AAA garage door was amazing. Kelly came out the same day I called to inquire about new garage doors. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products they use. She helped us with the design that would fit best for our house. That evening Kelly had emailed an estimate. The prices were great even compared to big box stores. HOWEVER, the quality far EXCEEDS doors you can find at those stores. Our cheap, loud, non insulated, and squeeky doors were replaced with solid steel insulated doors. They are so quiet you can no longer hear them open or close inside the house. With one week of first meeting Kelly and Steve arrived for installation. They replaced all the track and old tension springs and installed a much safer tension bar. We have 3 garage doors that were being replaced. Kelly and Steve had all three replaced in one day. My old garage door had a huge gap at the bottom that allowed leaves and cold weather in. Steve and Kelly fixed that problem. Now each door is sealed all the way around. During cold weather with temps outside being at 32 deg our 3 car garage stayed at 58 deg. Kelly and Steve also are enviromentally friendly. AAA recycles old garage doors!! Wow! I have NEVER given 5 Stars in a review. Steve and Kelli are great! I called around to get estimates on repairs. The estimate that AAA gave me (over the phone) was less than half of the lowest estimate that I'd been able to find. I had to reschedule; they were very accommodating and were on time for the revised appointment. When Kelli arrived she was super friendly. She took a look at my door and knew exactly what needed to be done. She said she'd have it done in 30 - 35 minutes - and she did. My door needed less repair than what other technicians told me. She replaced only what needed to be replaced, and repaired only what needed to be repaired. The final cost was less than what they quoted me; and a fraction (about 1/5th) of what others quoted me! I am amazed! I will recommend AAA Garage Door, and specifically Steve and Kelli, to anyone who needs anything that has to do with garage doors. When my garage door broke, I went to Yelp and picked the first 3 rated the highest on the list. I called all 3 and made appointments, but when I talked to Steve, he was able to give me a ball-park quote on the phone and come over the same day; he was easy to talk to and friendly. So, I cancelled the other appointments. I never do this because I always want the best price and have to over-quote every project. After our conversation, I didn't feel the need to do this with Steve. In the past 19 years, we have had the same doors and they break. I had a number in my head and his quote was considerably lower. We needed a special order, so Steve's wife, Kelli, did the final repair. It took her no time at all and she did a great job for a great price. I rarely write reviews on a company, but I felt compelled to for this one. Not just because they do a great job, but because in a world with as many bad companies as good, people should know who you can trust and who does a good job. My daughter found AAA Garage door a few years ago and we called them based on their Steller reviews. We were not disappointed! The first time we called them we had to have a couple of springs replaced. Kelli came out, took care of our problem quickly and we had no issues whatsoever. We were so impressed that we stapled her card right by our garage door opener so we could always find her. So... the chain bar decided to pull out of the wall last night, just as the rains began... and the door stayed open over night. AAA Garage Doors was probably my 8th (?) call in search of someone who would be willing to come down to the home in the boondocks, but most of the listings are just call center dispatches who "don't have a technician who services your area". Kelli and Steve are great to work with. They installed our garage door about a year and a half ago and we were happy with the quality of the door as well as the quality of their work. When they installed the door for us they answered all of our questions and assured us that if we ever had any issues at all to give them a call. Just within the last few weeks our door started making a screeching sound when opening and closing so I got in touch with Kelli and Steve and they came up and fixed the door promptly with no questions asked, Kelli showed up and diagnosed the problem immediately and had the door fixed in less than an hour. outstanding experience with AAA garage doors out of conifer. I shopped about 7 garage companies and Kelli had the best prices out of anyone else- and the topper was that they were local (compared to the other Denver companies giving quotes. We opted for a few extra upgrades (still the best prices) and when the garage parts came in, they had the install scheduled 2 days later. The craziest thing was that the 2 installers had my old door, opener and hardware removed and new gear installed in less than 4.5 hours. Thats a lot to get done by lunchtime. I have had Steve come to my home three times. The first time I called him because my garage door wasn't going all the way up. He told me over the phone how to increase the lift tension and I no longer had the problem. I had him come out for a garage door maintenance. I have two garage doors and they needed some maintenance. I called him about six months later when one of my springs broke. He came out shortly and replaced the spring. I had him come out and put in a new garage door opener. One of my garage door openers stopped lifting the door more than 6" off the ground. So I contacted AAA Garage Doors and talked with Kelli. She knew right away that the problem was a broken spring over the door. Thankfully, she was already in my area and was able to stop by in less than an hour. Within about 90 minutes she and her son had replaced the spring, adjusted and lubed the opener mechanism, and indpected and tuned-up my other three doors as well. I found AAA on FB and am so glad I did. We bought 3 doors for a new, detached garage as well as a replacement door for our 1 car attached garage. Great service and installation quality. These folks use CHI overhead doors as one of their main suppliers which we love. The simulated cedar R20 insulated door also had dual pane windows that are beautiful, and efficient. AAA also installed a new Chamberlain opener which works fantastic. They did an excellent job, first by replacing a broken spring and repairing my old broken garage door so that it would work until it could be replaced by a new door! Then charged a very fair price on the new door, and replaced it in less than 2 hours when it worked best for my schedule.
