They were very friendly, worked quickly, and explained everything to us. We got an estimate a few days later and agreed to have New Dimension do the work. We approved the contract and paid the deposit and they ordered the wood. We ordered Brazilian cherry solid hardwood that we wanted finished in place. We wanted it to match the existing wood that part of the house had and they got it pretty close! They started work on October 8th and were completely done with the floors the 20th. We ended up having them replace the baseboards too because we wanted something that looked nicer, so we got another estimate for that and they got to work. Brandon was the main guy doing our floors. He was very nice and honest and communicated with me regularly to let me know how everything was progressing. We got the existing floors refinished at his recommendation and they look amazing, so much better than when we bought the house! There was a small issue with the first round of sealing the existing floors and Brandon let me know immediately and fixed it for us, which did push our move-in date a few days but ultimately wasn't a problem. He also gave us a recommendation for which product to use to keep our floors clean and in good condition which I'm thankful for. Mitch took care of our baseboards and was super nice. He worked on his own and was very efficient, fixing things as he found them and asking me questions when needed. We were living in the house by the time he got started but we just stayed out of his way and made sure he had what he needed. He was very friendly and helpful and we loved having him around. Overall we had a fantastic experience with New Dimension. Julie was super nice and called me to update me regularly, and their employees were all great. They're coming back in January to replace the carpet with wood on our stairs and we are looking forward to it. We highly recommend going with New Dimension if you are looking for a flooring or baseboard upgrade!

I called Dreyco (60 miles away from my town) They came out and leveled the floor because it was carpet before and wasn't level under the pad. They then did a great job installing the 2.25 inch planks in a huge area, living room, bedroom, and walk-in closet. Then they did 3 more smaller rooms from carpet to LVP. Great improvement.

It was agreed that the job wouldn't start until after the first of the year. Tried to contact the company on January 5th. Left a message on the answering machine. No call back. Called again a couple of days later. Still no response. Tried a third time. No call back. I drove out to the showroom a few days later and found it closed and empty. DREYCO had moved out. Managed to track down Tanners mother to find he had moved into a warehouse complex off W.11th. When I arrived the place looked abandoned and the only sign that anything was going on as a small sign on one of the windows. I dug up some other phone numbers and still no call back. I Finally managed make contact with Ceasar to inform him that I had hired another contractor to do the job and wanted a refund. Ceasar agreed and said he would have refund check in the mail on a few days. It arrived a few days later, but failed to cash. Insuffient funds. That was the end of Februay. I'm still holding a bad check on 3/25/2024. I tried to make contact today but no one arrived at the new warehouse location. Next step. . . . Maybe the DA's office to file a formal complaint. I hope I don't have to do that.

We purchased tile for three rooms in our new home from Imperial Floors, and had them perform the…read moreinstallation. The tile purchase experience was fine, and the staff very helpful. However, the company did not stand behind their installation work. Water from one of our showers would routinely leak out of the shower and on to the surrounding tile floor. Not being contractors, we assumed the issue had to do with the shower doors. We had our contractor out to review the situation, and discovered that when the tile was installed, the installer did not prepare the underlying surface correctly, and there was a high area in the middle of the shower that directed water to the outside of the shower, rather than to the drain. Imperial Floors refused to even look at the issue, stating we were outside of the warranty period. Clearly, this was an installation issue as was confirmed by our contractor. Our contractor was forced to remove the shower tile floor, and the underlying high spot, and have a different tile installer complete the installation. If Imperial Floors would have come to look at the issue it would have been clear, however the owner of Imperial Floors refused. This represents a complete lack of customer care. We would not use Imperial Floors again.

I met John Webb at the Eugene Home Show in March and liked the designs they had set up, so I made…read morean appointment for an estimate and design consultation for our upcoming kitchen remodel. I already have some basic ideas about what we will do to our kitchen, but I was really looking forward to getting input from a designer about the specifics. After our appointment, John said he would email me a design blueprint of sorts along with a cost estimate by the following week. The following week came and went, along with three more weeks, and finally I received an email from John's much-more-friendly associate, Scott, who apologized for taking so long and included a short, one-paragraph explanation of what could be done with our kitchen. No blueprint was provided as promised, and the paragraph about our kitchen design was so vague and elementary that it looked as though John's associate had taken it upon himself to write it since John simply did not have time for our project. I was offended and embarrassed to think that John Webb would honestly believe this was appropriate. It took almost a month for us to receive a short paragraph about our kitchen design? I could have written that design (without the slew of spelling and grammatical errors) in about three minutes. Also offensive is the thought that I would even CONSIDER working with John Webb after this laughable "design" was put forth for our review. If it takes him (i.e. his associate) that long to write a paragraph and email it to me, how can I be sure that he would ever actually complete our kitchen remodel? I felt like we were too lowly and uncool for John Webb, so much so that he didn't even bother to take the time to think about our design at all. VERY disappointing and unprofessional. I don't like to jump to conclusions, but it seems very clear to me and my partner that John Webb simply didn't want to work on our project. Maybe he thought we were too low-brow for his fancy designs? Or maybe he just thinks we don't have money to spend on a kitchen remodel. His loss. Stay far away from John Webb and his company unless you really love the thrill of disappointment. EDIT: Sanford T. is right -- I never got to see the design. I was informed that I wouldn't be able to even glance at the design without signing a $30,000 contract. Sorry, but that's ridiculous. The "design" that was emailed to me did not provide ANY information or details that would give me a clear picture of what was intended. It was clear that Scott wrote up a paragraph and sent it to me because John was too busy to sit down and write a real proposal. No time to flesh out a $30,000 kitchen remodel for an eager client? Sorry, but I think it's fair to say that that is unacceptable. I didn't cancel an appointment with John, as Sanford so adamantly states... John never bothered to make an appointment with me after I asked for more details about the design itself. Luckily, I've found that not all designers are this pretentious or awful with customer service (the fact that John's partner would refer to an unhappy customer as a "bad apple" should be evidence enough of their desire to promote their business positively). Look around, Eugene, there are plenty of choices!
