I tried numerous times but had no success -- it would start to close but after just a couple of feet of motion it halted and returned leaving my garage door open. At 6:10 pm last night I called A Team Garage Door and was surprised that my call didn't go to voicemail but to a real person who was very helpful. I asked if they would work me into their schedule for the next day. To my surprise, one of their technicians, Patrick Lonnigan, called me about 10 minutes later and asked if I wanted him to come by last night to see if he could identify the problem. He arrived very soon after and immediately identified the problem and fixed it. I was impressed with both his expertise and ability -- he adjusted the sensors that alert the closer if something is in the way. It took no more than a half hour, and I thought he was first rate in his abilities to analyze a problem and find a solution. I highly recommend them. I have had such a wonderful experience with A Team Garage Doors. After all of the precipitation we had last summer my garage door was coming off the tracks every time I opened it, which would take several minutes to fix every time it happened. Unbeknownst to me, my house's garage door was two single wood garage doors that were fused together as was a norm for my neighborhood. The person who did my estimate explained to me that he could fix the issue to get the door back on track, but explained at some point the door would need to be replaced and showed me on my door some of the things that had previously been repaired and things that would likely be problematic in the near future. I decided if the repair was 1/3 of the cost of a new door, I might as well replace it now. They were able to replace it with a new door within the week. Their installer was so professional and quick. A few weeks ago the garage door they installed started having some issues where we could here the door grinding.
