Absolutely the best. Quick to respond, quick to fix and the best prices of anyone I called. I had a spring break and he fixed it right away in the super cold weather. Now we probably need a new door and he checked it out right away and gave us a quote without any pressure. read more

Mitch is simply the best. He's come out to save my bacon several times with my garage door, had my red pullcord snag on my door as I was backing out causing the door to bounce off the roof of the car and get jammed up. I had to break my own door to get out and called Mitch who was very polite and professional. He remembered us from the last time he repaired my door and promptly made an appointment to come out for the is new fix. He arrived early, worked quickly and everything looked and functioned beautifully after. His pricing is fair and my husband could not believe how low the actual end cost was considering the work needing to be done. Will only be using Garage Door Guys for all of our garage needs read more

This morning our garage door struggled to even try and open. Not being an expert, visions flashed in my mind of what had broken and plenty of fear, as some things can be very pricey. Called Mitch and THANK GOD FOR HIM! Calmly said that he was on his way. Got here and immediately set my mind at ease. He saw that we had a broken spring and he had everything that he needed to get it fixed. Less than an hour later everything worked better than it did before. Mitch is an absolute craftsman! When it comes to home maintenance, it is very stressing. He understands that and brings such calm that it significantly lowers stress. If you are needing garage door work done, do not hesitate to call Mitch! His work is top notch, he is genuine, he lives locally and is not beholden to any corporation. His costs are extremely fair. To avoid the possibility of an emergency charge I waited until Monday morning to call for a quote and schedule an appointment and much to my surprise, Mitch (owner) picks up the phone and gives me an estimate and squeezes me into his Monday schedule and delivers! No joke! He said it would be in the afternoon and it was! Mitch arrived on time despite Denver traffic and performed the work quickly and efficiently. His initial quote was spot-on and done fast! Called Mitch to reset garage door codes, reprogram to new hand-held units, and replace gasket on bottom of one door for a new purchase of a resale home in Englewood. My daughter met him at the unit and is raving about him. She reports he was so accomplished, efficient, professional, and pleasant. He even helped her reset her car to new codes. Can't say enough about how great the experience was. You sincerely can't go wrong if you choose to work with him. Thank you, Mitch! read more

Last night our car was held hostage by our aging garage door and opener and we gave you a call. Mitch responded promptly to an urgent request to respond to a minor issue from a home inspector. A new opener had been installed and the system tuned up just 6 months ago so there was really nothing wrong, but he tweaked it and verified it was functioning properly and did not charge me. He truly takes care of his customers. Wish every service person was like him! Fantastic knowledgeable, caring service. read more

Can't say enough good things. On a Friday night, my 11 year old garage door would not close. For the past week it had been making terrible noises. I could tell a rail was bent but didn't dare to try to mess with it myself. I called Garage Door Guys on a Saturday morning and spoke to Sheena who answered to phone in person--and was totally sweet, sympathetic and helpful, and she offered same day service at 1:00 -- 2:00 pm. Mitch was on my doorstep at exactly 1:00 pm. He not only took care of my problem, he lubricated and serviced the door, programmed the door to work with my car (which I had never been able to figure out because it involved having to do something to the unit itself) and reprogrammed my digital opener which had stopped working. And fixed a few other "little things" he found that I had been neglecting. The whole thing was less than $250. Door is now working perfectly and sounds so much happier, too! I always try to use local providers when I can and Garage Door Guys exceeded my expectations. HIghly recommend. Nancy L, Parker, Colorado. read more

These are our go-to garage door repair guys for our home in Ken Caryl. They installed coil safety cables shortley after we moved in and did a tune up on our old & worn doors. Also helped us change the code on our access key-code panel. Came back a couple months later and adjusted our door sensors when we were having trouble with 1 door not working properly - didn't even charge us for that visit! Courteous, knowledgeable, fair prices and no heavy sales...just good work and great service. We recommend them to anyone who asks and will continue to use them! read more

They were able to help on short notice with my garage, but charge $140 for labor. A quick fix.

One of the springs on my double garage door snapped. I called many places to compare pricing and was given a ballpark of $190 for Springs plus $150 for labor. Their website had a coupon for $73.95 off a service call and I confirmed over the phone that would be applied to the ~$340 total cost. $340 minus $74, so $266 seemed reasonable an in-line with other quotes I received. I went with Garage Door Guys and they even arrived early which was great. As the repair went on it turned into "you need new cables, probably good to replace the bearings and rollers while things are disassembled". I figured I'd saved the $74 with the coupon so why not... may as well get it done. By the time they were finished my bill came out to $533. The $74 was additional to the cost of the springs and labor and that definitely was not clear on the phone. Had I been told straight up that it was going to cost a min of $350 I would have gone with a cheaper quote I received. I also noticed the belt for my belt-Drive opener was sagging out of the track after the guy had left so I ended up adjusting that myself. Overall service was good, but the final pricing was not in alignment with my expectation from my initial call with beforehand which made it feel a bit bait and switch. read more

I made an appointment for an estimate for a new garage door. The estimator did not call or show up during the hours they said they would be there. He then called 1 1/2 hours after the time slot, and complained about wasting his gas to get there because I had left for work without calling them! How about this-be where you're supposed to be when you're supposed to be there! Or call if you are running behind! If you can't get that right I'd hate to see how one of your projects goes. Unprofessional and rude. read more
