TDS Internet is easily the worst internet service I've dealt with. When you call for help, you're stuck on hold forever and then given the same basic troubleshooting script instead of any real solution. It feels like they don't actually care about fixing the problem. For what they charge, the quality of service is unacceptable. If you have literally any other option, I'd recommend avoiding TDS.
