The pedicure was ok...I had to ask for my cuticles to be cut. The manicure is horrible. My nails look like chicklets on my fingers...cut too short and my cuticles are too rough. And when I first arrived, the woman was extremely rude. Never again read more

Made an appointment for today at 2pm, arrived to no one inside and locked door. No on answering phone either. The lights are on, open sign is lit. They texted a confirmation and have my phone number, unsure why they didn't communicate they are closed. read more

I was not satisfied with the result of my nails. The polish was poorly applied, some nails were longer than others, and they were also uneven and misshapen. From my experience, the final result did not look professional or well-finished. I expected much more careful work and better quality. I also want to mention that the woman who answers the phone was very rude. Her attitude when speaking with me was unpleasant and unprofessional. I believe both the quality of the service and the customer service could be improved. read more

I went with my daughter because there was a groupon. Loved this location more than the teaneck one! Very clean and the ladies were so nice! They did a good job with the scrub etc, would have been nice to have a little more massage. Also, the nail color (actually wasnt the one i chose but thats fine!) but looks like its fading already. The color my daughter got only has a small chip but otherwise perfect so seems it was just the color i got. Overall a nice and sanitary place. They are very good with cleaning everything too. read more

I e seen reviews complaining about this nail salon but when I went, not only were the ladies nice. They took my Groupon, saw Me on a Tuesday. While one did my toes, the other did my nails. Even one nail smudged and she had no problem Fixing it. Very attentive and percise in doing my nails. I would definitely come back for a gel! read more

Very rude lady, she was going to take me if i pay regulat but when i said i have grouopn she refused the service.

I went in with zero expectations because it was an affordable Groupon deal, but this nail salon turned one full hour of my life into a nightmare. They clearly treat Groupon customers differently. There is a specific woman assigned only to Groupon clients, and they are only allowed on Saturdays. From the moment I walked in, she was rude, cold, and full of negative energy. She didn't even say hello -- she immediately told me to redeem my Groupon. The entire time, she kept scolding me: "don't move your foot," "put this here," "don't do that." I accidentally dropped the color chart, and the look she gave me was absolutely humiliating. I am 8 months pregnant and not in the mental state to argue with anyone, so I tried to stay calm. She cut my skin deeply and didn't apologize. Worse, she didn't even disinfect the wound with alcohol to prevent infection. When I asked her to, she continued giving me rude looks. It still hurts -- it is a very deep cut. I couldn't tolerate the attitude anymore and left before the service was finished, even though I had already paid. I had to hold myself back from crying. I won't even get into how filthy and unhygienic the salon was. If you hate Groupon customers this much, why are you advertising on Groupon at all? No one is forcing you to post deals. I will be reporting this business everywhere. This treatment is inhumane. Forget paying $40 -- even if you paid people, no one should ever be your customer. read more

I got two different Groupon to try them out. I got the first one for 2 manicure and pedicure and the second one for 3 brazilian wax. The first one the girl was ok but I was not impressed on how they do the pedicure. I called first to make sure I was able to get the brazilian wax groupon and they said yes. When I went to do the brazilian, the person was very rude and a little nasty and told me that I was only supposed to do one Groupon but that she was going to honor it after I told me that I called first before I book it. She said that they didn't put 3 that it was a mistake but I told her that's what I paid and she agreed to do it. She also didn't do the whole brazilian like other places. She said if I wanted the wax in the back, that I will have to pay separately which was the first time I heard about it. I didn't leave with the best experience and now that I tried to get the last one they were saying that they didn't have the records for the mani-pedi and that I needed to text it to them and again when back to say that they didn't do it. In conclusion, They will take your money and not honor anything. I will not go back to them for being unprofessional and very disrespectful. read more

