We just discovered Loaded and Panecito and will now become loyal customers. One we were impressed that we really only waited 20 minutes on a Sunday at brunch time. The marketing is pure genius. Food was on point plus, we were impressed with the flexibility they had for substitutions. That is always much appreciated. My ice coffee flight hit the spot and my husband's pineapple chamoyada tasted like a afternoon in a Caribbean beach! Highly recommend. Cute spot in a strip mall. I went on a whim and I'm glad I did. Arrived about 2 hours before closing and a large party was just finishing near where I was seated. They seemed very happy with their meals. I certainly enjoyed my Chiliquiles w/ asada and beans. I like a little spice and they let me sample a little to insure it wouldn't be too much. Customer service was terrible. We were sat promptly but to have a server come and take our drink order it took over 10 minutes since we sat down. The food was good. The atmosphere was great. They moved to a bigger location, which is awesome. The Service was OK. Waitress was attentive, but she had to be intentionally because first the coffee mug was served with lipstick rings on there. Then the second coffee mug came, the half-and-half was poured inside the coffee, but the half-and-half was spoiled. So we 86 the coffee. Besides that the food was good I would come back. I can imagine how bad it would be in person... I ordered through UberEats and I spoke to multiple people to ensure that my order would be correct.. guess what? They managed to get EVERYTHING wrong. When I called back after receiving the order they acted confused and gaslighted me, saying I must have ordered from a different location. Super disappointed. Next time, Denny's it is... LOL. Honestly. Not sure if they got the order correct it would've tasted any better. Sub par food, especially at this price point. Spot is solid but unspectacular. It's like 10 min from LAX which is nice if you're looking for a decent spot before heading over. It's a strip mall with shared parking, but the spaces are somewhat tight so larger SUVs beware. Otherwise it's a more local Denny's that has both hispanic and american classic breakfast items. I got the Brioche french toast, and it was actually quite good. Bacon and eggs were fine, noticeably just ok. Like clearly no good qualities about them (over cooked bacon and very not fluffy eggs) but clearly could be much worse. All in all, a fine spot, you could do worse. read more

We enjoyed our breakfast here this morning. We are not locals to Gardena, but were in the area today and decided to try. Sooo glad we did. April was our server and she was friendly and is the real queen for recommending that asada plate. It was delicious. Eggs were fluffy and the chili had good flavor. I had spicy red and it wasn't too spicy. Next time we'll try the chorizo! This place is OK. The menu is extensive including some American and Mexican dishes so I appreciate the variety. I tried the two types of Chilaquiles and a green juice and the food was good but nothing extraordinary. Also the host was nice, but our waitress was not so much. Since it was our first time here we had some questions about the menu and she seemed bothered by us asking questions. I found this place while scrolling through yelp for a brunch place. I actually quite liked this food!! I love mexican breakfast and while it was mexican they also had american style breakfast :3 Though ngl idk if i liked it enough to come back or even crave it. The menu is displayed above the counter, and they also have handheld menus available. I had a few questions, and the cashier was very helpful in helping me narrow down what I wanted. You can customize the sweetness level of your drink and add extras like boba. Once you decide, you place and pay for your order using the ordering screen. The prices are reasonable, the drink sizes are generous, and the wait isn't long. They usually bring your order right to you. My favorite so far is the Coco Matcha. I enjoyed it so much that I've already been back! Dol specializes in Vietnamese coffee drinks, but they have plenty of other options as well. Definitely worth stopping by. I'm a little bit on the fence as far as my feelings for this place. My wife and I had breakfast here on one of my rare days off. I'd seen so many great Yelp reviews that I figured it was worth a visit. But my experience was both pleasant and slightly disappointing. I'll try to keep it short & sweet(ish)... The restaurant is located in a small strip mall. The surrounding area doesn't look the nicest or most welcoming. The inside of the restaurant is pretty basic but has some nice wall decor with inspirational saying on them. The place is relatively small although they do try to make use of all available floor space as possible. This is both a blessing and a curse since it means more access to seating, but in very close proximity to other patrons at times. Let's get down to the food... which in my opinion is good, but not great. The menu selection is plentiful with all your usual egg, omelette and pancake options. And they have crepes, which is a major plus in my book! Portions sizes are pretty generous and pricing is very reasonable. But as far as taste, everything was more or less A-OK to me. For me, nothing really stood out as being exceptional. As previously stated by other Yelpers, it does seem like the owner has connections to IHOP since the pancakes taste similar and the various syrup flavors are identical. IHOP quality food for little diner prices and great service to boot makes this a solid 4-star spot in my opinion. A great breakfast spot for the locals or anyone else that might be in the area. It'd probably be my Go-To place if I lived close by. But for everyone else, it's probably not worth the trek since you can find equally good breakfast spots that are closer to where you live. read more

