Little Rituals is tucked away on the 4th floor of the Courtyard Marriott, next door to the Mortgage Matchup Center, and directly across from the Barrister's Building (which was used in the opening scene of Pyscho). Its food menu has an Asian flare to it (we HIGHLY recommend the meatballs and the hurricane fries) and the cocktail menu is unlike anything I have ever seen before, which is why they have won so many awards! We ordered a couple of different drinks but the winner, by far, was the "Backseat Driver". Make sure to book a reservation or get there early as it fills up quick!

After a day of proving I'm a functional member of society to a judge who looked like he'd rather be anywhere else, I headed to Little Rituals to prove I am, in fact, a hot mess. If the DA wants to prove I'm unstable, they should just show the security footage of me trying to look "composed" while accidentally inhaling the tajín rim on my drink and coughing like a Victorian orphan. The Final Sentence: I've been judged by the state all afternoon, so it was actually refreshing to be judged by a bartender who clearly knows I'm using "celebratory drinks" as a cover for "I forgot what sunlight looks like."

Came for "just one drink," stayed way longer than planned -- that should tell you everything. This place is one of those rare Phoenix staples that actually lives up to the hype. Tucked inside a downtown hotel, it somehow manages to feel both exclusive and electric at the same time. Even on a random weeknight, don't be surprised if there's a wait -- and honestly, it's worth it. The cocktails are the headline act. Not just good -- memorable. Every drink feels intentional, from the flavor balance to the presentation (which borders on theatrical in the best way). You'll see smoke, glassware you've never held before, and details that make you pause before the first sip. The vibe is dialed in. Dim, stylish, just loud enough, with a crowd that's clearly here for the experience. It's the kind of place where everything -- lighting, music, decor -- feels curated without trying too hard. Yes, it's buzzy. Yes, it's a scene. But it earns it.

    Lovely menu!

My friend and I have never been to little rituals before but decided to come for a couple drinks before meeting our friend group for a birthday celebration. The reservation portion was easy and we arrived about 5 minutes late due to our uber taking the wrong turn. When we walked through the hotel lobby we were greeted by the front staff which was great and then took the elevator to the 5th floor. I requested seats at reservation to be by the window as it said it has a good view of phoenix. Since it was just the 4th floor, the view was ok but not spectacular as if you were on a rooftop bar. However, the space we got was private and comfortable which was great. Next time we will sit by the bar cause the vibes were more fun there it looked like. Our server was really nice and knew the menu very well. If you are a vodka drinker, there are not a lot of vodka drinks on the menu but you are allowed to request different drinks not on the menu like a porn star martini or a vodka soda. The only reason I gave this a 4 star instead of 5 is because there was a drink I wanted to get and it had gin and vodka. I asked if they could just not add the gin but she refused. This made me feel like these drinks are pre-made and not fresh because not adding gin should be easy. I understand that the drink recipe calls for it and could make the drink taste different but that should still be the client's choice. However, all in all a good experience. We also tried their Jell-O shots which were huge hahahaha

Want a fun night out? Need a refresh on drinks and food? Well this place will hit all of those notes! Frank and his team did an amazing job! We were very lucky as we got the last night of their holiday menu. From apple pie and carrot cake inspired drinks to Asian infused foods! The whole bar was decorated for the holidays and had so many movie references. Then the holiday drinks were on point! Apple pie, carrot cake, and pumpkin flavors what more could you ask for! Each drink was the perfect balance of flavor and alcohol. We happened to have Frank, the head bartender, serve us and his professionalism and chill entry was a pleasure! He was so nice and friendly and loved discussing his drinks and ideas. I loved the Asian inspired/infused foods. The Mac and cheese with miso was my favorite thing on the menu! The next best item was the pho French dip. The dipping sauce was some of the best pho I have had! This place is a great stop to celebrate or have a night out! Can't wait to come back.

