Spurred by our need for gluten free pizza and something that was near our AirBNB, we discovered Little Pizza Paradise on a Yelp search, and it was a winner! We had seven hungry mouths to feed, so we ended up with 4 different pies so everyone could have what they wanted. I can only speak for the one that my wife and I shared, which was the 14" pepperoni - it had a delicious (not gluten free) crust, generous sauce, cheese, and crispy pepperoni slices, and was simply delicious. The pepperoni was the "cupped" style, really good at getting crispy and adding that little bit of extra crunch. My daughter did report that the gluten free had a good crust, tasted great, and gave her no tummy upset later, a sign that it was indeed not only gluten free, but prepared carefully to avoid cross contamination. Eating it cold was, like most gluten free crusts, not as great, but still edible and worked the next day. So good. I ordered myself a gluten free pizza. I am always so happy when a place has gf at all, but I'm here to tell you what to expect and it's kinda like eating pizza on a tortilla. I've only used this restaurant twice one time it was delivered to my home and it was excellent. Next time I ordered to go. I should've opened the box and checked it but the pepperoni pizza was just saturated in grease. Great pizza and we are so happy to have found a local pizza place we can both agree on. Wanting to sample some items we ordered a medium The Usual and small bbq chicken pizza. The flavors on both pizzas were great. The crust is a goldilocks crust for us. Not to thin or too thick, it's just right. The only issue we noticed was the topping load was so heavy on the bbq chicken pizza that the top of the crust and the center were not fully cooked. Quite possibly the best pie in Bend, currently. The location is in the Cascade Village Mall. Excellent parking usually but one does not go there to experience the parking. The pizza offerings are plentiful and varied with many build your own options. There is a 12" gluten free crust available that can be substituted. This particular crust is amazing and is a true gift to those who require non gluten cooking. I recommend it to everyone. The regular crust is also amazing; all are thin and marvelously crisp.
