There are reasons why I do not go into empty restaurants. My first time and this place and I'm 99% sure it will be my last. Walking in is was extremely empty (staff on their cellphones and not one said hello). The place looked clean until I more into the restaurant (tables should have been cleaned). I went into the bathroom to wash my hands before ordering and the restroom was a hot mess (dirty, tissue & paper towel everywhere, a pad on the floor, water on the floor, etc). It looks like the restroom hadn't been touched in over a week. The waiter took our appetizer order and said he will come back for our food order. 20 + minutes went by without him coming to check on us. Mind you, the place is still empty and he is on his cellphone chillin. We finally ordered & the food was a 2.5/5 (we had to add seasoning and sauce to it. Overall, it was a No Go for me and I would not recommend.

We went here to watch the live band playing. We found out that the foods were great and the band playing was so good. The manager-owner and the staff gave excellent service. We are definitely going back!

Imperial Shrimp Egg Rolls - gross vein/shit.

I was so excited to try this place based on the high ratings on Yelp. Very disappointed. The garlic noodles were okay so I'll give them that. The chicken pho - meh. I ordered Imperial Rolls and expected Imperial Rolls but apparently they called this Imperial Shrimp Rolls, which was just a piece of un-cleaned shrimp wrapped in an egg roll wrapper, then fried. It was full of vein/shit and I could not eat it. Garbage. WTF - is it so hard to devein the shrimp? Plus this ain't no imperial roll! I guess if you want yo try this place and want imperial rolls, you should order the Crispy Eggroll. They also use styrofoam and no lining so the rolls burned completely through and that's gross and cancer causing. I thought they banned styrofoam a long time ago? Maybe not. I still see it time to time.

"Imperial rolls" with a thick line of shrimp poop

We just dropped by Viet Palace and I thought it was an ok experience! I think the worst was how thick and gross the vein was on their "imperial rolls". See picture We ordered four items: 1) banh xeo - viet crepe. Surprisingly the best thing we ordered. Really liked it but wish that their dipping sauce was better and that they gave us a bit more veggie. 2) brisket pho - noodles were over cooked and the meat wasn't tender. Broth was ok. I had to ask their wait staff for hoisin and the herbs that come with pho a few times. They didn't just bring it out with my pho 3) beef banh mi - beef had good flavor but they didn't cut the meat with the grain, so it was tough to chew. Very salty. Needed more herbs and veggie. 4) imperial rolls were a total let down. We expected pork but they were shrimp, just shrimp with no seasoning it seems. The grossest thing was how thick the poop vein in every single roll. They looked homemade and they should have de veined it Service was pretty mid. They had karaoke for the staff / owner and their friends the night I went. Some were good and some weren't haha and the music was crazy loud

First of all silverware dirty table was dirty water cups dirty and when I say dirty I mean water spots or dust and specks we asked for plastic utensils condiments for pho were old and looked and smelled bad food was so bad broth smelled weird meat looked over cooked and old beef balls looked weird they had no eggrolls on menu there large is a medium and regular size was small and a lot of stuff was marked off food took 35 mins we ended up walking out hungry after paying very disappointing and would not recommend or go back please stay away cuz fr!

I have never been in the restaurant to dine but I have ordered and had food delivered from this restaurant several times. So my review is based solely on the actual food and not the ambience or cleanliness of the restaurant. The garlic noodles with shaking beef is my go to order at this restaurant, it is really good. My only complaint for this order is the dish could have been seasoned a little better I don't really taste the garlic, that's my only issue. I had to "doctor" it up a little with some seasonings at home but overall I enjoyed my meal. I love the potatoes and the green and red peppers, tasty. My over all rating is a 3.5 but Yelp doesn't give an opinion for half points. I would recommend this dish for sure.

** Please READ YELP Comment photo below to understand my follow-up review.** After 5 months of dining here, I received a rude message from the waitress named CAMMY T, from this restaurant. I praised the restaurant for the food and gave a honest review of the service. As you can see, CAMMY is a lazy person who was busy on her phone rather than working her lunch shift. I NEVER asked her to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter. I just wanted SERVICE... bring out plates, forks and drinks. I had to ask for everything to be brought to our table... the basics and she had attitude. My family is Vietnamese and we support family-owned business. We have dined here many times and always enjoyed the food and service. My daughter recommended to celebrate her birthday at this restaurant. I HOPE THE OWNERS READ THIS REVEIW AND REPRIMAND CAMMY T and beware of their servers being on the phones. By the way, I always give over 20% - 30% tip for excellent service. I am a former server and understand the restaurant / hospitality industry. When people celebrate birthdays or anniversaries, this is the best time to earn EXTRA GRATUITY.