Friends and I came here for a meeting on a Wednesday night mid December to enjoy the holiday ambiance. It was a little confusing to find the menu was as they weee under the table. The drinks were fun and hard to decide. I choose one that was similar to an old fashion. For my meal I got the mac and cheese with chicken, it was delicious. There is no on site parking and you park on the street or in a lot. Our server was nice and due to the holiday season we were only allowed 2 hours for our reservation.

we ordered large portion of mac btw

Second time we've been here, visits a year apart, service is good, it's one of those dark ass bars where the lights are dim af so get ready to squint, drinks always good with unique flavors that work well together, no flops, the milk punch is a MUST TRY, i PROMISE it's so good, and it comes in a little tea cup :,) overall very average food tho sonoran dog trio was good, but it's just three mini hot dogs, nothing special, you get what you're expecting. umami caesar salad with miso dressing had an overwhelming lemon flavor?? when lemon is not listed in the ingredients at all so idk where that was coming from, but honestly not a huge deal, a salad with lemon isn't an insane thing to make except for the fact it's so lemon-y there's no hint of savory or "umami" from the miso, it just ended up tasting like a lemon kale salad. miso mac with grilled chicken, we ordered the large portion, and isn't a very large portion at all. i'm pretty sure this is like a mini skillet like the ones you see at cracker barrel lol (pic below) portion size super small, the mac itself wasn't bad, i thought it was kinda flavorless, i think they use a lot more milder cheeses so it wasn't very cheesy? my date said it was good tho is idk just me i guess got the pho french dip last time and the sandwich itself was nothing special, but the broth was incredible, i wanted to drink the broth more than eat the sandwich, take that as you will

Had a great evening at Little Rituals. We have been here before, but never at Christmas. This bar is located on the 4th floor of the Marriott in downtown Phoenix. It is one awards and been named one of the best bars in the country. They have decorated in the theme of Christmas movies. There are life-size cutouts of Clark Griswold and cousin Eddie, there are mogwai and Gremlins, characters from The nightmare Before Christmas, and more cutouts of Kevin and the wet bandits from home alone. The ceiling is wrapped like giant presents and there are lights and Christmas trees everywhere. It's very festive and very well themed. The menus are very cool - - they are album covers. Pull out the insert for the food menu. Our server was really great and even offered a couple of suggestions. The food menu had an Asian influence and of course the cocktails were Christmas movie themed. We ordered: *Mogwai Tai ("Gremlins" drink) *Living After Midnight ("Gremlins" drink) *Green chili chicken tacos *Smashburger *Hand cut fries Everything was very good. In fact, my husband could not stop raving about the burger. He said the ingredients were perfect balance and didn't overpower the meat, and that the meat was really well seasoned. He said this is one of the best burgers he's ever had! Remember I love a Christmas theme and Little Rituals has done it up right. If you have a chance to go, do! Make sure to make a reservation or you could be waiting a while.

We celebrated my husband's birthday in August at Little Rituals, and it was a fantastic experience! I made a dinner reservation for four, and although we arrived on time, we had to wait a few minutes for the hostess to greet us. As soon as she arrived at her stand, she promptly seated us. The space features a nice view of the city and a speakeasy vibe. Our server was wonderful throughout our visit. She was attentive and provided great recommendations. I had the following: Mama Fratelli $17 Hurricane fries $14 Umami Caesar salad $15 + shrimp $7 Vengeance & Fashion $17 The drinks were excellent, well balanced, and not to mention, beautiful! The food was delicious. I really enjoyed the hurricane fries and salad. The rest of my party also enjoyed their items. We would definitely return!

Can I give this place 10 stars absolutely fantastic! Was visiting AZ with my daughter. She told me about a place which prompted me to say 100% yes. We of course ordered fries cause that's how I roll. Love fries if you couldn't tell on previous reviews. I'm really funny about egg whites in a drink. Just weird to me and I have tried some in NM and I was not a fan. Well that's until I came here. I had a whiskey sour with egg whites, wow! Then another with amaretto and egg whites all mixed in and shaken. Well the bartender made a believer out of me. Those drinks were outstanding! The place was awesome. Could be romantic or casual. Darker ambience with wonderful lighting. Bar had a pluthera of options. Not sure a drink anywhere else will compare but I know when I return, I'm definitely stopping here again to sit at the bar and have fantastic drinks with egg whites.

Another great visit at Little Rituals!

Came into Little Rituals not knowing what I wanted at all, and honestly, best decision ever. We sat at the bar and had Raquel, and she completely made our night. I told her I couldn't pick a drink, so I let her take the lead... and every single thing she chose was amazing. Not one miss. She really knows her stuff and somehow nailed our preferences without us giving her much to go off of. Beyond that, she was just so attentive, fun, and easy to talk to. You can tell she genuinely cares about the experience she's giving people, not just making drinks. If you go, sit at the bar and ask for Raquel. She turned what could've been a normal night out into something way more memorable.

