The technician arrived promptly, studied our door, and let us know what the problem may be (old parts and cold weather being among the main offenders). They do charge a service call fee but it was lumped into the total price including the parts he replaced to get our door in tip-top shape! Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Advanced Door Works after our painless experience. We'll definitely keep their number in our back pocket for any future garage door issues.

This company replaced my double garage door about 18 months ago. It wasn't cheap, but I needed it…read more I discovered this week, when my electricity went out, that there were NO handles on the inside or outside for manual lifting and closing. I cannot imagine why I wasn't at least given the option of getting handles at the time of purchase. As an older and small woman, I had a dangerous problem for getting my car out, without any handles. Today, I called to get the problem solved, and a bullying woman would not give me any idea about the cost of getting the handles (which I think should have been there in the first place), AND I was going to have to make two separate appointments, one for an estimate and another for the repair. Unpleasant experience.

I can't say enough about A-Team Garage Doors. We had gotten a couple of quotes from the 'larger…read morebrand companies' and put the project on hold based on the prices we were quoted. Then we found A-Team when our opener broke, and the person that came out for repair suggested we have them quote the doors. When I got the quote, I was very skeptical. The price for doors of the same visual style was 50% less than the other quotes I had. I then did a side by side comparison of the door quality, and the thickness, backing/build and r value were all better on the A-Team doors. We pulled the trigger and were quoted 6 weeks. 6 weeks later - almost to the day - the doors were delivered to A-Team, and they were ready to install them immediately. They came out that day and installed both doors in a matter of hours. These were not cheap doors - and we were in-part paying for style... faux wood metal doors with window panes and proper insulation ruggedness for 8,200 feet. One of my biggest concerns was whether they would look like wood or would the pattern repeat and be obvious. Not only did they look great to my eye, but I just got the best compliment from my neighbor who asked, are those wood doors? Just what I wanted to hear! A-Team truly are just that. Don't hesitate to reach out to Patrick or John... they're the best!
