We just moved into our new house so I called around to find someone re-key the doors. Roy responded with a reasonable quote and came the same day. The lock wasn't re-keyed not properly before so Roy took extra time to get things right and did not charge extra. He is professional and friendly at all time. I would strongly recommend their service. read more

Ben was completely fantastic. Even though I got the time wrong (my mind was in several different places after an attempted break-in the night before), he quickly adapted and came over sooner than what we set up. He was very professional and kind! The job took longer than anticipated, but he kept to the amount he quoted me, even though I insisted he I pay him for the extra time required. He took a very stressful situation and put me at ease. I highly recommend! read more

Had a great experience with Ben. Fast and professional. Fixed two locks and had the best price between the three locksmiths I called.

I called the number on Friday. David answered the call right away and told me he could come between 12-2 on Sunday and gave me a quote. I was OK with the schedule and asked him about the deal on Yelp. He promised to give me a discount. David called in that time frame on Sunday and informed me that he would be arrived in 30 minutes, which he did. He opened my lock without much an effort. After examining the lock, he told me that I needed the new one and gave me a quote for replacement. Then he honored his promise by replacing a new lock without extra charge. He gave me a receipt and told me to keep it for 1 year warranty. After he left for 5 minutes, he called me again to remind me to close the garage door. I was happy with his professional service and surprised that he paid attention to the details on everything. read more

Prompt and courteous, LockBusters Locksmith Service fixed our broken lock in record time. We were given an estimate over the phone as well as an estimated arrival time. The locks were repaired within minutes and the technician took extra time to explain some of the features on the door. So professional, highly recommend! read more

Lockbusters is awesome. They are on-time, quick, and very customer-oriented. I bought a Lockbuster yelp deal. I called them and they were available to come to my house the next day. As it happens, it was POURING rain and he was soaking wet when he rekeyed my house. He was undeterred and continued on. He rekeyed my house in no-time and with the yelp deal, it was well worth the price. I will definitely use them again. read more

I hate to have to write a bad review for this place because they were helpful at first. I gave them several days to be helpful. Originally,I needed a new key and they came and gave it to me. The price was good. It was one of those remote car keys that needs a battery. The key barely worked from the moment i got it however. I called them repeatedly and tried to contact them at least 10 times to fix it and no one would help me. Probably because I already paid for the key. :( read more

My wife locked herself out of her car on a rainy day and not at home. Lockbusters couldn't help me quickly but the guy who answered the phone willingly gave me the number of a competitor he thought could help me. They did. Thanks for being good people read more

Needed locks replaced for the house and called in Lock Busters VA for help. I spoke with David who gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to change locks the same day. He came on time as promised and changed my locks within minutes. Very friendly, quick, professional! Would definitely use them again and would recommend to others. read more

Responded quickly on here and was quick getting my car unlocked for me. Made sure to ask for proof it was my vehicle which is comforting.

Prompt and friendly service! Honest and explained all work being done. Highly recommend for all locksmith work. Thanks!

!!5 Stars!! I just called to get a service call for a jammed lock. David told me to try a little trick on the lock. I offered to call him back but he took the time to stay on the phone w/me to make sure sure it worked. And it did. SO refreshing to come in contact w/someone that EASILY could have come out, charged me for a service call and fix it himself. Wow. read more

Ben was prompt and knowledgable, talking us through the process and explaining everything he was doing. An excellent experience with a capable, very expert professional. read more

Quick, fast, easy. Done in 30 minutes. Couldn't be any happier. Thanks fast locksmith!

My mom came home from work tonight and we couldn't get the door to shut. She gave it a hard push and as a result we couldn't open our door outward(we were inside our condo). I found this company through Yelp and the guy came very quickly. Turns out the deadbolt was loose and just had to be tightened. The guy was very quick to fix our door, but he was a bit curt to my mom. All in all a great service. Would recommend, especially if you're in a pinch. read more

I called at 11 a.m. and he was there at 7 pm when I got back from work. He changed two locks and did a jimmy proof alignment. I appreciate the same day service, availability after 5 and ability to change two locks. I called another locksmith and they said that next week was the earliest. For a locksmith, for me, same day service, availability after 5 pm and a reasonable price are my criteria and he met all 3 very well. read more

LockBusters was fantastic! They answered my call and worked with my schedule to come at 7:00pm after work to change my locks. They were thorough and courteous during their entire visit! My new locks work perfectly and it was a much easier experience than the last time I had to change my locks. I would definitely recommend them! read more

Under short notice, I needed to find someone to replace the lock at my office. Called LockBusters Locksmith Service and they came right away. The technician was very helpful and friendly and got the job completed right away. Service was well done. read more

Came fast on the same day. Replaced my busted door latch with a new one and adjusted the door frame holes for a better fit. After install, it closed properly but still stuck a tiny bit when opening (which I didn't notice). He adjusted again until it was a smooth open to prevent future problems. He even fixed the dead bolt when he noticed it wasn't engaging fully - something I hadn't asked about. Great service, fast and knowledgeable. read more

