I'm really happy with the service provided by Locks King. Mike came yesterday and replaced the lock cylinder on my front door and rekeyed the lock to my utility closet. I called at 1am in the morning on a Thursday with a stuck key in the deadbolt. This was the first locksmith I saw that was open 24 hours. I had several appointments on Thursday and was leaving Friday for out of town so I was anxious to get it fixed. Mike was very personable, didn't give me a big runaround or condescending lecture. He made several suggestions to see if I could get it out on my own. Since it was not a serious emergency, we agreed that I'd call him at 8am later that morning if I still couldn't get it out. Mike at "Locks King" got back to me right away and was extremely helpful. I had an old car from the 1960's which had a special trick to removing the ignition for replacement. I had all the replacement parts, but did not know how to remove the ignition‍ . Mike was honest and said it was easy enough that I could do it myself without having to pay someone. Mike told me how to remove the ignition in simple steps. He was willing to remove it for me, if I was unable to. I gave it a try and was able to replace the ignition myself.