I recently visited Loaded Cafe with high hopes after seeing their impressive social media presence. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. The restaurant wasn't busy, but cleanliness seemed to be an issue with dirty plates on several tables. While the complimentary warm mini concha was a nice touch, the service was lacking. I struggled to get a simple coffee refill and had to repeatedly ask different servers. For our meal, my coworker opted for steak and eggs, and I chose the chile verde, which was recommended as popular and moderately spicy. The salsa, however, was overwhelmingly spicy, far beyond the expected level. Despite the restaurant not being busy, our food took 30 minutes to arrive. My coworker's portion was so small it resembled a child's meal, and my dish was equally disappointing in size and presentation - especially for the $17 price tag. The chile verde's color and taste were nothing like the menu's depiction. Again, service for refills was poor. I had read about the owners' journey in starting the business, which seemed promising, but it appears the focus has shifted away from essentials like menu quality and customer service. The diverse menu seems to lack a clear direction, and the fusion of American and Mexican cuisine falls short in execution. Based on this experience, I cannot justify a return visit. Paying $50 for such unsatisfactory meals and service was not worthwhile. It's a reminder that great marketing doesn't always translate to a quality dining experience. I've never done a review but I want to give credit to a great dining experience. We walk in and immediately hear a shout from the back welcoming us. We stood there for about a or two and the server APRIL came out with full plates in hand saying she'd be with us shortly. The manager MARIA came out right after with drinks in hand and then got our table ready. Our server was APRIL and she informed us that she would be with us shortly as she had several tasks to do which I really admired. MARIA dropped us off fresh warm conchas while we waited. When APRIL came she was very sweet and informative and also apologized about the wait which we didn't mind as our party are restaurant workers as well and understand. The food was really good and APRIL'S recommendation of using the green Sriracha for an added kick was really good. APRIL was really pleasant through whole experience even though sweat covered she always had a smile on her face. MARIA charged us and was very sweet as well . I originally was just going to do a 5 star review for free the crepe but didn't even bother asking about it because they were understaffed which my whole party understood (I'm a GM of a restaurant as the rest of the party were managers of various positions) with the whole "situation" businesses are slower so staffing so we completely understood. Excellent food. They also have fresh smoothies made. I just wish it was more affordable! They charge for Everything!! With that being said.. they Do have a lot of options to choose from so you don't have to add onto your meal if you choose to (for example if i wanted spinach amd bacon added to an omelet or something). On a positive note they give a good size portion for the kids pancake meal.. so we usually get that and add am extra egg or sausage if we feel more hungry. Pancakes and omelets are Very good here.. so we put up with the price. read more

