This place makes my experience amazing…read more The staff and Dr is so helpful and caring. I came here without an appt because I intended to get a replacement pair of frame. But since I haven't got my eyes exam for over 7 years.... they recommended to exam my eyes again. To my surprise.. the guy who is very kind, was able to squeeze me in their busy schedule. I'm very thankful.. he made my trip worth going since i lived 40 mins away. Met with Dr. Chau.. she was soft spoken and gentle. Tells me what I need to know than what I want to hear. Which I appreciate because I wouldn't know how my eyes are. My visit to this office is always pleasant.

The saleswoman quoted me $480!!! Said she wouldn't want to sell me the "cheaper versions" that her competitors do. I was SHOCKED! As it was my first stop, I had no other comparisons to make yet. Well, I have since gotten three additional price quotes from other optometrists on Bolsa Ave. with the range being $175-$220. This place is utterly laughable and insulting! I would give it ZERO stars if I could. I'm sure they make their profits from gullible customers. Not a good way to make money.

Dr. Kelly is truly exceptional. She took her time during my exam, walked me through everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. What really sets her apart, though, is that she goes above and beyond even outside of appointments -- when I had an urgent concern, she was quick to respond, gave me clear next steps, and let me know exactly what to watch out for. That kind of attentiveness is rare and means the world as a patient. If you're looking for an optometrist who actually cares about your eye health and treats you like a person (not just a patient number), look no further. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

She told me that the top part of her glasses were too blurry but the bottom part was clear. She called the optometrist, and the optometrist told her that she needed to wear her glasses higher and that it needed to be in the center. My daughter was confused because she never had this issue with her old glasses. After a while, the optometrist told her to come in, and she'll have a look at the lens. We came in, and the optometrist told her the exact same thing, said that there was nothing to be adjusted and that my daughter simply had to push her glasses up higher than she usually would with her old glasses. I asked the doctor to redo the lens, but she still refused and that there was nothing she could do about it. I paid nearly $400 for both pairs, and yet she wouldn't give us a refund for my daughter's glasses despite improperly making them. I don't recommend this place!
