Outdoor seating with a very large helping of home fries, corned beef hash, over easy eggs, and bacon.

I want to keep this place for myself!! But I have to share how awesome this place is. It's small and kept its vintage look. The food is cooked right in the grill in front of you. Large portions. Very delicious. My husband and I love their corned beef hash. I do wish they had more pancake and French toast options available. But the prices are great. However keep in mind it's Cash only!! Can't wait to go back.

Bacon, sausage, Just missing the legendary home fries but definitely order some!

We have been going to Lloyd's since my father took me when we were kids, then we went as hs students, and now our kids take their friends to Lloyd's for their legendary eats. No frills, just stacks and stacks, and as friendly as can be, across the board. If you can carry 'yes.. let's go!!' excitement for generations that is exceptional. A must on the map of legendary local stops.

Decided to go here after taking a walk in a nearby park. Like the other reviews mention, it's not the place to go if you're looking for romance or an upscale atmosphere. It's a tiny space in an old rail car with the feel of an old diner. If you want to get food from Lloyd's, you'll have to come early! They closed at 12 noon on the day we went (Sunday). Most diners in the area don't close until 2 so it kind of threw us off. The options on the menu were great - very reasonable prices and a good breakfast selection. We took the food to go and we're surprised at how heavy the to-go boxes were. My fiancé looked at me as we were leaving and said, "I can tell they give good portions here because I have to hold these with two hands!" After finally getting home and opening the boxes, we saw that the boxes were FILLED up with deliciousness lol. Their pancakes are $3 each as a side order but it's the size of like 6 pancakes. I couldnt even finish it and I'm 7 months pregnant! The only critique I have is that the potatoes were flavorless and very oily at the bottom. I wish they would have put some type of spices (or at least salt and pepper) on them. It tasted maybe like a plain baked potato. Other than that, I really enjoyed my meal and the service. It turned into 4 actual meals and cost about $10.

After many frustrating, unsuccessful attempts to get in this place over the last few months,(thankfully the old management is back!!) I was finally in today.I was the first one in the door at 6:00 when he opened. After a little small talk about the history of the place,I ordered my breakfast.OMG.. what a meal it was!! Marinated steak tips and a couple of eggs over easy ,with a huge pile of home fries too. There was enough food for 2 on my plate.Sadly,I couldn't finish it all. These were by far the best tips I ever had, tender, juicy and a lot of them-delicious.I really should give it 4 1/2 stars 'cause they don't have my favorite dish....home made hash on the menu. If you love old diners like I do and want a great meal, go here, you won't be disappointed!

This always pops up on Yelp, so we finally made reservations for our anniversary dinner…read more Disappointed they didn't do anything special or acknowledge the special occasion, even after replying to their survey post-visit. Server was nice but you could tell they were understaffed that night and sat too many tables at once. Once we sat done down and given water it took a while before our server appeared. The pacing was off and there were long periods between our order and apps, entree, and dessert. - bread service: kind of expensive ($13) for 5 pieces of bread and a dollop of each dipping sauce. Try just bread and butter for $6 - cornbread: delicious but small portion for $14. Also not a fan of the cutting board presentation - kids Mac and cheese: very cheesy ($12) - tiger shrimp risotto: ($34) good flavor but risotto was underdone - fried chicken: ($30) so crispy and cooked perfectly but had an odd spice in there like cinnamon? The star was the fried green tomatoes and the buttermilk ranch! Perfectly fried and crunchy while the tomatoes stayed firm and a very tasty ranch dressing! - dessert: warm cow sugar cookies were nice and warm sitting in butterscotch pudding, very cute! - the toffee in the butterscotch pudding ($11) was super crunchy, wish there were more cubes mixed in - warm chocolate brownie ($15) was missing the creme anglaise? Or the splatter of it was very small? I liked the open kitchen, high ceilings and farm2table concept but be prepared to spend $$$. Some street parking available and metered lot across the street.