    Fried Catfish Sandwich

The decoration is much better than in any other normal Vietnamese restaurant, but other than that, everything else we tried was meh. First off, I ordered two catfish banh mi. One is regular with everything and one is without pickles, reddish, carrots or cilantro. However, what we got were both with pickles and no reddish or carrots or cilantro. Yet there are no markings of the difference between the two (maybe because they didn't make it differently according to the order). Then, my friend's order came without pickles, which was not what she had ordered. Lastly, inside the sandwich were lettuce, mayo, and tomato, which were not exactly what a banh mi has. The spring roll is tasteless. The passion fruit drink with less sugar is still too sweet. On the other hand, the rice plates look decent, but we did not venture to try more. Service was good though. Even for a take-out order, I asked if I could get some water, and the waiter filled up my 32oz water bottle.

12.50 for one catfish . Not worth it

The beer was ok and got there halfway through our meal, which was disappointing. The seasoning for the fries was super bland to me. The pretzel was pretty good too. Service: 3/5. The person when we entered was super friendly. The rest of the service was just super slow and seemed disorganized. You order through QR code at your table. Our drinks got delivered about halfway through our meal, which was disappointing since we were mostly there for the beer. Atmosphere: 3.5/5. The actual brewery can be a fun spot, however I felt seating was uncomfortable and tables were small for our beverages and food. We liked the play area for the kids since we had our kids with us, but wish there were more toys that were updated and not broken. Parking is a bit of a hassle. The place was packed at 4pm on a weekday. Kid friendly: 4/5. It is a brewery... so I wasn't expecting it to be so kid friendly, but it really caters to parents wanting to go out with their kids. The kids area is perfect to keep kids somewhat contained and away from adults that do not want kids to interrupt them. Most of the toys are really rugged and somewhat broken, but appreciate that it is there. This was our first time, so now that we know what to expect I would love to give this place another shot!

They had just enough Christmas decor to be classy and but not overwhelming. We arrived around 6pm and were promptly seated in the area we reserved which was the patio by the fire pit. We ordered our first round of drinks while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. We also ordered the pepperoni and veggie pizzas, and both were amazing!!! The feta cheese on top was a pleasant suprise. The rest of our party showed up and we ordered another round of drinks. It was somewhat busy for a small establishment, but not overwhelming. Our waiter was very friendly, talkative, and provided top notch service. If I had to make one recommendation it would be to bring on additional staff or an additional bar tender as we waited almost 20 minutes for our first two rounds of drinks. Once things slowed down, the third round came out quicker. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend visiting. I will be back when I'm in town again.

We loved that they have a inside and outside space w/fire pits and some heaters mounted. The couches inside and out definitely give it a rather cozy feeling. They even have cute blankets that you can use. They had a live dj who was amazing with his spinning of the right tunes. I enjoyed the music alot. He played a variety. The waitress seemed pleasant when she greeted us. We ordered the charcuterie board and the pepperoni pizza. I requested the ricotta to be placed on the side and the request was met. I asked the waitress alot of questions and she was able to answer them. I did not enjoy the board because I do not like pepper jam (I did ask for another jam, but she said this is all they had. This is unfortunate because what if someone does not like peppers? One of the meats provided I did not enjoy (I enjoyed the salami) and I did not like one of the cheese as well.. it was a little spicy. Also, the utensil that they gave us to use to spread with was not very great for spreading. The pizza was tasty..no complaints there. I even added the ricotta to it and it was good. I had a glass of Petite Sirah and a glass of Cab. My friend had the Coco Loco Marg and the Gingerbread drink. All drinks ordered were delicious... we both agreed. Although, there were many pros..I do have some cons: 1. I ordered a Hot Toddy that was nowhere near hot. The waitress told me that they boil the water and the water "Is what it is" that comes from the boiler. I did not like that response at all. 2. We were served our food with no plates or silverware. However, the waitress brought plates upon request. 3. The food was served with 1 spoon like item. However, we had multiple things that we should have received small forks instead of having to use or fingers for everything. 4. I requested a Strawberry long Island iced tea. The waitress immediately tells me that they do not have the items to make it. I asked her why not..because it is really merely (alcohol/strawberry puree /Triple Sec/cola or sprite). She tells me that she tried to make it and it was not good. I requested that she go and ago the bartender at the bar currently and she gave another excuse of why it could not be done. Then she said.. she would go ask the bartender. My friend and I were puzzled because all items were there for the drink. When she came back, she told me that he could do it. However, I had changed my mind by that point and I requested for Strawberry Hennessy. She told me that they had Strawberry puree and I told her that would be fine. She asked me if I wanted ice. At this point, it made me hesitant to get it because it sounded like they did not know how to make it. She went back to the bartender and my friend noticed that the bartender was looking it up. The waitress came back and told me that they did not have triple sec, but they had another substitute. At that point, I just asked for a Cab. Overall, we loved the atmosphere. Idk if we will visit anytime soon though. Also, please know..I do get that this is a wine bar. However, bartenders hired should know how to make an assortment of drinks especially if you have majority alcohol stocked. Lastly, the water shouod be served hot if it is a hot drink. There should not be a smart comment given when questioned about why the level of heat is not adequate.
