You park, get in line, get on the list, told when you are going to get help and help comes!! I got a new phone for myself with Colton's help, then a few weeks later, got phones for my daughter and father and again, with Colton's help. I was easy for me, my daughter's situation was moderate, my dad was complicated. Colton didn't skip a beat and we have three new phones in our home and three happy customers. If you are up to it and are willing to work the system, their system does work. If you are impatient and crabby, I get it, but it's going to take a lot longer to resolve. So, my advice, be patient, realize that we are all in this together, that the staff is just doing their job and doing it to best of their ability with the resources available.

The lady helping us kept talking about how they don't know what they're doing and are "causing problems for us again." It felt very awkward as the employees bashed the other store, and it makes no sense for them to talk that way about their own company.

Went in to add business internet today and was told no employee in the store could assist us with getting equipment today because the "business associate" wasn't in until 11? This little punk bi***ch immediately shows me a phone that has every stinking app there is on it. I assumed I could just use the phone as a phone. The guy says nothing else, I get back to my home and this new phone & I immediately notice my laptop & tablet settings had somehow changed. It changes the screen size on my laptop, turns off ad blockers I have, among other things. I took it back and tried to return it but the fat ugly manager was all smug and told me I couldn't return the phone because they wouldn't be able to resell it. Not to mention they said I would have to pay a $50 restocking fee. How does that make sense?? They can't resell it but they can take it back & restock it with another $50?? The phone had already cost $80! I tried to explain how challenging it was for me as an old man with dementia. I'm 65 & asked the manager how old she was just to illustrate how things get harder to understand when you get old. She looks at me & says, "I don't have to tell you any of my personal information". I have NEVER in my life had a WORST customer service experience!

On top of this, the owner or manager of the company offered to put a used processor out of his own personal computer that is several years old into our computer... And to complete my great service with this company, the screen is still broken and the cooling fans were never actually replaced, it still has the old fans inside it after taking the laptop apart myself. Do NOT go to this company, just buy a new computer... I spent $650 on this repair and could have boughten a new laptop of same version or slightly newer for just a couple hundred dollars more. Also, our repair took over two months!!! This company Sucks!