This is just sad... we usually love going here when they're open and we've missed it. So we decided to order takeout and it just lacked completely! See photos. The potatoes in my omelette were uncooked and who doesn't put cheese in an omelette?? The pancakes were so dry, the batter must have been too thick. And the sausage breakfast burrito was so sad. So expect a wait to enter Sunday morning. Line moves quickly with 3 cashiers. Found a table, placed our number, got our self serve water & coffee. My iced special coffee drink was delivered. For the volume of people being served, it's pretty efficient. Our table ordered: 1) egg & cheese burrito. Very good. Average size. Not a jumbo as a Mexican restaurant might serve. 2) avocado toast with a poached egg. Nice entree. Again with the 2-1/2 to 3" slice of whole wheat black sesame toast. She's not a crust girl, but ate the inside portion. Excellent bread with ample avocado. Egg cooked as ordered. 3) potato hash with a poached egg. My son devoured & said it was really good. 4) prosciutto burrata cheese melt with side spinach salad. Great little sandwich. I little greasy since it was maybe panini pressed. Salad was dressed in an o/v dressing. Could have been punched up a bit with S&P. Son's gf didn't eat the basil & micro green garnish on the avo toast. Asked whether I could have it. Which I sliced up and added to side salad. A pro move cuz it was really kind of oily & one note. Yes, I understand it's a freebie side for a sandwich. The herbs added a lot to flavor this salad. Valet parking is $10 or street parking/near by grocery store lot. Upscale decor with brass accents. Read many low star ratings. Some may be completely legit. Except for one who complained about a $2 charge for an extra house made aioli/marinara sauce. Look...even fast food places charge for extra sauces. Yes maybe 10 yrs ago it might have been free. However, running a restaurant/large food service operations costs A LOT of money. Money for ingredients that are delivered in trucks who are paying more than $8/gal for diesel. Ingredients/supplies that hopefully all come from the US. If not it's extra tariff prices. Thanks to minimum wage increases even fast food workers make $20/hr. Also a smaller pool of workers thanks to ICE. If you're going to complain about restaurant pricing, stay home and cook. Cuz if someone else is doing it for you, it costs.

My bill was almost $8 dollars MORE just because I paid with card. What type of restaurant charges to pay with a debit card?!?!? Which means the higher your bill the more you get charged on your bill if paying with card. That is definitely something they should let all customers know on their website or when someone calls or right when they come in to eat. Honestly extremely frustrating and one of the reasons I didn't leave a tip. My second reason, Our waitress was as bland and dry as their rice. She didn't introduce herself, she was a bit rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. I definitely felt rushed by her when ordering and she wasn't attentive. I asked for sour cream and it came out watered down...? Sour cream should be thick. So my only down fall on food was the dry dry dry rice & the liquid sour cream. The rest of our food was delicious, everyone enjoyed their meal. My daughter ordered the carnitas wet burrito, very yummy, my other daughter ordered birria tacos, she said were good. My mom ordered asada place with cheese enchilada, which she enjoyed. My aunt ordered chicken salad and tortilla soup. The salad was just a salad, but she said the soup was flavorful and full of veggies. I had the chimichanga (beef) plate, was very delicious meat and the beans were yummy. Again, rice was not good on its own. Over all, I'd give the food a 4.5 not a full 5 because the rice was so dry and they gave me watered down sour cream. Didn't care for the salsa with the chips, very tomato flavor heavy, I asked if they had a spicy salsa and they do which was very good. The place itself is very small but super cute inside and out, Parking is also very limited. So if you decide to give this place a try, HAVE CASH**** to avoid a crazy fee. Be careful of the dry rice.

This time we dined inside. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the caprese panini with a fresh side salad and the beef burger with french fries. The pannini was large and full of flavor and the burger was loaded with condiments fried onions, lettuce, tomato and pickles. The fries were hot and crunchy. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center and clean restrooms. This location has a full bar and many big screen televisions with some sort of sporting event playing. Know they have a large selection of menu items many of which we have tried. Their pizzas, salads and Italian options have been very enjoyable in the past.

There were already about 5 groups waiting, but thought shouldn't be too long. WRONG - it took us 1.5hrs to get seated. &we almost didn't get seated (even though it was our turn) because the server skipped over our name! I had to tell him that he had skipped us, and then he seated us. NO APOLOGY was given btw. We were at the restaurant the entire time so there was no way he had previously called us. THEN, it took us 40 min to get our food once the order was in! The food was nothing special and definitely not worth all the wait. Honestly, we weren't the only ones feeling this way as there were quite a few people grumbling and one guy getting takeout was getting so angry that he basically went to the edge of the kitchen to yell at the cook to hurry the f up etc etc This was one of the WORST restaurant experiences we've ever had. HANDS DOWN. Will not be back.