Wonderful service, reasonable pricing compared to others (as in, holy shit...that's all?!) and the finished product is perfect. Called for and appointment. Dave called me to tell me he was about 30 minutes out, but that traffic was bad. He was about 30 minutes late, but I've been in traffic that had me a hell of a lot more than 30 minutes late around here. It wasn't one of those five-hour windows where they show up five minutes before the window closes...know what I mean? And, this wasn't an emergency call. I just had some stuff replaced. Anyway, quick, professional job -- over in 30 minutes. No muss, no fuss. Everything looks and works great! I will use them again. read more

We called Lockbusters late on a Thursday night after we realized our trailer hitch lock was bent to impossible to move and/or unlock. Roy showed up about 30 minutes later and got the tough (impossible) job done in the nick of time! The service wasn't that pricey either, again considering the job was tough. Hopefully we wont need Lockbusters again but if we do, we know who to call! read more

David showed up so quickly and in an instant he had opened my cabinet. He was fast, professional and great! Highly recommend!

I was locked out of my vehicle, and I gave LockBusters a call. Ronnie came to my rescue - on point, on time, man of his words. Extremely professional, very reliable, and dependable. Extremely fast service, very courteous and provided outstanding service. Certified and provides proper paperwork and receipt of work order. Even pulled a little favor to help out in an unlucky situation. All in all, when you're stuck in any vehicle lock-out situation, no better place and time to give LockBusters a call. Don't waste you're time looking for another service here in the area, I guarantee it! read more

Great service. Ben knows what he's doing. We had our house re-keyed after we lost our keys and he did it quickly and efficiently

David came within 35 minutes, after 5 ON A HOLIDAY. I seriously thought I was in trouble. He picked up, came super quick, and had the door open in 5 minutes. David had to use a number of tools on my door, which is a very tricky one (I have complex locks). As someone who unfortunately locks himself out a lot and knows the pricing of locksmiths, this company was reasonably priced, if not on the cheaper side. Polite, knowledgeable, fast, and not creepy (which is seriously a thing with some of the past locksmiths I've used)! read more

Guys are great. Came on time. Very knowledgeable. Took care of our lock issue in minutes and gave a very good price. Will definitely use them again if a need arises. read more

You won't find a better priced locksmith in town with fast and great service! As a business owner, its my nature to shop for the best price with great reviews before making a final decison. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical when David first quoted me but decided to give them a try. They had five stars on yelp and were the real deal. I will use them from here on out. Big names will offer mediocre service and charge you a premium. read more

I had a car lockout in tysons corner. David responded and came over quickly, and was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He got my car open in a few minutes and the company quoted me a fair price. Super happy with his service, would definitely call here again. read more

Extremely prompt in response time, very professional and quick service. Competitive price as well! The service matches the other 5 star reviews you will read here! Highly recommend!!! read more

This was my second call to LockBusters, and both times David came out to help. Over the summer, I got locked out of my house and my car, with my purse inside the car. He suggested he unlock the car to get my purse which had my house key inside, because it would cost me less. The second time, I could not lock the front door and I requested a replacement of the lock. David was able to repair the lock and he adjusted a deadlock which I did not initially mention during the estimate for less than what was originally quoted. I highly recommend them for honest, reliable, quality services. read more

We were locked out of a closet in our new house that we didn't have a key for. David from lockbusters came promptly after we called, unlocked the door, and made us a key. Great service! read more

Co-owner showed up and not only unlocked my car, but also jump started my car and upon dead battery, went the extra mile to help out and get it started! Saved me a taxi ride, trip to the auto shop, and hours of stress. Customer service at its finest. Truly an appreciated and values-based company! read more

Ben responded to an early call a few weeks ago. He was on time, friendly, and honest. His competitive advantage is definitely his honesty, as many locksmiths will overcharge in this area. Highly recommend Ben with Lockbusters! read more

I just had a great experience with Ben of Lockbusters. He called to let me know his eta. He was very nice and professional. He got to work right away and was finished faster than I had expected. He noticed another door was not working properly and just fixed it as a nice thing to do (I am far from handy) so this was an added bonus! He gave a few other tips and pointers before he left which was great. I would recommend this company and Ben to anyone who might need locks assistance! read more

Ronnie did a great job. He created/duplicated (to replace a lost key) our Prius Smart Key at our house without any problems. Mind you, other car locksmiths said it could ONLY be done at a Toyota dealership. So, don't believe them and use Ronnie if you need a duplicate made. He showed up when promised and even used his monitor to help troubleshoot a "Check Engine" light in the car. read more

Great and prompt service - called with an issue and David came within 30 mins. Highly recommended when in a pinch! Hopefully won't need to, but will use again! Thanks! read more

I struggled to work this storm door open for about two days straight when I finally threw in the towel and called a locksmith. David came by in 30min, and it took him no time at all to get the door open. He further advised me on how to replace the faulty part in the door, which I sincerely appreciated. All in all he provided 5 star service at a very reasonable price. read more
