I had extra boards and Chris at Hardwood Paz said they could replace mismatched boards. They not only replaced boards I indicated but several more that didn't match as well. I would highly recommend this company for any floor work.

We purchased tile for three rooms in our new home from Imperial Floors, and had them perform the…read moreinstallation. The tile purchase experience was fine, and the staff very helpful. However, the company did not stand behind their installation work. Water from one of our showers would routinely leak out of the shower and on to the surrounding tile floor. Not being contractors, we assumed the issue had to do with the shower doors. We had our contractor out to review the situation, and discovered that when the tile was installed, the installer did not prepare the underlying surface correctly, and there was a high area in the middle of the shower that directed water to the outside of the shower, rather than to the drain. Imperial Floors refused to even look at the issue, stating we were outside of the warranty period. Clearly, this was an installation issue as was confirmed by our contractor. Our contractor was forced to remove the shower tile floor, and the underlying high spot, and have a different tile installer complete the installation. If Imperial Floors would have come to look at the issue it would have been clear, however the owner of Imperial Floors refused. This represents a complete lack of customer care. We would not use Imperial Floors again.

Without exception, our experiences have been very positive. Zero complaints!! The installer we have come to trust implicitly, having watched him work through tricky situations (i.e.,uneven floors), is Allen. We will wait to start on a project until Allen is available because we know we are guaranteed a great outcome. In our latest project he worked with Jason, and the work was impeccable and finished well ahead of schedule. Two seasoned professionals on the job!!! We recommend Imperial Floors without reservation. We've had nothing but excellent outcomes working with Todd and Allen over the years. Bonus: who knew having floors replaced could be FUN??

They built two patio covers in our yard, and I love to prance around under both of them every chance I get. It's like having my very own royal pup palace! The Landerking crew was so exciting to watch - I sat and supervised (with lots of tail wagging) as they worked, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Now I have the perfect place for strutting, relaxing, and keeping cool on hot days. I can strut my stuff proudly in the shade, then flop down for a nap without worrying about the sun. The craftsmanship is so impressive that even a dog can tell it's amazing - every beam and post is sturdy and beautiful (and trust me, I sniffed them all!). My humans are super happy with our new patio covers, which makes me happy too (because that means more belly rubs and treats for me - yay!). My tail hasn't stopped wagging since the project was finished. All in all, this is one tail-wagging, pawsitively awesome upgrade to our home. Two paws up for Landerking Woodworking - I'd give them five stars (and five bones ) if I could! Highly recommended for all pups and their humans looking to make their backyard a doggy paradise.
