I called Johnson Garage Doors because I was totally screwed over by another company (Colorado Overhead Door Company) We had a garage door until installed by Colorado Overhead Door Company four months ago- Today, as we were backing out of our garage - the garage door completely broke and slammed down on our car that was backing out at the same time causing great damage to the door and our car. I called the other company who were complete jerks and unable to get a tech out today and rudely told me they were not responsible for the incident over the phone. I called Johnson Garage Doors who answered on the second ring - the owner was great to work with - sent a tech out with in the hour. He as able to diagnose why the door fell (lack of safety pins) quoted me a very low price to fix it and repaired the entire garage door and all its broken parts in 1.5 hours! He even safety checked the second garage door for me as well! I am so impressed with this outfit - good customer service at a fair price is hard to come by today - These guys are who I will use for all my garage door needs! Call them!! This company was great, actually a life saver. We had been screwed over by another garage door company (Overhead Garage Door)that was to install our new garage door on Thursday but didn't show up, didn't call me, when I called them they gave me a bunch of excuses and tried to push my install out to Monday. I was so upset, I started calling other places that evening and found Johnson's Garage Door, they took the information from the quote we were given by the other company and came out the very next day and replaced my garage door, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need (I thought I needed trim and they explained why they didn't recommended it), Nate was great and the job was done professionally and in a very timely manner! A few days ago my garage door suddenly stopped working, it just wouldn't close all the way. I looked around online for an easy fix but nothing did the trick. Did a quick search for garage door repair Denver and found these guys. Their website said they were available to call 24/7 which I thought was pretty cool, and sure enough I was able to make an appointment late at night. The repair guy arrived right on time and was able to spot the problem and fix my door in a matter of only a few minutes. Apparently the laser sensors needed to be realigned - it was fixed rather quickly and he even re-calibrated my garage door opener chain, along with a few other quick tune-ups. Also, I must note that their prices were lower than the few other places I looked in to, which is always a plus. read more

Great job once again. Had some issues with door alignment and called Johnson again. I had used them in the past for routine maintenance. They were very friendly and scheduled an appointment right away for a day and time that worked best for me. Josh, the tech, was knowledgable and efficient plus very customer oriented and friendly Kept me informed as to what exactly he was doing, what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Ended up he had to replace some fittings that were stripped upon installation by the homebuilder when my place was built 3 years ago. We had Johnson Garage Doors replace 4 extra large garage doors. This company is great to work with every step of the way. To order the doors I wanted, they came to my home with a great selection of catalogs based on what I wanted. A couple days later I changed my mind and they were great to work with and make the change. Doors came in and they installed them when they said they would and the quality of the work was excellent. We were concerned because our garage is old and a bit irregular. This company worked with all of that and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. This guy is as good as it gets for any service. I wanted a Liftmaster 8500W installed, and found a complete system on amazon.com with $190.00 professional installation. Searching on Angie's List for a review of the amazon installing company, I found a coupon for installation with Johnson Garage Doors. Called him to arrange installation, and his price for the entire Liftmaster system including next day installation was less than I could have purchased the entire system on amazon. We have had several service calls with Johnson Garage doors. The service is exceptional! They actually answer their phones! If I have to leave a message they return calls quickly! They offer same day and after hours service too. Nate has always done our service but recently his employee Joshua came out for a broken wire. Wow! My garage door spring broke. I called Johnson at 12:30. They said "We will have somebody out between 2 and 4pm." My door bell rang at 2:01 pm.