Sydney and Frank are incredibly fun to chat and hang out with. My wife and I were able to make it out on a week day and we had a ton of fun hanging at the bar. The food and cocktails here are incredible, the menu itself is beautifully illustrated and designed, and the ambiance is cozy and relaxing.

We had a party of 10 and it was so fun. We all had drinks a some people ordered food. Due to party size there was auto gratuity and only 4 cards max. The bar is in the basement of the hotel. Originally there was going to be 9 people but I asked day of event if I could bring another person and they said yes. The drinks were so good. Th divine feminine tasted like Jamaica drink with the hibiscus. Then I had the happy birthday Mr. President. Oh. My. God. It didn't even taste like alcohol it tasted like vanilla ice cream I'm so serious. It was delicious. Then I had the siren drink. That one wasn't bad at all. We all had a great time and shared laughs and everything. I love the setting of it though. It's a bit dark so we had to use phone lights to see the menu. But it feels like stepping into a whole new world once you enter. I think it's perfect for hanging out. Date night. Anniversary dinner. All of it. Our server was nice. Very friendly. I think he could use a little more on his hospitality just because sometimes I feel like he didn't know what to say exactly. A little disappointed that there wasn't really anything special for a birthday though. Not even a little card on the table that said happy birthday. Just a thought. Other fine dining establishments I've been in did.

He then confirmed we were still within the happy hour window and offered to bring us a menu. They used to have an extensive happy hour menu featuring several drinks and food items and now their "happy hour menu" consists of a cheeseburger for $22. Not sure that that really constitutes as a happy hour menu... I asked him why they changed the menu and he put up his hands as if to say he's not to blame and said he doesn't have anything to do with those decisions. He said that "management decided to make a few substitutions but they're pretty good" and didn't provide any further elaboration. I ordered the appetizer lamb lollipops which had four small pieces for $25. My friend decided to try the "happy hour" cheeseburger and he said it was good but it did appear a bit overpriced for an average burger with a pretty hefty serving of french fries. I really wasn't impressed by the quality of the food, the portion size, the price, or the service. I had to ask for water twice, never got a refill, and overall felt largely ignored--minimal eye contact, no real warmth, just an impersonal feel that didn't match the space. It felt like a place that may be a bit of a victim of its own success--popularity has grown, but delivery hasn't fully kept pace. Part of the appeal here is the permanent taco truck outside, which I know from past visits is excellent, and I love the truck's outspoken, unapologetic support for immigrants. That said, the cocktail itself was excellent. I was specifically looking for a coffee-based drink before heading to another event, and the Cambures al Estilo Foster delivered on flavor. It was tiny, though--served in a small stemmed glass, gone in a few sips. It did the job, but some may find the portion underwhelming for the price. No major complaints, but nothing pulling me back either. I'm adding a fourth star on a bit of a hunch--I'd like to think they can dial it back in if I return.

Another 5 star visit to Pigtails!…read more My husband and I came with my parents to celebrate their birthday Friday night and were wise to make this our first stop on our speakeasy tour of Phoenix! Jack was quick to greet and seat us while Eulalio expertly crafted some delicious mystery shots we requested that even came with a flaming garnish to be treated like birthday candles! We LOVED it!! We arrived during happy hour so we also ordered some oysters and shrimp to graze on, FANTASTIC! The oysters were good but the star of the show? The 6 HUGE shrimps and fresh cocktail sauce.. what a way to start the night! Absolutely fantastic, no notes and totally a must try when you're in the heart of this beautiful city!

I asked the bartender for her favorite drink and she said the "Black Magic Woman" which was a blackberry infused bourbon cocktail. It was great, and for my second drink I asked her the most unique drink on the menu and she said "Down The Rabbit Hole" which was tequila based and had carrot among other things and cream cheese foam. Who knew that was a thing? Also delicious. My friend and I were going to have one more cocktail but we decided to check out another bar simply for variety. But definitely a rad spot and I'd happily come back.

I wish they give the options of mushrooms like Enochi and King Oysters along with extra condiments for the Suki Sauce like Garlic, Chilli and Lime juice. The service was really good and attentive. This place really took me back to the Moo Kra Ta buffets in Bangkok and made me nostalgic. I hope they do have more options in terms of seafood and veggies! I hope the restaurant specifies clearly that the services are on reservation basis only because it isn't clarified anywhere yet. This would help a lot of people. Also, I hope the restaurant informs, directs and put in place about the parking spaces available around. Can't wait to get back already!

