I ordered a beautiful butterscotch oak flooring from Home Depot, and it was delivered, only to wait months because they don't have good installers. I called Dreyco (60 miles away from my town) They came out and leveled the floor because it was carpet before and wasn't level under the pad. They then did a great job installing the 2.25 inch planks in a huge area, living room, bedroom, and walk-in closet. Then they did 3 more smaller rooms from carpet to LVP. Contracted with Tanner on the first of December 2023 for a master suite shower rebuild. Paid up-front deposit of $7,185.00. It was agreed that the job wouldn't start until after the first of the year. Tried to contact the company on January 5th. Left a message on the answering machine. No call back. Called again a couple of days later. Still no response. Tried a third time. No call back. I drove out to the showroom a few days later and found it closed and empty. DREYCO had moved out. Managed to track down Tanners mother to find he had moved into a warehouse complex off W.11th. When I arrived the place looked abandoned and the only sign that anything was going on as a small sign on one of the windows. I dug up some other phone numbers and still no call back. I Finally managed make contact with Ceasar to inform him that I had hired another contractor to do the job and wanted a refund. Ceasar agreed and said he would have refund check in the mail on a few days. It arrived a few days later, but failed to cash. Insuffient funds. That was the end of Februay. I'm still holding a bad check on 3/25/2024. I tried to make contact today but no one arrived at the new warehouse location. Next step. . . . Maybe the DA's office to file a formal complaint. I hope I don't have to do that. read more

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dreyco. We had a large walk-in shower built that required a lot of tile work. Tile is one of those things that can look bad if not done right, but Harrison knocked it out of the park. He was such a professional and perfectionist about making sure it looked good. He asked our opinion and what we liked throughout the process to make sure we were happy with the final product. Plus just a great guy to work with and so personable. We were looking forward to Dreyco doing a shower remodel for us, and the other reviews made it sound like a great idea. We were promised a quote... that never came, even after repeated calls to the office. Instead we were left hanging, and ended up having to rush the job, at a much higher cost. Dreyco has been unresponsive to our multiple requests to return to our home, repair a poorly done carpet seam and multiple issues with an Urban LVF we purchased/installed by them 7/2022. On 9/22 I reported a carpet seam that was bad and Tanner, our project Mgr. said his laborer had been injured and would be out in a couple weeks to redo. No call, no repair. Over winter of 2022, we had the LVF crack in two places. It's hard, sharp and slices bare feet. 7/18/23 Cesar, estimator finally looked at floors, agreed there were issues and they would be back to repair it. "We will call you to schedule." 3 phone calls, 2 showroom visits, multiple promises to schedule have resulted in to action from Dreyco. After 13 months, we're scheduling another company to do repairs/replacement of flooring and will file suit with Dreyco which is not who we are or what we want to do with our time! So, Consumer Beware again, Dreyco doesn't stand behind their products or work. read more

This is hands down the best business (contractor, or any other) that I have ever dealt with. We received a recommendation from friends to use Dreyco, and we were not disappointed. We had a very complex bathroom remodel due to a leak, it turned out there was so much more involved, including ripping out multiple layers of subfloor. The guys at Dreyco were fairly priced, respectful, nice, and did amazing work. We found out there was an issue a week later (not caused by them) and they even came back just to check it out. I decided I needed a new floor in my home so I got a few estimates. The large "box" stores were the worse. One of them gave me three different estimates with a range of a thousand dollars, plus every time I needed to ask questions, I was directed to a different person. With Dreyco, I spoke with Danny, "ten hats", every time; he returned my calls either the same day, or the next day. After getting directions on what my part would be, I was overwhelmed because I had to remove the majority of my furniture and monstrous clutter from all over the house into the double garage. I'm a senior and was not able to move everything into the garage. I told Danny, and he said don't worry, the guys will take care of it. They estimated it would take five full days. They were finished, including cleaning up after the wall-to-wall carpeting was removed, all the boxes, wrapping paper, and trash in four days instead. In a couple of the rooms, instead of moving the furniture to the garage, they moved it to another side of the room, or the hallway, while they were laying the plank flooring. There was a delay in getting the flooring I had picked - not Dreyco's fault - so Danny had me pick another design and only a very slight minimal charge was added. Once the guys were there, they were funny, entertaining, extremely helpful, and neat considering the work they were doing. The new flooring is so beautiful, makes the rooms look larger, neater and clean all round. I am so pleased with Dreyco's employees and their first class demeanor that I am going to have them do the flooring for my kitchen and two bathrooms. I mentioned to Danny that I had gotten an estimate for the step-in tub for my bathroom of $30,000.00. There is no way I could afford that. He told me that Dreyco can do it for between $5,000.00 to $10,000.00, depending on how fancy I want it. So after the bathrooms and kitchen are completed, my bathroom will get a new face. I am so fortunate to have found Dreyco to make my home more valuable, and display a clean face. I have to state that it was a surprise to find a company with such efficient workers, enjoying their work, and performing work they can be proud of.