This is my second time coming here and I thought I'd give them another chance at doing my acrylics set even though I wasn't impressed the first time. It was a horrible experience and I will never be coming back. First, when you get acrylics they have to buff your nails. She was not only buffing my nail but also my finger. It was extremely painful and caused my skin to inflame. The second issue is she put the fake nail crooked on my pinky nail. I asked her TWICE to fix it but she refused. Lastly, I asked for coffin nails and my nails look like a joke. They aren't the coffin shape (which I'm pretty sure she charged me extra for) and each nail is a different shape. I have some squares, some coffin attempts and ovals. The worst place ever to get acrylics done. The only thing that's good here was my pedicure. Take the reviews seriously and find another nail salon because this place isn't it. read more

My sister in law and I went to this spot because the place we had planned for was full and this place had good reviews. It's clean and efficient! I got a pedicure and a manicure and they got us in quickly! I asked for an Easter design with a little chick and Easter egg look and the nail tech I got named Sam, was smooth with her tools! She did an amazing job. My nails looked like I stepped out of Pinterest! I just moved here and am so impressed at the attention to detail. The nail colors are all organized perfectly by color too which makes finding the right color easy! I will be back for sure. Sam did a great job! read more

This was the most terrible nail experience I have ever had. As a customer I felt like I was bothersome because I asked for 3 different gel nail colors. I felt completely rushed - my nail edges were not smooth and the paint was so sloppy. I said something to the technician, and she buffed out the edges really quickly then said "Don't pay" and stormed off. Maybe she was having a really bad day, but I was so shocked by how she handled the situation. I will NOT be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I requested a pedicure, fillings on my nails and fix 2 broken nails. She proceeded to remove them all and stated I asked for gel manicure, which i did not. Liza's Nails - Gel color with chrome polish! Love!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Bogota, New Jersey

So, the one I went to is on Cedar Lane in Teaneck, NJ. I paid $70.00 plus tips. I got gel mani and pedi in chrome color. Ladies there were nice. The job done was terrible. I left with glitter all over my cuticles and skin. I have one nail a pink chrome other just plain white..I was told it would go away after a shower. Well, I like my nails to look nice when I leave.. not next day.. I went to a Resteraunt with my nails looking horrible..btw it took at least 3 days(i showered obvy). While cutting my cuticles I was bleeding 2x because she went to deep. I'm 4 days in and chrome look is fading, my nails are chipping and breaking. So, I have to spend more money to get gel removed and get new mani and pedi. Let me end this on a positive note because there is. The young ladies were very nice. But I can't spend that kind of money because you're nice... read more

I went to the one on Cedar Lane, Teaneck NJ She told me it would be 25$ for wash, haircut, and blow dry! Depending on the length of her hair, it would be an additional 5$ added, due to length. I agreed and booked my appointment only because of this pricing! I had been here once previously, and I remember that's how much I was charged before! So now second time around.. Day of service, it took two hours just to cut and blow dry hair! Hair wasn't that long at all She charged me 65$ I told her that's ridiculous and that's not how much you promised! SHE THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS ON ME! And then did call the cops All because I argued over the price ?? Customer is always right! Where is your manners ??? Where is your customer service?? Instead of dealing with an upset customer professionally, you call the cops??? Are you kidding me???? And this haircut was for a child!!! I was with a child !!! She called the police!!! I paid in full!! But she still called the police Disgusting!!! Disrespectful Horrible place!!! I live in Teaneck, AND I WILL MAKE SURE no one goes here Horrible place!!!!! No respect!!! No decency! No common courtesy! DO NOT GO HERE! save your money!! Go to the salons in Hackensack!!! read more

This was the worst experience in a nail salon I have ever had. Completely destroyed my natural nails. They use a nameless brand of ge color that has no pigment to it. Was really excited to try this place- called to see how long the wait was if I were to come 'right now' (instead of walking in and being disappointed or having to leave bc I'm in a rush) and she tried to insist on a later time - nicely.. which was great she was trying to accommodate. But, when I assured her I'd "love to try them in 2 weeks instead and I'll make the appointment, I live close and have been meaning to try you guys" she hung up on me. Alrightyyy... Car was in shop across the st. Came in to relax and get a pedicure and wait for my car. Big mistake. I'd come here once before and had a bad experience so I was only coming here because it was across the st. So she rushed through my pedicure poking and pinching me the whole way through while her younger daughter was running around the salon whining, and complaining about being there. I came here to relax and literally got more stressed by being there. She painted my toes, one coat, with nail polish that was definitely diluted down, so bad quality. What nail tech does one coat ever?! So it goes without saying the paint job was bad. I waited an hr for them to dry because my car was still being worked on. When I look at them, she didn't even paint the whole toenail! I basically paid for a crappy fast painful pedicure. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

