed, and they hurried right over to fix it. (That's what we'd hoped for when we went with the local guys instead of the big Denver company that was fifty bucks cheaper.) The doors work great and they cleaned up afterwards. read more

Cody came out today to look at an older side mount garage door opener that was dead. He tried to revive the opener but was unsuccessful in that endeavor. But luckily he gets to come back tomorrow and install a new Liftmaster opener for me. He was very professional and friendly. He was on time for his appointment. My garage door spring broke yesterday so I called them this morning to set up an appointment. They had me down for Saturday 9-10, but called a bit later to say that someone was in my area and could come right away!!! It was such a relief! Update time: Since my last review, I moved into a new house in Broomfield and had Front Range install a new garage door opener there. It's so nice to find a company that shows up when they say! They were able to come out the day I called them for a broken large tension spring. They had to order it but it came quickly and they were able to fix it 2 days later. They gave me a window of 10-11 and showed up promptly at 10am. The repair was fast (under 1 hour) and affordable. One of the springs broke on our garage door. I used FRGDC before so I figured I would call them again. I called on a Thursday and they had a repair tech out on Saturday. On time and quick. The springs were replaced and the garage door is as good as new. Highly recommend FRGDC!! read more

I know we all receive all those advertisements from garage door companies. Throw the all away!!! This is the only garage door company that you should use. I has an emergency and they were there the very next morning, 8:00 am sharp on a Saturday. BIll, the owner, came took one look at the frayed cables and said, "no problem'. Fixed it in no time flat. He also fixed the balance of the door and fixed some 'fix-it' issues from someone else. He had to add a special rubber seal to the bottom of the door, so was there first thing Monday morning, 8:00 am sharp, and installed it. Wonderful man, wonderful company, wonderful price. When I plan on replacing the garage door, this is the company! read more

I'm a fan! At 7:30 am, I discovered one of the springs had broken on our evidently tremendously heavy garage door. I called Front Range Garage Door (second- the first place I called had no appointments until the following day) at 8 am and they sent Bill over at 11. He was on time, fast, polite, efficient, cleaned up literally everything, and greeted our large somewhat intimidating barking dog with joy and enthusiasm. Great service! I am a renter, and the landlord called these guys to fix the garage door that would only open from the inside of the garage. The remote didn't do anything. After just a few minutes of testing, Bill knew exactly what to do. He replaced the laser units on the floor, and half an hour later, it ran like new. AND when I first moved in a couple of years ago until today, the door was loud and felt like it shook the entire house! I had a spring snap. When I called they said they could get me in the next day at noon. What was unexpected is that they called back later and asked if they could get the job done that night.
