We recently used Avi and his team. They were fast, courteous, clean and helpful. They had my old door removed and my new one in in just a couple of hours. They left my garage cleaner than when they started. The door was an affordable upgrade that looks like a million bucks. read more

These guys were great. Garage door spring broke and they came out same day. They didn't have the springs in stock but were willing to go to buy them and come back same day. They installed new springs, inspected, and did general maintenance on the door to get running like new. I asked if my opener needed to be replaced as well and they said it looked to be in good overall condition and better to wait. They had the springs installed and everything going for me in ~1 hr. Would definitely call again. read more

Was living with a noisy garage door for far too long - squeaky, clanky, awful. Reached out to these guys, they responded super fast, got me on the schedule quickly, and did the job well for a fair price. Even fixed an issue I hadn't noticed where the door was scraping against the wall. Very happy with the service. read more

Highly responsive dispatch! Knew who I was when I called back. The tech was here within 45 minutes! Highly skilled and professional. Maybe not the cheapest, but FAST and DONE RIGHT. Tuned up and lubricated as part of the install. Will call again for the next service. read more

On December 23rd our garage door spring broke blocking my car in our garage. By 8:30am on Christmas Eve, Avi came over with sufficient gear and repaired the springs and related parts. He answered all questions, worked expertly and left in an hour. Can't ask for much more! read more

I always have a hard time giving someone 5 stars when they did exactly what they said they would do. For me, that's a 4 star - you completed what was expected. So why did this company get a 5 star? Because they screwed up and owned it!! That is real customer service. No arguing; no excuses; they just owned it. They quoted me a flat price for an uninsulated garage door and for an insulated garage door and I requested, the uninsulated. It was never put in writing so when they showed up, they installed the insulated door. Avi, the owner, admitted the error and said he would accept a payment for the uninsulated door. That was true customer service. Of course, I couldn't take full advantage of his error so I met him almost half way; after all, we are all human and we all make mistakes. And here is the really amazing part - what he charged for an insulated door - all other bids were charging the same price for uninsulated. In addition, his communication was excellent. He always kept me appraised of everything and the installer showed up when he said he would. Great job! Don't bother to go anywhere else but do compare prices just so that you will feel better in the end. You won't beat this one! Good Luck. read more

I was very pleased with the job Avi did in reprograming my garage door opener. It was also connected to my Home Link in my Infinity automobile. I was frustrated because my garage door opener needed to have the code changed for security reasons. He was very professional and I would highly recommend Avi for all your garage door needs. He is prompt, knowledgeable and has fair prices. You will not be disappointed. read more

If you are looking for personal, professional, and fairly priced service for your garage door, look no further. This is a small, owner-operated company that specializes in getting the job done in the quickest, most efficient, and cost effective manner possible. I have used this company on a couple of occasions and have recommended it to my neighbors. We all have been extremely pleased with the result. Avi is one of the most genuine, sincere businessmen I have ever met. It's so refreshing in this day and age. As I told my wife, it's almost like having a family member in the business. Give this company a call. You won't be disappointed! read more

Just had an amazing experience with these garage guys. Seriously so professional and had us up and going in no time with a great new unit. We got their info from friends who also had a great experience with Avi and David. These guys are super professional and came out within 45 min of my first calling for an estimate. They were able to do the replacement work we needed within a couple days. Don't look any further. These guys are the best in town. read more

Our garage door would not open - and I had to get to the airport! When I returned, I searched yelp and found this company. WOW. They came out within a day, did a very professional job, and guarantee the parts for five years. While at my home, he examined the entire door and recommended replacing a frayed cable. That saved another call within a year! I am very pleased and you will be too! read more

The spring on my garage door broke last week and my car was stuck inside as it is a very heavy garage door and cannot be manually lifted. I had called the company that installed the door to fix it. I was told they were very busy but could come out a few days later. Long story short, they never came out so I found myself feeling desperate to get my car. Luckily, my husband found David Wednesday night and sent him a message via Yelp. He responded right away and came out the next morning. He did not have the right spring with him as ours was a commercial spring, but he took the time to manually wind the door open so I could get my car out and use it again. He gave me a quote and returned the next morning with the new spring and finished the repair. I couldn't be happier and have asked him to do some additional maintenance on the door soon. He was very professional and communicative! read more

First of all...I want to THANK AVI & DAVID once again for their outstanding removal of our old garage door and their awesome work on our new garage door! So, Garage Service Co arrived for our estimate less than a week before install. David was informative, professional and kind! We chose our garage door with confidence! Less than a week later Avi & David came to do an install that went WONDERFULLY! They are both professional and hard working! They did a wonderful job from A to Z! They were recommended by our incredible contractor Mr. Z. They came through from estimate day to install day! I HIGHLY recommend Avi & David for their personality, professionalism, positive and passionate work ethic, removal install time was efficient & effective, they had wonderfully friendly customer service & delightful people skills aligned with sincere communicative qualities, supreme knowledge of garage doors, a top notch garage door for our needs, way above average from start to end of job performance and pricing! They were serious...yet, with my sense of humor they also showed a professional cool sense of humor as well. They treated our little discovery oriented toddler kindly too! These guys are Top NOTCH making our new garage door installation an A +++ experience! I wish we had another garage door for them to replace and install! If you want a great garage door from removal to installation, Avi & David's GARAGE Door CO will deliver that with a smile & EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thank you both again! read more

Avi came out to give us a quote a few weeks ago and was able to meet our very short deadline of just a few days. Came on a Thursday and installed the following Monday. He was very nice, professional, and very responsive in communicating. Also the quote was under the competitors. I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of garage services. Thank you for the great work! read more

Got an appt the same day. Very kind gentleman. Was communicative about his arrival time and got the job done!

After calling nine other companies who "claimed" in the ads and websites that they offered 24/7 service. I reached Garage Service Co. at 5:30 in the early evening to replace a broken spring. To my surprise I was told they could have someone to my house within 45 minutes! David called me within 5 minutes to let me know he was on his way and he got to my house within 30 minutes. His was open about the cost and replaced the springs with new ones that have a 5 year warranty. That's a first, and he was really fast! I will definitely call them again! John N. read more

Best price in region and excellent garage door installation. It was a pleasure to work with Avi and I recommend his company highly!

I have called these guys out to my house twice for "emergencies." The gentleman who came out was the same guy both times. The first time, he came out at a moment's notice to fix one of the main springs that had busted. He worked quickly and efficiently and the work was reasonably priced. The second time he came out was a few months later, when the garage door was making a terrible noise and would not go down. He replaced a part that I would have never thought to look for. Again - quick, efficient and fairly priced. He was soooooo nice and professional. He even commented about how much he liked my old Mustang in the garage. Did I mention that he was at my house until 7 pm on a Sunday night getting it done? These guys are great. I'd use them again and recommend them any day. read more
