Delicious pizza but the crust was just a little plain and dry. Great options for toppings tho!

Good pizza and decent value. The taste and price was reasonable. It is a small store in a busy area. Staff was polite and respectful.

Great pizza! Quick service. Fairly typical pizza-by-the-slice kind of a place. Highchairs available for the little ones.

I love pizza. Pizza is also really easy to mess up. Pizza Mondo was the best pizza I've had in months, if not years. We made a plan to try the most popular pizza place in Bend on our last trip and it ended up being saved for the last evening, kind of a final celebration. It's a tiny little spot right in Downtown Bend. And it was busy! Every little table was filled, as well as outdoor seating, plus constant to go orders. We ordered a bunch of things to share; a large cheese pizza, garlic bread knots, and specialty pizzas. The sauce flavor was balanced with just the right amount of cheese; crust soft and delicious. The staff was super welcoming and efficient; it was amazing how many people were fluttering around in such a small space. You could tell this was a town favorite. Prices were super reasonable, whether ordering by the slice or whole pies. If you're a fan of East Coast style pizza, this is a great one to enjoy. Especially with all the amazing local beer!

I'm not a pizza person but I walked by the place last night and could not resist how delicious everything looked and smelled so I came back today to try for myself and I was not disappointed! The crust is Fluffy and perfect with just the perfect amount of crispy, the marinara is tasty, and the garlic knots to die for! I highly recommend this place! Their lunch discussion are especially good! Great upbeat music too!

As we walked through Bend, we assumed we'd eat at some exotic restaurant until we encountered the tempting aromas of Pizza Mondo. I'm so glad that we succumbed! The pizza was terrific, but the crust was especially amazing. It was very tasty, with a really nice crispy texture. The service was great, and we really enjoyed ourselves. I look forward to returning!

Well, except the wings which were a little dried out, but still edible. The fries were hot and fresh, the Nashville chicken sandwich had a great spice and was freshly made, the size caesar salad was small, but fresh and flavorful, and the Margherita pizza was one you'd expect in a brewery, but won't make you think you're in Italy. We didn't partake in beer since we were off to work in the afternoon, but looking at the menu, I didn't see anything that was for me. I'm a wheat beer fan and didn't see anything that would entice me to return for a beer later.

We looked over the menu before ordering, the girl at the counter gave us some time to brows and helped the other guest a regular as they were on a first name basis. We ordered small salads from the salad bar, cheese bread a pizza and some sodas. Thr salad bar had alot of options for topping your salad. I was a huge fan of what looked like house made croutons. They also had cottage cheese & fruit, potato salad that was good. They had everything from carrots to beets, peas and pickles. There were many options at their salad bar. The salad bar came with a breadstick as well. They made the pizza and it took about 20 minutes. They had a different type of pizza oven that what I am used to seeing back home. They do charge 50 cents per ranch for your pizza, no card cash only for that. We got called over the speaker when our appetizers was ready. We also got called to the counter to pick up our pizza. The regulars who arrived after us, got their food brought to the table. Not sure if you have to request that option. Also not there is a $1.50 boxing fee if you want a box for your left overs. Cake flats and foil are avaliable free at rhe counter. The pizza had the crisp at the base of the crust and a fluffier dough above. They were generous with the toppings and the slices were large. We had plenty of left overs. It wasnt the best pizza I have had but it was really good. The crust was perfect for what I was looking for, but next time i would get plain cheese or pepperoni over the combo.

Fortunately I've learned that sometimes friends are wrong and Yelp is right. First challenge is parking. It's on a busy street and there's basically none. But if you can survive the rugged wilderness trek of... about one block... you'll be just fine. Once inside the place is clean, roomy, and has that perfect cozy old school pizza joint vibe. The kind of place where the smell alone makes you instantly hungry. The lady behind the counter was tossing pizza dough like she's been doing it since the Reagan administration. Always a good sign. The beer was cold, the salad bar is gloriously old school (which I love), and the service was excellent from the moment we walked in. Now let's talk pizza. This is not one of those sad flat crunchy pizzas with three lonely toppings scattered around like they're rationing pepperoni during wartime. This pizza is crunchy, cheesy, and loaded the way pizza should be. If you believe toppings belong on pizza instead of being used sparingly like museum artifacts, this place gets it right. The guy behind the bar called me by name all night which caught me off guard. I finally asked if he owned the place and he said no. If that's just an employee treating the place like it's his own, that says a lot about the culture there. Great service, great pizza, cold beer, and a place that actually feels like a pizza joint. We'll definitely be back. My friends who told me it wasn't good are no longer allowed to recommend restaurants.

Review: P!ZZA - Bend, Oregon (Order and Delivery via DoorDash)…read more Delivery arrived roughly 20 minutes after order confirmation, which is a clear win. The total came to $26.95 all in (pizza, driver tip, etc) for a 12-inch pizza. This feels like shrinkflation territory, though it was manageable given that I was dining solo and did not have to wrestle over slices. The pizza arrived cool, bordering on cold, which was disappointing. That said, it was packed with care and clearly made with attention to detail. Another interesting point is that the pizza was not sliced. Luckily, my kitchen is armed with a pizza slicer. The pizza itself was well executed. Thin crust, quality ingredients, and good flavor throughout. The pepperoni was nicely rendered and the overall balance worked. While the pizza was tasty and thoughtfully made, the price point for delivery makes it hard to call this a go to option. I will continue the search for a great delivery pizza that delivers a tasty pizza without breaking the bank.

We had seven hungry mouths to feed, so we ended up with 4 different pies so everyone could have what they wanted. I can only speak for the one that my wife and I shared, which was the 14" pepperoni - it had a delicious (not gluten free) crust, generous sauce, cheese, and crispy pepperoni slices, and was simply delicious. The pepperoni was the "cupped" style, really good at getting crispy and adding that little bit of extra crunch. My daughter did report that the gluten free had a good crust, tasted great, and gave her no tummy upset later, a sign that it was indeed not only gluten free, but prepared carefully to avoid cross contamination. Eating it cold was, like most gluten free crusts, not as great, but still edible and worked the next day.
