They seemed very capable Of replacing our garage door motor and belt drive. They didn't specialize in our type of motor but offered a replacement option and bid three levels of replacement fully installed. They were friendly and I did not have a negative experience. We ended up using a different complaint but I have to say that this company was the first to respond to the project request before 7am in the morning and they were at our home to assess by 10am. I had a great experience and feel like they could have done the work just as easily.

He'll do a full tuneup of your garage doors. He'll find every issue that's wrong with them and make them as good as new and keep them functioning. He's not all about selling new doors, but to keep your old doors running. The only issue is that he's pretty expensive, but I can't really compare to other places cause I've only had a few companies come out and do work on my doors, but I'd say it's worth it. I would never recommend Integrity Fencing. Our experience was plagued by poor communication, subpar…read morecraftsmanship, and unprofessional conduct from management. From the start, the privacy fence was not built to the agreed-upon specifications. The HOA drawings which their salesman explicitly confirmed in writing (attached via email and said quoting exactly) called for horizontal beams to be mounted in-line. Instead, they face-nailed the beams, which altered the entire aesthetic and structural look of the fence. They claimed the HOA requires this which is not true. Additionally, the installation was plagued by issues: - Workmanship: The fence height was inconsistent, ranging from 71" to 79" on a promised 6' privacy build and 48" around on a promised 45" picket build. In several areas, there was a 3-4" gap between the bottom of the privacy fence and the ground. They faced the privacy pickets the wrong direction and blamed my wife for it. They mostly corrected the height after it was called out, but there are still gaps and inconsistencies. - Property Damage: Despite assurances that our landscaping would not be in the way, they broke our paver walkway and destroyed the edging between our garden and rock bed. We also found dried cement mix stuck/spilled across our landscape rocks. They mostly fixed this but it shouldn't have happened to begin with and the walkway is permanently damaged. - Gate & Staining: The metal gate installation was miscommunicated and poorly executed. The "custom" gate that we paid extra for is just an oddly angled gate that doesn't fit the opening or slope properly (and the previous standard gate was already mis-mounted). When they finally came to stain the fence, they did so just hours before a major rainstorm, despite the forecast, which was negligent. The most disappointing part was dealing with the VP of Operations, Jerry, and the owner, Shawn. After failing to deliver the product we contracted for, Jerry attempted to deflect blame onto my wife. When I pushed back on the invoice to address the fact that they had not corrected the beam alignment or secured an alternative HOA cap approval as discussed, management immediately resorted to threats of placing a lien on our home - all while holding our 50% deposit for staining work that hadn't even been performed yet. They over-promise, under-deliver, and resort to intimidation tactics rather than standing behind their work. Save yourself the headache and choose a contractor who actually values integrity.

Not only was he extremely experienced and efficient with the installation of this particular system, he charged us approximately $350 less than it would have cost us to go through one of the retailer's contractors. We are now able to realize much more usable space than before. Next job already scheduled for the hanging of a new barn door for the walk-in closet! With a new bike on the way, I found it was going to be quite a challenge storing it in our relatively small garage. I barely had enough room to squeeze the car in with just one bike, so purchased a ceiling hanging system. After the system arrived, I hired Wade Services to do the job. Upon arrival, he suggested an alternative solution that would allow for easier access to the bike. I went with his idea and was quite pleased with the results. Where there was once clutter and barely enough room for one bike, I now am able now able to fit two bikes (old bike pictured - new one will be placed where the tires are), store my ladders and camping tables, and still effortlessly park my full-sized SUV. He also offered other improvement ideas, which I will have installed at a later date. He also suggested new layout ideas for two of our closets. We also plan to have him install those as well! I had an after hours emergency with my garage door. I called Affordable Door Co and much to my surprise Maryanne answered the call. It was almost 8 pm. I have to admit that I was frantic, my door was crooked, hanging precariously over my new car. I was confident that the repair would be very costly or that I needed a new door. Maryanne really helped to put me at ease. She gave me several suggestions, (stay away from the door, ask a neighbor to unplug the opener, then sit down to a glass of wine and take some deep breaths, lol. I was almost to the point of tears. Door wrecked, husband out of town!) She dispatched Frank. He was very professional and polite. He repaired my door for much less than I feared. He even gave me some tips to prolong the life of my door and motor. I am very happy with the folks at Affordable Door. At every step of the way I felt that they had my best interest in mind. Affordable Door has been working on my garage doors since about 1996. I have had them replace springs and also install doors on a rental. I have found them to be very reliable, the service is great and in the end their prices are terrific! Most recently we had hail damage to our garage doors on our house. Our insurance company did not feel the damage warranted new doors but we felt the damage and age of the doors required replacement. I called and spoke with one of the owners, Maryanne, and she came out to our home and provided an estimate that was $1000 less than what I was expecting for 2 insulated doors. Frank, one of their workers came out and installed both doors hooked up our garage door openers and they look great! The doors operate smoothly and much more quiet and we couldn't be happier! We have recommended Affordable Door to friends and would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their garage doors at very reasonable prices. read more

