Decided to give this place to try. First time. As soon as I walked in, it smells like fabuloso Cleaner. The lady brought his Waters and it tasted like the water came out of a hose. Food came out. We ordered the fried spring rolls. They came cut in half but biting into them. They tested like something was off. We did not finish them. We both ordered combination. Number 19. Pho. The pork sausage was terrible. Also, the rest of the meat that was in. It was not very good. We did not finish our food. CreAsian had me PLEASANTLY surprised! First off, the employees are all very kind, attentive, and willing to answer any questions or make accommodations. Some of the people I was with had some dietary restrictions and the female employee who I think runs this place was sooo helpful in advising and recommending, as well as sharing where she could make accommodations or adjustments. The food itself was really, really good. I had low expectations honestly but my meal was top notch. My sister and I stopped her for dinner. I never been to CreAsian bistro before and we decided we wanted to try it out. Walked in and we immediately greeted Asher how many and were told we could sit anywhere we want. The restaurant in a pretty good size fit dining in and ample seating. The restroom are very clean as well. The inside is clean no decorations or anything, but in a great location in Downtown Pittsburg. My sister ended up ordering the chicken and shrimp noodles $16 I ordered salt and pepper chicken wings $12 garlic noodles $10 and fresh spring rolls with shrimp and pork $9. Our food came out pretty quick. The first that came out were my sister's chicken and shrimp noodles and my fresh spring rolls. I felt my sister noodles were an okay portion, however they only put 1 shrimp in here entire dish they were very stingy and should call it a chicken and shrimp dish very insulting and misleading. My fresh spring rolls were very flavorful and delicious, however the portion size is very small for the price. Our Salt and pepper wing came out with a side of salt and pepper sauce and sweet and sour sauce. We got 6 ting dinky wings for $12 definitely not at all worth the price and they sure didn't list how many we receive that's definitely my fault for not asking. I when I received my garlic noodles I was really bummed out on the amount I receive. It was on a small plate and the presentation was blah. It was good, but I would have never paid for what I received if u knew what I would have got. My sisters food portion was a little bigger than mine and I didn't even have meat in my dish. Overall, I wasn't impressed with that portions the prices are too high for what you get. I probably won't come back unless they fix the portion sizes for what they charge. read more

This location used to be great. But today I am officially done with all CreAsian locations near me. The Lone Tree location was good, but really fell off during the shutdown and apparently relocated to Discovery Bay. The one at the Streets of Brentwood was never good, totally flavorless and dumbed down. So I was very disappointed to get the same tasteless food from the Pittsburg location. I know how to make lemongrass chicken and this is NOT it. Apparently, 3 slices of jalapeño meet their definition of spicy. And, yes, I asked for spicy. I don't see a drop of fish sauce on this dry chicken or anything resembling lemongrass. They are clearly catering to people with no taste buds and not authentic. I went last weekend and the food was tasteless , no longer good quality or good flavor. It breaks my heart to write this review, because I truly loved this place . I stopped coming because during the pandemic everything changed and they were closed without any notice on and off. I was craving their delicious garlic noodles but no they were not good! Went here craving some pho on a cold night. Ambiance is like a bistro more than an Asian restaurant; it was dark with glowing neon beer signs in the window. Full bar available with happy hour specials. I ordered the beef pho which includes different cuts of beef and meatballs. I'm used to a deep, rich broth and usually go to Kevin's noodle house in concord for pho. What I got was bland soup and tough meats. I didn't want to finish it but I was hungry and it wasn't cheap. My fiancé ordered some stir fry noodle dish with chicken. Chicken was dry and the noodles were bland. Made better by pouring tons of sriracha but still not good. I've been meaning to check this place out since it's so close to my work. Food - I just wanted a quick bite to eat during my lunch break and ordered Spring Rolls for pick up online. I've never had Spring Rolls with meat inside including the shrimp but I think they added beef to it as well so they're pretty hefty and stuffed Spring rolls! Service - I ordered online on Grub Hub and I absolutely loved the convenience of it. I placed the order at 11am and wanted it ready by noon and it was as soon as I walked through the door! The lady there asked if I was a pick up order and she said my food was already ready on the counter. So it was super quick and easy. Ambiance - In the lovely down town part of Pittsburg. The restaurant itself is huge! There's a bar. And on the website it looks like they sometimes have events which is pretty cool. Only 4 stars for now because I'm hoping to try more of their food options since they're so close by. Hopefully I can do an update very soon! read more

The beef sandwich Banh Mi is so good!! I find myself coming back here because of that sandwich plus my kid likes the meat they use for the kids selection with rice. We have eaten here and gotten to go all with no problems. Their parking situation is a bit tricky because it's pretty much street parking and a parking lot is kind of a walk. They are close to a few other places to eat and when it's winter, sometimes the city opens an ice rink across the street from them. Food is ready at a reasonable time and worth every penny. Employees are friendly and patient. Drinks at bar I haven't tried yet but they look delicious I must try them someday. read more