Located in Downtown Phoenix, the parking situation is a little hairy. There is paid parking nearby,…read morebut it definitely is better to come a little earlier to scope out the parking situation and get that sorted before your reservation. My party and I had a reservation on a Saturday night at 9pm (when it's 13 people, what can you do). What kind of sucked though (and mainly why I'm deducting a star) is that we did wait an additional half hour to be seated after our reservation time. Our theory is that they didn't think the entire party would actually arrive, and they were not ready to accommodate us. To be fair, the restaurant IS on the smaller side, but there was 0 communication during that half hour on what was going on... which isn't really good for us either. We got the original set, and this somewhat confused me as well. The food was really good, and was definitely a restaurant that I'd go to for the experience, but for some reason some of the meats were doubled while others weren't. The double portions were really nice since our party was so large, we needed to split the food between 4 different grills (so each table got 2 grills each, feeding 6-7 people in total or 3-4 people per grill), but then we had to share the portions where we only got one serving. It wasn't bad, but to me, didn't make sense. The food was really good though; I didn't care too much about the soup, but the green sauce was SO good. Mixing a little with the soup was incredible. I thought the beef and pork were really good. I personally left the restaurant full, but many others in my party did not. I think it's a really good amount of food for 2 people, but when you push to 3+, you probably do not want to come hungry. Also--the live music at Pemberton next door is SO LOUD, you're going to be shouting at your table the entire night when you sit outside. I think I would come back if I wanted to show this place to someone who didn't live here, but it isn't on the top of my list for when I'm trying to eat out, but I will definitely consider this for special date night occasions. It is extremely expensive for what it is though. For $70+ you risk the chance of leaving not full which SUCKS.

Surprise Father's Day gift to go on a "flight" from NY to Tokyo. This was such a cool experience…read more I'm an airplane junkie so going back in time in a vintage plane was awesome. The vibe is intimate and the staff was amazing. The food was good; my wagyu was cooked nicely but my wife's was a bit overdone. The peanuts pack some heat so they were a bit too spicy. This is a cool date night experience and you get wings, like the old days.

WOW. An elevated, 90-minute-long immersive cocktail experience worth every penny…read more In short, you either sign up on Sunday for a link to RSVP on Monday OR RSVP anytime before your event during the week, pending availability at that time. "First Class Seating" is $25 person for admission, a Welcome Cocktail, House-Made Wasabi Peanuts, and a sweet treat. "Captain's Club" is $100/person for admission, a Welcome cocktail, 2 craft cocktails of your choice and 4-course light bite menu featuring King Crab Dumplings, Mini Salmon Lox Bagel, Japanese A5 Wagyu Skewers, New York Style Cheesecake" Additional food/drinks are also available for purchase separately. There are table options to seat up to 2 or 4 people for $50 and $100, respectively. As I was in a party of 2, I cannot speak to if you must purchase a full table as a party of 1 or pay your individual fare but potentially be seated with another party of 1... My partner and I RSVP'd for a Thursday 7:30pm flight from NYC to Tokyo. Per our email, we were instructed to arrive about 15 minutes early to pick up our flight tickets from the downtown restaurant Wren & Wolf. Spoiler alert: Carry On is a speakeasy attached to the back of the restaurant. After picking up your ticket, you walk around the corner to the large orange "plane" door, which opened punctually at 7:30pm to start our experience. We gave our flight attendants (the staff was indeed wearing flight attendant uniforms) our tickets at the front desk, and were given free Carry On pins before being escorted to our table. Despite being a Thursday evening There were overhead announcements and even windows playing animations emulating a real flight experience from take-off to landing! The interior is gorgeous, from the furnishings to the lighting. Craftily, there are many mirrors inside to create the illusion of a larger space. The menu emulated an in-flight menu, with food and drinks based on the trip's theme! We ordered an additional drink each and an onion dip that were all creatively crafted and delicious! All in all, Carry On is the perfect date night or girl's night experience. While it might not be in most people's price range for a casual night out, it is definitely worth trying for a special occasion if possible. I would love to go back and am looking forward to the next destination's theme!