Where do I start ? made appointment for 6:15 for Liza arrived at 6:10 was soaked for 30min due to the fact that she had someone . I'm the last customer so I felt rushed but didn't trip . Got home noticed my big toenail is slanted, the polish was on my skin , cheap and thin. Went back this afternoon was told the liza was at her other location to go to Teaneck . Arrived at Teaneck smiled and tried to explain my disappointment. Liza told me she booked , what you want me to do you picked that color. So let me see I picked your cheap polish and that my fault? My big toe is not shaped and I asked for that as well ? She told me I have other clients I can't make them wait make a appointment for another day this week . I won't be here going away she I refund you with so much attitude rolled her eyes ! I will never ever go back. I stoped before I felt they was too noisy and always talking about people! read more

Let me just say, my nails were a hot mess! I needed a reputable place and fast since I needed to get them done on my lunch break. I came in for a simple manicure and ultimately ended up selecting a simple color, sugar daddy. Unfortunately, the young lady who did my nails was extremely inexperienced, did a horrible job with my cuticles and clearly did not know how to paint nails. After 15 minutes of drying my nails, not only did they smudge, but because the coats were so thick, they did not dry well. I ended up taking off the nail polish altogether. I have been going to a new nail salon on Cedar Lane for about one month now. I loved the products, the customer service and the way the nail tech shaped my nails. The atmosphere was relaxed , positive and friendly. Today, I called for an appointment with my regular Person Gina. She was at the other location according to the person who called me back when no one answered my original call. I made an appointment to get my nails done at 4:30PM. I drove to the Bogota NJ location and parked my car. When I got there, Gina already had a customer and asked me to wait. Of course, I was in no rush. I waited about 20 minutes before she soaked & filed my nails. She was rushing, but agreed to do a pedicure for me as well. She realized that the polish we usually used was at the Teaneck location. I suggested that I go to the Teaneck location and let them finish my pedicure and polish my hands. I paid the special $25.00 and left. When I got to Teaneck from Bogota 5 minutes later, the daughter Samantha greeted me very coldly. She acted like I was interrupting her lunch or favorite show! I explained to her that Gina had filed my nails only after soaking them. She didn't cut my cuticles like she normally did. The daughter cut my cuticles and hurriedly painted my nails. When I asked her if she used quick dry, she looked at me and announced, "its $1.00 extra for QUICK DRY!" Right then, her mom came in and said something in Spanish to her. She left and her mom started my pedicure after making the now cold pedicure water warm again. Her mom Liza or Lisa (I asked her which one, but she just said call me whatever you like) gave me a pedicure while she lectured me that I had gotten two manicures in one day!!! How is that possible? I asked her is it my fault that Gina didn't finish? Not to get Gina in trouble, but I am paying for the service. Nia and Gina are usually here alone. It's a much more relaxed atmosphere. The owner Liza or Lisa is under at lot of stress with two locations, teens and a three year old adorable toddler named Cassandra! The daughter Samantha doesn't like doing nails or at least not that day. Her customer service skills need serious training. Gina is so busy she forgets her steps, but her personality and smile make you gently remind her and all is well. Not sure if I'm coming back next week. Love the products. Love Gina and Nia. Love Cassandra! Second generation workers - tsk, tsk, tsk! Update *** July 11, 2018 Someone named Liza just called me to thank me for the nice review I gave them. Then she said in a nasty voice - "Please Don't Come Back Here ANYMORE!" Who does that? Who calls a customer and doesn't apologize??? Sad, but now I know why she can't keep workers or customers! I wish them the best nonetheless! read more