I ordered the thai tea and stir fried ho fun with tofu (spicy). I agree that they could make their food a little more flavorful since mine was lacking the spice I wanted, but wouldn't say it's tasteless! Found ourselves in Pittsburg after dropping our kid off at the Cal Theatre, and were pleasantly surprised to discover several dining options at this end of Railroad Ave. CreAsian met our craving for southeast asian food on this Saturday night. There's plenty of street parking on Railroad, ample seating inside the large restaurant, and a very friendly staff. My daughter and I both ordered Vermicelli Bowls w/Beef, it was so so good. While we both wished there had been more mint and peanuts (or any? I'm not sure either were in the dish), at least there *were* lots of fresh julienned carrots, cucumber and daikon to make up for it. The egg rolls were crispy and delicious and the beef was tender and well-seasoned. We would definitely order this again, but perhaps ask for extra mint on the side, and some cilantro too, if they offer it. My husband had the Singaporean Noodles with tofu and he absolutely loved it! I tasted it also, and this curry-flavored dish was a winner, for sure. The three of us also shared a Vietnamese crepe, which the kitchen prepared vegetarian upon request. This was the only dish that didn't hit it out of the park for us, but I'm chalking that up to our special request for tofu over the chicken and shrimp. The crepe itself was crispy perfection, but the tofu didn't provide any flavor. I'll order this in the future, but leave it as is, I'm betting it kicks butt when made as it's supposed to be. My daughter liked her Thai iced tea also. The restaurant was starting to get pretty loud as we left, this seems like a popular hangout to drink and watch games. Craved a bowl of hot noodle soup on a chilly evening. Passed by this place a few times before and didn't know it was Vietnamese restaurant. Our order: rare filet mignon pho and regular pho tai. I like their idea of offering different cuts of meats for the customers to pick. Similar items so I will speak to my filet mignon pho. As my picture shows, the meats in my pho were beyond pink when I was expecting a medium-rare, reddish appearance. While the slight overcook influenced the texture of this noodle bowl, I was pleasantly surprised by the meat flavor and quality. The filet mignon slices themselves were tender to teeth, and did not feel tough at chew. Unfortunately, the noodles did not deliver as well as the meat. Required some effort to separate and a little too al dente for me. Broth was clear and sweet. Service was prompt and efficient. The inside felt somewhat like a sports bar, dimly lit with TVs hanging from above showing baseball and other games, and a long bar table with rows of liquor in the background. Tables were filled with families that looked like long time customers. I will return when I crave pho again. read more

I couldn't walk in bc I was afraid of what might jump out. The lighting is horrible and the only working stall was near impossible to walk in w/o squeezing in close to the commode. Stumbled into this restaurant since I was serving jury duty nearby. It is an Asian restaurant with mostly Vietnamese dishes and they are surprisingly good! We got their pho and they have really nice broth, fresh beef and awesome pho noodles. I saw everyone else ordered their shake beef and garlic noodles and that looks amazing too. Unfortunately, I am trying not to overeat but that would be on my list of dishes to try here. Waiters were friendly and dishes arrived quickly. Rating is on their garlic noodles with shrimp dish. I didnt stay there and eat, my freind got me a to go order and brought it to work. I was so impressed with the flavor of the sauce in the noodles. I tasted sweet basil with garlic and garlic chili oil. It came with 12 shrimps which is a generous amount and i was loving every succulent bite of the dish. We had a group of five to eat her the other day and the service was very slow. It was only one lady working. It's definitely over priced for what they have to offer. My daughter's chow mein, chicken and egg rolls came out all cold. My lemonade taste like she squeezed lemons in to a cup of ice and splashed a little water on top no sugar. But I did not complain. I wasn't upset until the next day my card gave me an alert that my total changed and the restaurant had charged me extra for a tip!! Unauthorized tip at that! Will not be eating here again. When I began coming here for about 2 yr, the food was flavorful and plentiful, the staff was jovial, and the energy was great Total 5 stars! For reasons unknown things began going downhill. My favorite meal, eggplant beef, started tasting like dishwasher liquid (about 4 times), so I switched to other meals (lemongrass/basil chicken, shaking beef). Eventually after seeing a woman mgr/owner call 911 on her own staff, hearing horrid things about poor/failed? food inspections, bugs in food, people becoming ill after eating there, and (worse of all) the management not caring, I quit coming for over 2 yr. Today I returned to give them another try. I love to support local businesses but I was really timid and unsure if I made the right choice coming. I ordered a vermicelli bowl with stir fry lemongrass chicken. It was full of flavor and though it is less food than pre-pandemic portions (I used to get 1.5-2 meals out of 1), it was at least enough to make me full today. And the server was kind.
