Need to be ashamed the their prices. Burgers are good but fries are thick and nasty and they give you a canned drink plus charges for cheese. So for 3 burger meals for $42 that's outrageous for a hole in the wall with a basic cook and terribLe French fires. Never again Little J's Would not recommend! read more

Horrible, just the presentation made us not eat there, the store didn't smell good or pleasant enough to even step in, as soon as I seen the stuff mess with his nose while in the kitchen I left with partner and I, I can't even go back and I have not tried the food, the reason I even went becouse the menu sounded so good but unfortunately the presentation of the store the stuff in the kitchen I caught so many hazards and food safety issues just from the door I couldn't order and will not be going back at all very nasty. read more

New favorite burger spot, hands down. Called my order in and it was hot and ready when i got there, the lady behind the counter was so sweet and helpful and gave me a ton of ranches on the side (they have bomb ass ranch too, it has to be homemade i'm obsessed). The prices are definitely worth it for the portions you get, (the large fry is genuinely a bag full of fries) the burger was perfect, definitely a quick go to lunch/dinner spot when i'm around! read more

This is one of those places you always saw while riding the bus to school but never actually went there to eat. However,years later in adulthood you finally decide to give this place a try...and then you wonder why you never did all those years. This place is AMAZING! So, I'd been here once before, but now it's on the way home from my vet, and it's become a weekly staple. The staff here are great! Super friendly! And the food!! Oh goodness! I get the burger here every week. It is delightful! I just really appreciate this little shop, the burgers and steak sandwiches are fantastic, they have a ton of special sauces they also offer for your fries, and some other sandwiches I haven't even tried yet. Maybe some day, but I'm super keen on getting a simple burger and fries there every time! See you there on Saturday! read more

I hadn't been to Little J's in quite some time but had business at DMV so stopped in. I ordered the tri-tip sandwich and pretty sure I got yesterday's meat. Over cooked, dry and salty. Also got some sad lettuce and both end pieces of tomato. Probably try the burger if I go back. read more

I just have to say that Armando is a great cook! I've had the Cajun a few times, each time a different cook. Today, Armando made my sandwich and it was mouth watering.! It was cooked just right and prepped just as I requested! It reminded me of the first time I had a Cajun there 9 years ago! Just perfect! Great place for a quick meal with excellent service. I had the Low Cal Salid with Tri-tip. Tri-tip was tender and moist, as it should be. ( I wish I could get anything close to this) Not a lot of extra seasoning to spoil the natural flavor of it. My friend had the Fish & Chips. He enjoyed them and couldn't finish it. He asked for hot sauce, they didn't have any. They went to the corner mart and bought a small bottle of Tobasco Sauce just so that he had some. I was suggested to check out Little J's from a friend while we were at LMC nearby. We went in unsure of what to expect, but with high hopes because of the great reviews on yelp. Environment: Gives that old school burger joint vibe which I enjoyed. It looks classic while looking clean and organized. I would give 5/5 but they don't have a bathroom, though they can't do much about that. 4/5 Food: Food was great. It came out promptly and was hot and fresh tasting. I ordered the Tri Tip Sandwich basket with bbq and horseradish sauce on it. The sandwich was real good, but I think the bread really took it to the next level. The fries were the only downside here, although they were piping hot and fresh, they were somewhat bland and could have used additional seasoning. 4/5 Service: Nothing to say here, our cashier was prompt and friendly. 5/5 I would definitely check out Little J's if you're in the area and craving a burger or sandwich. Good flavor on the Cajun Chicken Sandwich, would not call it spicy one bit though. A bit tough, but it could've been the bread/roll that was chewy and not the chicken. Would love to try the flavor on a deep fried chicken type sandwich, but a little bit more kick or different levels of spiciness to it and then it would be my go to place even if I do live 45mins away. read more

Will definitely need give them another try. Customer service was definitely top off the line. I also love that the joint has so much Pittsburg pride. That alone is what drove me there. The tri tip sandwich I really wish had a little more flavor but I will patronize a spot that's rooted in community with great customer service any day over a corporate fast food joint. But nevertheless, I will be back and I will give the tri tip sandwich another try, as well as eat other stuff on the menu. But great people working there and a great local joint. read more

Honestly, the food isn't bad at all, a little high price for what you get. Here's why I gave them 1 star. This weekend their driver (guy in the van) was not wearing a mask. I understand that some people don't believe in wearing a mask, which I respect, I don't agree with it, but to each his own. But, if you're dealing with food and delivery, you should be following the county guidelines. Agree or not with the guidelines, it's to keep people from spreading this virus that's killed hundreds of thousands of people in the US. For their driver to choose not to wear a mask is reckless, irresponsible and selfish. As good as this place is, it's not worth the possibility of getting infected by a driver/employee who handles and delivers food and blatantly disregards the health of their customers. Unfortunately we will not be returning, not worth possibly infecting our family. read more

Awesome flavor and a great stop in place. Seems they found some great flavor profiles and stuck with them. Good menu that isn't too huge helps you get your order in quick. I tried the tri tip basket with horseradish and onions. For me a good sandwich starts with the bread, this place has a nice roll; soft inside little chew to the nicely browned crust and it doesn't fall apart from the sauce. The steak was good, tender and thinly sliced complimented nicely by the horseradish sauce. Fries were standard, fresh from the fryer hot. Ketchup and mustard already on the table. They have other sauces you can purchase, but I was happy with what I got. The first encounter was good, service was friendly and this is a place I will go back to again. What I ordered did not dissapoint and the other menu items are things I would like to try in the future. On the wall they had some pictures of some of the food and it looks good. Interior was clean and the kitchen was busy, which means your food probably hasn't been taking up storage space in the freezer for long.