I wouldn't call anyone else for a garage door or garage door services after having new garage doors installed by Affordable Door Co. I wanted to replace the non-standard size garage door at our townhouse and Affordable Door Co. was able to find the right brand in the right color, special order it and have it installed. The new, insulated door was much nicer than the remaining door so we ended up replacing it, too. I contacted Mary Anne and we worked together, including providing digital photos to her (because of COVID) to start the process and avoid contact. Leo (great guy) was the one who came out and did the final measurements. He also replaced and installed both new garage doors. The old doors were so noisy that the dogs always knew when we were home because of the doors. Affordable Door Company is the only garage door repair company I ever call and for good reason. The first time I had an issue with a garage door years ago, I called and spoke to Mary Anne. She gave me some advice on what to check for and I was able to take care of the issue without a service call. I could not believe that a company would do that! Last weekend one of my garage door springs broke so I called Mary Anne early in the morning and she was able to send a technician to make the repairs in only a couple of hours later. Leo arrived and was very friendly and helpful. Not only did he repair the one door but inspected,adjusted and lubricated my other door without me asking. I could tell that he wanted to make sure both my doors were working properly. What excellent service! We have used Affordable Door on a couple of occasions now and they've been fantastic every time! My most recent issue happened on a Sunday afternoon RIGHT BEFORE A BRONCO GAME when I found that one of our garage doors would not open. I called Affordable Door thinking there was no way I could get someone to come right away and was thrilled to hear that they would be right out. The technician was prompt and pleasant, repaired the issue and even offered to check the other garage doors while he was here. While he asked for updates on the Bronco game when I would come out to check on him, he showed no indication that he was rushing through this repair job. Awesome! Do garage doors ever warn you of impending trouble -of course not! When my garage door chain slipped off the track just as I was leaning for an appointment I was frantic. Months before my daughter had given me MaryAnn's company phone number so I immediately called. Just so happens the crew were in the area finishing up a job. Within 45 minutes they arrived at my home - diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the hour. I was pleasantly surprised with the courtesy, efficiency and expertise of the crew and the cost was within reason. No pressure to do more than was necessary or to buy any additional stuff. This company is amazing. My girlfriend and I were in the room above the garage the night before and suddenly the entire floor shook. "What in the world was that." When I went to leave the next morning I found the spring to the garage door had broke. After seeing the reviews here I gave them a call and got Mary Anne, who was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Even though they were short staffed, she was still able to get a team out the same day and they fixed it within 30 minutes! They even lubricated a few of the parts and fixed the insulation. They weren't the cheapest of the quotes I got, but they were close, and they offered multiple options for how a new door could work, and what materials they could use. Plus, they did the job in like a week from giving me a quote (a couple of companies had told me 3-4 weeks). And that included a day or two for me to get back to them. The owners who gave the quote during a visit to my garage were very nice people, and the installer they sent out (who came by once before the job day to make sure he would have everything he needed), was very nice and efficient as well. This is a great company. I called a different company I've used before and they didn't even answer the phone. After two attempts I moved on to Affordable. They talked me through what the issue might be and then sent someone out that day. I was pretty impressed. The price was very reasonable and when I got home from work (my son had handled the situation) there was a business card tucked in by the door opener on the garage wall. Called company at 11:30 and told them that the spring was broke on the garage door. Maryann quoted me a price which was fair. Jessie was at my door that afternoon at 4:30 and he got the springs replaced the springs and serviced the garage door. He was very efficient and friendly. He also made adjustments on the opener. He had put all his tools away, when he noticed a gap in the door, so he went and got his tools out again and made some more adjustments. Jessie went the extra mile.
